Welcome, fellow Hunger Games fans! As you all know, the Catching Fire movie premiere is exactly 524 days away! So I thought that to make the waiting less torturous, we might as well write a list of things to do to help us pass the time! I thought 500 was the best number, cause that would give us 24 days to start planning, and then we can get started completing our tasks when there are 500 days left. Of course, you don't have to do ALL the things on the list if you don't want to (you don't even have to do 1 of them, but it might be fun to TRY). The things would be random, crazy and of course... Hunger Games related! Any ideas anyone? Here are a few to get started on:
1. Become a pro at archery on Wii (real archery is preferible)
2. Go to the hairdresser's and ask the guy who's going to cut your hair to wear gold eyeliner so he can be like Cinna... and you can be like Katniss :)
3. Wear Capitol-esque outfits in public and ignore the weird looks
4. Grab a camera and some friends and make your own Catching Fire fan-made trailer
5. Practice walking quietly in the forest
6. Perfect your Capitol accent and your Caesar Flickerman laugh
These are just a few ideas... but I'm sure you have many more!! Have fun and....

I put my hair like Katniss's oh yeah, guys, about the hairdresser thing, I went to the hairdresser, and while the hair cutter was doing my hair, I said exactly: "hey, can you put gold eyeliner on yourself?"

Carla, I just heard on the radio about how if you go to a place that asks for your name so they can call you when they're done making your food, you say "Primrose Everdeen." Then, when they say that (with your food ready), you rush forward and shout, "I volunteer as tribute!"

Question I can't do some stuff because I'm a boy. What do I do?
1. Write a FOR PANEM!!!!! Comic ( a comic about different characters helping Katniss in an uprising)
2. If your going camping sleep in a tree.
3. Try to get stuff through airport security like before the games.
4. Go up to people shout FOR PANEM!!! or KAATNISS FOR THE WIN!!!
5. Design your room like your favorite district.. (mines 13. GO NUKES!!!)
6. Design a district.

@CommandoAlliance35: LOL at number 3!! I'm traveling in 2 days so I'll try that one :) The metal detector's going to notice though... If you can't do some of the stuff (like braiding your hair or painting your nails) then don't. Do something that's similar instead like... dress as Caesar Flickerman or something. If not, just do whatever you can :) I can't do many things on the list either (yeah my parents would never let me get an electric fence for my backyard) but I'll do what I can.

@Sapphire: I'm undecided sort of. I'm District 4 partially cause I love the sea, and I live really near it (not a day can go by without me seeing the sea unless I lock myself in my house all day... you can just see it EVERYWHERE where I live), then partially I'm District 11 (that's the real district I live in in my city).

That's a long list :P Last week, I got detention for screaming "That is MAHOGANY!" when a guy in my class dropped his textbook on his desk :P
I've got some:
Everytime you see a bee/wasp shout: "TRACKER JACKER!" (Done this plenty of times)
Play Call of Duty as training for the Hunger Games
Act like people in the Hunger Games (People in my class say I make a good Katniss. Then this other girl who is highly obsessed with THG gets mad at me because she thinks she'd make a better Katniss. Right. :P)
Dress like people in the Hunger Games.
Go up to random people and say, "Have you seen Finnick?" Then look around and say, "Odair he is!"
I've done most of them in the big list. I wear my hair like THG characters every day ;p And I always make cakes because my mom bakes cakes, and sometimes she gets me to do some too. One time somebody asked for a Hunger Games cake and I got to make it (:

We were divided into Districts and had to act out/ play some of the major events like Tribute Training, Camoflauge, and finding food. It was...interest. My District won. :)

@Nessa: I'd rather have Armie Hammer as Finnick... and as for Johanna, well IDK how your acting skills are like, what you look like or anything, so I can't really say. Did you audition? If you did I wish you best of luck and I hope you get a part!

@Madi: Can I call you Madi? I'm Carla BTW. Well, I'm a mixture of Districts 4, 11 and 12. I've gotten all three answers on different online quizzes of those that determine your district. Also I leave near the sea (4), my real-life city district is 11, and 12... well there's a forests about an hour away from where I live (and a super mini forest in a botanical garden that's nearby) and stuff but IDK... it's the one I'm least likely in of the three. I'll read your HG story once it's out :)

Carla: then you're Divergent. *pause* oh, sorry! Wrong storyline! XD (I was gonna say something like "WolfClan" for a sec. Too much Chronicles of Ancient Darkness).
I've memorized all of these:
Safe and Sound
Eyes Open (1st half)
Abraham's Daughter
Girl on Fire
Hanging Tree
Rue's Lullaby
I'm working on the rest of the THG playlist...
Anyway, ideas:
1) Memorize the whole THG playlist
2) Go on every single THG website and haunt them
3) Print out your district seal (or seals. *cough* Divergent *cough*) blow it up and paste it to your room door
4) Somehow manage to connect all your schoolwork with THG
Oh, and, I'm soo putting "HOVERCRAFT INBOUND!" on my sig XD
