Everyone: I need you guys to give everyone on the ELF HQ who wants a mission a mission. BTW Guitar Blue, Aqua Cat is apart of ELF... for now. Because I think ELF is being watched I going to give all the commander code names so people don't know who were taking to. If any you are talking to or about any of you fellow Commander you must call them by their code names. You only have to call them by their code names when your taking about something ELF related. Here are your codenames:

I've came up with a new symbol. The Madrigal crest means: Everybody. So ELF is now an Officiail ( sp ) Lucian Organization. Were one of the 2 Lucian Groups that are Official Lucian Organizations ( OLO ). the reason why Red ( Lucian Leader ) made OLO's is because we need to get the Lucian Branch organized. So LucianElite a ( OLO ) and ELF ( us ) are going to make Official Rankings for the Lucian Branch. So right now you guys would be super high ranking agents. Hey, I have one question: Does the Lucian League still exist anymore, or did they just stop running? If they stopped, we can just replace them with the AVC, CCS, CCC, or no one at all. Really, I'd prefer if it was just ELF and LucianElite. I don't want ECF because some of the leaders are supporting the Lucian Rebellion.

It allows ELF to have a better partnership with the Tomas. If I were to not let the Tomas Agent in it would have done ELF no good. But by accepting the Tomas Agent into ELF we have a voice in the Tomas goverment through that agent. The same thing goes with the Lucians, Janus, Tomas and Ekats. This is why people make accounts in all the Branches even Vesper. So they are able to spy on any branch and get away with it and to have a say in their branch goverment. Now do you understand why I accept people from every branch.

Guess what ELF's new project is? I'm going to create EJF | Elite Janus Force, ETF | Elite Tomas Force and EKF | Elite Ekaterina Force. If I were able to have all these groups as big as ELF, I would be able to unite the Cahills, crush the Vespers and become one of the most powerful Cahills to ever live. But I would have to appoint more Commanders and Deputies if I were to operate all these groups...

Great idea Aaron! Except I have a question. Do you have any good allies in the other branches? If so I think they should run their branch of the E_F because Tomas think differently then the Lucians and so on. I think you should start a government that is called The Elite Force (TEF) and each branch of the government is run by a Tomas (For the ETF) and so on, but you would still be head of the ELF and TEF. Do you like that idea?

I need you guys to join TEF | The Elite Force. Also you guys ( Commanders of ELF ) are part of the TEF Council as representives from ELF. I'm creating E_F for all the other branch but from different accounts I'm going to make. And the Commanders from every E_F is going to be a representives in the TEF Council. So ELF, ETF, EJF and EKF are going to divisions in TEF. So... TEF is going to be the Command Center of the Entire Project.
