Hi, this is my story of four Cahills, including me. We are searching for Vespers and for information about them. Our boss has given us instructions on what we’re looking for. Our boss doesn’t work with the main course of Cahills. He has more of an underground lair.
He’s not a bad guy, but he might seem so. Let’s get started. There are four of us and we want it to stay that way. Okay, maybe just me. First we’ll start with the oldest.
Chad Harris – a 16 year old Tomas who loves to be dangerous. He rides his motorcycle in dark alleys and loves to flirt with girls. His dream is for Amy Cahill to notice him.
Next is me!
Katelin Jones (fake last name) – a 14 year old Janus who loves everything about being a Janus. Loves to sing, write, and plays percussion (drums), piano, and guitar. Her dream is to grow up and have a family.
Then we have our youngsters.
James Conner – a 13 year old Ekaterina who tries to fix things and to put everything together. Loves to invent and to annoy his older twin sisters. His dream is to invent something that will allow us to live in space.
Elise Harris – a 11 and a half year old Lucian. Younger sister of Chad Harris. Loves to find out secrets of others and has many secrets of her own. Her dream is to meet Natalie Kabra, get some fashion tips and to know all the secrets in the world.
These are the four Cahills and they are ready for their first mission.

Mission 1: What a way to start off.
I walked across town and met the rest of the guys at the square. Chad was whistling at some girls driving by in a convertalble with the top down. Elise just shook her head and James was messing with his cell phone. “Finally, you’re here!”, Chad said to me. “Well, you didn’t look all that bored.”, I replied while Elise and James tried not to laugh.

“Well, we don’t have all day you know.”, Chad said and he walked across the street. We are all from the U.S.A. except I’m 1/8 Noriegan. We were supposed to meet the boss in a small town called Cabool in Missouri and somehow we all got there. We were supposed to meet someone, but we don’t always follow orders.

We went to a car shop and asked if we could have a lift to the nearest WalMart, but the owner said Cabool didn’t have one. “What kind of town doesn’t have a WalMart?”, Chad asked. “Apparently this town, Chad.”, Elise said. “Did anyone come here in their own transportation?”, James asked. “Yeah!”, Chad said. “If you could even call the thing that.”, Elise mumbled.

I pulled Elise away from the boys. “What do you mean by that?”, I asked her. “You’ll see.”, she replied. We followed Chad and Elise into an empty parking lot. Well, almost empty. There was this scooter looking thing with a roof on top and the color was neon orange! I have no idea how the roof was attached. “This is it!”, Chad said with pride in his voice.

“Yeah, a real chick magnet.”, I said trying to hold in my laughter. “Ya really think?”, he asked. I crossed my fingers behind my back. “Yeah, totally.”, I said. “But how will we all fit?”, I added. “Hang on, lemme see. I’ll be right back.”, James said and then ran off. We all starred after him. “What’s with him?”, Chad asked. Elise and I just shrugged.

James came rushing back a few minutes later with a wheel barrel full of junk. “I have a pen pall who lives in a town a few minutes away from here and I remembered he said his grandpa owned a garage shop in Cabool. I told the guy I was a pen pall of his grandson Joshua and he said he knew about me. So he let me have some of this stuff when I asked.”, James said.

While he talked, he took the junk out of the wheel barrel and started fitting it to the so called transportation. We all watched silently as he worked, but Chad had a sad look on his face. When James was done Chad asked us, “Does it look as horrible as I think it does?”. If I thought the scooter was ugly before, now it was hideous, but I wasn’t going to say so.

“Looks great! Right guys?”, I said. “Yeah.” “Sure”, both said. “Will this……ugh…….thing……hold us?”, Elise asked. “Well, there’s only one way to find out. Kids in the back and Katelin right behind me.”, Chad said. We all got on and Chad started the ‘scooter/side car’. I held on as tight as possible because Chad was going super fast.

“Probably to show off.”, Elise muttered, like she’d heard what I had said. I could barely hear her over the roar, okay more like screeching, of the scooter. We zoomed out of that hick town and hit the dirt roads. The sencery was beautiful, but it was hard to enjoy when you had to close your eyes so you wouldn’t get sick.

