the first hunger games story...i've never done this but i wanted to try it out
ok, as the title say i've never done this story thing before but i wanted to try cause i saw lots of other peoples and they were all great and gave me ideas so this is it:
Chapter one
Neil awoke from his deep slember to the sound of horns. But these weren't normal horns they...they sounded different almost cherful unlike the miserble war horns. Neil rolled off his hard wooden bed into the floor with a thud. ' oww' Neil cried , rubbing his eyes sleeply and bubbling to him-self ' what are those horns'. As he thought he pulled down his cotton blaket over him-self, when he opened his eyes in side he could see all the colours inside make a beautiful patten as if it were a butterfly in the medow. Neil was pulled out of his peaceful day dream at the sound of his beloved mother faintly calling his name in the background. ' Neil, Neil, wake..wake up, Neil, where...where are you?' Neil repiled ' I'm over here mother' pulling the blaket off his head' mother are you ok, you look like you've been weeping'
' yes Neil, i'm ok, but..but you need to get ready in your nice clothes....'
'but why mother'
'Neil, i..i dont know why-but just do it ok'
So Neil got dressed in his nice clothes- a plue blue suit with tiped shoes and slowly made his jouney to the main town square.
I realy hope you guys like it and please commet below - I realy want to be like my dad and write a book ( his books called taken by Bryan v.

Wow! I've never read a fanfic like this yet! Ill be sure to keep reading it. For other people to see it you just have to keep updating it and mentioning it in other threads. Trust me it took a looong while for a few people to read my story. Thank you for posting on it by the way.
You just have to keep writing. I'm sure your dad can help you when you need it. I can give advice but only if you want me to. So far the story seems original. I am sure you can be a great author like your dad. Like I said, you have to keep going. I am rooting for you!
Just keep in mind all of the punctuations. For example I'm going to take a sentence from your story and show you:

hi guys, sorry it's short!!
Chapter two Neil’s feet thumped along the pavement- his thoughts turmoil, spinning round and round like a fair ground ride in his mind. what’s happening? Who are these weird people? There not from twelve! As he thought his best friend Audrey Ramone strolled slowly to his direction, her pure white dress shadowing her every movement as she walked. Beautiful. Audrey’s small brown woven belt, which was tied around her waist, matched her silky long, curled caramel coloured hair perfectly- like a blooming rose. Truth was Neil really, really liked Audrey just, did she like him back? ‘Neil, what’s going on’ spoke Audrey, stoping his flow of thoughts! ‘ Audrey, I have no I dear’ Neil slowly replied.
After three dreadfully painful minutes of walking they arrived at the Town Square. On a normal day ,the divine town square would be full to the brim with stalls, markets and knife grinders, but not today- today not a single shopping bag was in sight. A huge queue laid before Neil’s eyes, he stepped forward with Audrey by his side.
‘Madame, please join the queue to the left’ said a man to his right ‘we don’t want any…trouble’ Audrey glanced at me- her jade green eyes no longer sparkling.

Sorry it's short, i've just had writers block
Silence. The only sound though out the square was the sound of heartbeats pounding inside shaking body’s. Neil stood next to 15 different boys his age, a while ago- back 8 weeks ago every child had to sign a piece of paper called a tesserae, I signed up three times because I had no I idea what it was about, but we needed a little more food and these men in white said it would get us food! Clip, clop, clip, clop. A lady in neon blue came up on the stage and shaked her plutonium blonde hair in the wind. ‘ welcome, citizens of district 12, my name is unlier, I share with you a great happiness that is to many of us! The hunger games!’ unlier squealed ‘ the hunger games is a contest to remind you about the rebellion and to punish you and your family’s for your bad behaviour’ unlier showed us a clip about the hunger games! 24 tributes get chose- one lives and is rich, I hope I’m not in there, Neil thought. ‘ now shall pick the first ever tributes from district 12!’ ‘ now this is the time you cheer’ she whispered and about half the population cheered half-heartedly ‘ ladies first’ she slid her slim hand in to the ball, rustled it about and slowly pulled out a slip of cream paper’ Audrey Ramone’ NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it can’t be her, not Audrey ‘ now the men’ as she picked out the name my nerves ran around my body.’ Neil alocox’ WHAT!! ME! I HAVE TO FIGHT TO THE DEATH WITH MY BEST FRIEND, WHY?!!

How, how could have this have happened im only 12, Audrey's only 12 what am i meant to do! I cant fight to the death with my best friend- oh how i wish that the earth could just cover me up and let me sink down, why me! i wander what Audrey's doing right now? Neil thought
after about 5 or so minutes Neil's mother came bursting in the heavy marble doors.
' Neil!...Neil you have to promise me to come back.. please' cried his mother
' mother i..i..i dont know what to do.. im scared'
' i know Neil, but ever since your father took off i always had you, you would always help me with what ever i needed!..i..i need you to come back'
' mother, for you i shall try'
' Ma'am, it's time to go' spoke a man in a white suit
' one more minute..please'
'Ma'ma, you have to go..NOW'
' PLEASE..just let me say goodbye'
'YOU HAVE TO GO...NOW'
And with that he dragged his mother out, silently Neil whispered to himself
' i love you mother, and i shall come back'
then on the train he was!

the first hunger games story...i've never done this but i wanted to try it out
Here's an application!
Name: Audrey Williams
Age: 14
Looks: Shoulder lenght brown hair, Dark Brown eyes. Asian features but the eyes look uhhhh american? Not really skinny but isnt fat.
Interview Clothes: a green layered gown. The front of the dress ends at mid thigh but the skirt lenghtens as it falls to the ground in the back. ( so it looks short in the front but in the back it looks like she is wearing a ballgown.) Aquamarine flats.
Normal clothes: Capri shorts and a white v-neck shirt. Or a green halter top and pants.
Chariot clothes: what Johanna wore in the Quarter Quell
Arena Clothes: Brown pants. Red tshirt. Black belt. Brown jacket with a hood and is heat reflectant. Combat boots and hair is in a tight ponytail.
Family, Romance: only her mother, Elaine. Her childhood best friend/lover was picked but someone else volunteered instead.
Other: is very skilled with a sword and can handle heavy objects. Cant blend in like peeta but has the ability to stay quiet and sneak past people. Has some experiences with daggers. Will only kill someone when needed to. Can endure any weather. Knows basic medication.
