Don't worry about reading Oliver Twist, it's really good. But the fasted paced Dickens would probably be A Tale of Two Cities. I've looked back on my list and realized I wrote all the Dickens books on there. I think I'm obsessed.

darkcat, lol, ikr! i've read all three of the hunger games books, they were totally awesome!! librarians aren't allowed to tell you you are to young to read something and not put a hold on it for you, that's just wrong. what you need to do is go back to the library sometime and request it and if someone says that to you again say, "what i can and can't read is my parents decision to make, not yours. now will you please put a hold on the book, unless you want me to go to my mom (or dad) and explain to her that you won't put a hold on it for me." that should pretty much do it, there is no reason for someone to try to stop you from getting a book, i mean if she just said, " it's a little mature for you, you may want to reconsider." but then went ahead and put in the request for you, okay. but that's just...... idk, not even right.

Writing is so cool! I used to be afraid of reading big books but now I'm not! You know in school how teachers drag out the explaination's for lauguage arts and stuff and you already know what it is because you read a book? Wouldn't it be easier if they just handed us a book for homework? I know this from experience from when I used to go to public school now I'm a homeschooler. Because I'm ten (soon I'll be 11) people are in disbelief that I write stuff that most kids my age can't. All they're kids have to do is read a book and they'll get the hang of it. If you look around at all the peole that are posting and writing stories almost all of them read.

Oh, Maximum Ride? It was on my summer reading list (we got to choose a book from a really long list, but I didn't chose Maximum Ride). Based on it's description on the list, it's about Maximum Ride and her genetically engineered children who can fly (part bird) and try to save the world. Pardon the terrible description, Maximum Ride fans. There are often commercials on TV for the books in that series. They're like the only commercials for books.