Thanks SO MUCH!!!!! That's so nice to know! I write a lot (if this wasn't any clue)! I write poems, stories, songs, etc etc. I don't know if I'll continue this story. My most popular one is Amy's Journal and thanks guys for reading it.
Then there's this story, What about Hammer and Natalie's Love Life, and Hip Hop and Shakespeare. I might not continue Hammer and Natalie's Love Life either. The more you people read and post, the more likely I'll continue!

“Oh my gosh!!! I think I’m gonna throw up!”, I said as I got off the ‘scooter’. “Then stay away from me and the ride.”, Chad said. “What ride? That was a nightmare!”, James said. “How did you LIVE riding on that……….thing………all the way here?”, I asked Elise. “All I can say is I’m glad I never ate breakfast.”, she replied.

Chad had went a ways till we were at a deserted farm and the house roof was caving in. We all looked around for a bit. “What a dump.”, Chad said. “Hey! I live on a farm! It’s a whole lot better than the cities!”, I said. “Nothing is better than the Big Apple (N.Y.)!”, he replied. “Whatever.”, I mumbled. We walked around the barn and I saw an out house.

“Follow me.”, I said. “I’m not going in the same out house as you guys at the same time.”, Chad said. “Boys!!!”, Elise muttered. James was messing with his GPS. “Katelin’s right. We go in the out house.”, he said. “I can’t believe I’m going to ruin my Jimmy Choos for this! I was wanting to save them for kicking Vesper booty!”, Elise said.

“Don’t worry Elise. Did you see what that…ugh…ride….did to my hair?”, I replied. “Then I really shouldn’t complain.”, she said and Chad burst out laughing. We all were at the out house and James stepped in. “Hang on guys. I got this.”, he said. Then an extra door appeared with a security looking thing. James stepped out and Elise went in.

She messed with the scanner and then there was a beep. The out house seemed to get bigger and we could all fit inside. It then seemed to move. We stepped into an elevator and heard some classical music playing. It was Fur Elise by Beethoven and Chad started teasing Elise about it. Then Chad said, “I think I should have stayed in the out house.”, as the door opened and we were held at gun point.
how was it? i'm not getting many posts on this one. :(

“Ugh……yeah….dude, please lower the gun.”, I said. The guy was pretty cute, but the gun didn’t help him in the looks department. “Please don’t shoot me! I’m too awesome to die!”, Chad said. I then wondered why the boss even hired Chad. “We’re here to”, James started to say, but Elise turned around and slapped him. “Ow!”, he said. Holding his hand to his cheek.

“We’re on business. Now move aside. It doesn’t concern you.”, Elise said to the gun holding boy. “I think it does, but I don’t want you guys in my way.”, he replied. “What are you talking about?”, I said exasperated. “That’s for me to know and you to find out.”, he replied. He really reminded me of Ian, but a billion times cuter and hopefully a billion times richer.

Then a girl came up behind him. She was pretty short, but very pretty. “Hello everyone. This is Jamie and I am Sarah. We are some of Mr. Wash’s top agents.”, she said. “Mr. Wash? You mean like THE Wash? From the awesomest tv show, Firefly?”, James asked. “No and you are to young to watch that show. It’s not even on tv anymore.”, Jamie said.

James lowered his eyes to the floor, but you could tell he was disappointed. “Follow me.”, Sarah said. “I never knew the boss had a name.”, Chad muttered. “Brothers.”, Elise muttered. We followed the two ‘top’ agents and then Sarah opened a steel door and went inside. Then she shut the door in our faces! I didn’t take the time to think.

I looked at Chad, James, and Elise and they looked back. “Now!”, I yelled. James jumped on Jamie. Elise tied his hands behind him with a shoelace she had found beside the garage in Cabool. I didn’t know why she had picked it up then, but now I was glad. Chad pulled Jamie upright and locked his arms around him. I stepped in front of Jamie and pulled the gun out of his pocket.

I pointed it at him. “Don’t shot.”, he said calmly. He had a beautiful accent, but I had work to do. “Oh don’t worry.”, I said like I was talking to a baby. Then I barely shifted the gun a little to the left and pulled the trigger. I had shot my aim. A bug on the wall. Elise had covered her ears and James had video taped it. “No filming please.”, I said politely.

Jamie was staring, more like glaring at me in amazement. Then the steel door opened. “Let him go. I know he deserves it, but he isn’t worth it.”, Sarah said. Chad let him go and Jamie untied himself. We walked back to the door and I stuck the tip of my tennis shoe in front of Jamie’s foot. He tripped. “So much for ‘top’ agent.”, Elise muttered.

When he stood up right I said, “Don’t ever hold me at gun point ever again or you won’t live to even try again.” Then we walked into the room. I had no idea that my life was just starting to get very interesting.

In the room everything seemed to be steel. There was like fifty steel chairs surrounding a big steel table with a very long, very big, so big that it covered a whole wall of the huge room, flat screen tv! “Oh my..”, Chad started to say, but was interrupted. “No cursing or cussing please. Mr. Wash is a Christian.”, Sarah said. “You wouldn’t think that if you watched Firefly.”, James muttered. I elbowed him in the ribs. “Ow!”, he exclaimed. “So where’s the boss?”, Elise asked. “Right here.”, a voice replied.

We all looked at the tv screen. “Please sit down. I’m Mr. Wash or as you refer to me, the boss.”, he said. “Jamie, hand out the packets. Sarah, hand out the bibles.”, Wash continued. “Yes, father.”, both replied. “WOW! You are the boss’s kids?”, Chad said. “Seems that way to me.”, Jamie muttered. Luckily, his dad didn’t hear. Hopefully no one would tattle on me and get me in trouble for pulling a gun on Jamie, but at least he started it. I thought.

You couldn’t really see a face on the tv screen, but you could at least see an outline. I wondered why he wasn’t here. When Jamie bent to give me a packet, he pinched me. It didn’t help that he was so cute with his black hair and sprinkle of freckles. So I decided to move to a different spot and as I stood up, I stepped on his foot as hard as I could. He didn’t even flinch!
I sighed and went to sit by Elise. She elbowed me and I did back to her. After Sarah had handed out the bibles Wash said, “Now then……………
How was it? Don't have many comments. Hmm....good or bad?

“Let us begin.”, Wash said. “Please tell me what you think about you working under cover. Do you have any problems with working under cover?”, he added. “Well man, aren’t you like a Christian or something? No lying? No fun?”, Chad asked. I snapped my fingers and Chad looked at me. I gave him the glare I give my mother, which is not a pleasant one.

“Sorry man, I didn’t mean anything by it.”, Chad said looking down at the table. I looked around and saw Jamie waving at me so I shot him the glare. He just smiled! The nerve! Then I realized someone was saying my name. “Huh?”, I asked. James just shook his head sadly and Chad and Elise looked bored. “I asked what are your views on this Katelin.”, Mr. Wash said.

“Well if this doesn’t work out, I do have connections elsewhere. But I don’t mind working without others knowing.”, I said. Sarah nodded like she understood. “Do your families know where you are?”, Wash asked us. “I live with my twenty seven year old twin sisters, and they know I have my reasons for what I do. They trust me.”, James said.

“Our parents are on vacation and they think we’re on our own vacation.”, Elise said for both her and Chad. I stayed quiet. Elise elbowed me again after a few minutes. Jamie cleared his throat. “My ‘parents’ ……ugh…they……well,…I…I ran away.”, I finally said. Elise gasped and Chad’s jaw dropped. James eyes were about the largest things in his face!

“But……bu……but ……you you……said that it was okay to come!”, James was stammering. It seemed I had crushed the kid’s heart. But if I lied… well… you can figure that out yourself. “Well Katelin, they will be looking for you.”, Wash said. “Umm, I’ve actually taken care of it.”, I said. “I hope you do.”, Wash replied. Then Wash continued and I just drowned him out.

I was looking around the room and then saw Jamie looking at me intently. “What?”, I mouthed to him. “Nothing.”, he mouthed back. He was just so cute! He was just perfect, but I had a boyfriend back home. Bummer I know, but if I got involved or attached, something could hurt that and then I would be devastated. I definetly couldn’t get distracted on a mission.

Not if I wanted my dream to come true that is. Finally I came back to earth and looked at the tv screen. “Now please turn to Psalm 50:15.”, Wash said. “Call upon me in the day of trouble; and I will deliver you.”, I said right after Wash. “Are you familiar with it?”, Wash asked. “Yes. “Our parents are on vacation and they think we’re on our own vacation.”, Elise said for both her and Chad. I stayed quiet. Elise elbowed me again after a few minutes. Jamie cleared his throat. “My ‘parents’ ……ugh…they……well,…I…I ran away.”, I finally said. Elise gasped and Chad’s jaw dropped. James eyes were about the largest things in his face!

Then Wash continued and I just drowned him out.

I was looking around the room and then saw Jamie looking at me intently. “What?”, I mouthed to him. “Nothing.”, he mouthed back. He was just so cute! He was just perfect, but I had a boyfriend back home. Bummer I know, but if I got involved or attached, something could hurt that and then I would be devastated. My cell phone started ringing. “Excuse me.”, I said to the group and slipped out the door. “Hello?”, I said. “Katelin! Where are you?”, my best friend Emily said in my ear. “Umm…I’m outside of Cabool, Missouri. So what do ya want?”, I replied. “If this is about your ‘mission’, I’m coming. Somehow I’ll still do school with Dan, Amy, and Jonah, and come with you.”, she said to me.

There's no way I'll let her get away with hanging up on me I thought as I entered my plane to Cabool. Lucky for me, Jonah's plane driver agreed to fly me there. Just then my mobile rang.
"Hello?" I asked. "It's Jonah, where are you? Where have you gone?" Jonah asked. "Ummm, I'm kind of lifting of in a plane," I said slowly. "WHAT??!?! WHY!?!?!" Jonah screamed into my ear. "My best friend needs me and I'm not letting her down," I replied. "How are you going to do school?" Jonah asked me. "I already talked to the principal and I'll go on a website that has all the tests in there," I replied. "Who is your best friend now?" Jonah asked.
"Katelin," I replied.
"Where are you going?" Jonah asked me.
"I can't tell you because you would come after me. Besides, you have a concert to go to," I replied.
"I want you back in my mansion in two days," Jonah said.
"I...Jo..break...up..." I said.
"You want to break up?" Jonah asked in shock.
"No...can't....you...call...later," I replied and hung up. It was bad reception, I couldn't speak without getting cut off and Jonah probably thinks I want to break up with me. I arrived at Cabool and followed the tracking device I put on her cell phone. I knew it was cruel to do that but that was the way I would find her. I followed the directions and I got to this door. I opened it and saw James, Chad, Elise and two new people but I couldn't find Katelin.
Hey Katelin, how was that?

Crud! I kicked some rocks in my way. I couldn’t snoop around because the place was probably bugged. Then my phone rang again. “Emily, I said not to…”, I had started to say, but was interrupted. “Katelin, I’m not Emily.”, I heard a voice say. Now I remembered that my boyfriend said he’d call. “Ugh……hi.”, I tried to say brightly.

“Why’d you run off during our date? I hadn’t even kissed you yet! Then you don’t come to school and your not home! What’s up with that?”, Trevor said to me. “I’m really sorry Trevor, but it was really important. I’m sorry.”, I said once he shut up. “Well, where are you and when are you coming back?”, he asked. “I can’t tell you and I don’t know.”, I answered.

“Tell me Katelin! I have a reputation to think about! I can’t have my girlfriend missing!”, he yelled at me. “I can’t”, I replied. Then Trevor said some very colorful words and I had tears in my eyes. “Katie, if you don’t tell me, we’re over. I have girls wanting to just be near me at every corner. Are you willing to give that up?”, he used my nickname and said softly.

“If I have to, yes.”, I replied. “Then I guess we’re over and I never even kissed you.”, he sounded disappointed. “I guess.”, I replied and hung up. I stared at my stupid phone and wanted Emily so she could talk to me. I didn’t want to admit how much I missed her, but I did, a lot. So then I walked behind the broken old house and sat down.

Then I let the tears fall. I hadn’t really loved Trevor. I had just like him. I wouldn’t let him kiss me though because when I was little, I told myself never to kiss a foot ball player. Silly, I know, but I was trying to keep my promises.

After I dried my tears, I got up. Then I walked back to the out house and went into the lair of my nightmare. I opened the steel door and Emily stood right in front of me! “Emily!”, I squealed. Then I captured her in a hug. “What are you DOING here? I’m so glad you here!”, I was squealing. “I thought you told me not to come.”, Emily said teasingly.

So the tomas gene just skipped Elise." Here is an example: blue is dominant over green eyes, but I have green eyes and my brother and sister have blue. I'm the oldest. Hope I explained okay!
