This is Justin here. As you might know I am on the Tomas council as peacekeeper so I am trying to do my job.
So our situation here is we have 2 sides. There are the Tomas rebels and there is Jason. I considered points of view from both sides and I have come up with an compromise.
Jason:
-Jason will make fewer rules
- the rules Jason does make will be shorter and easier to understand
- Jason will recognize it is only a game and not be so strict
Rebels:
- you will no longer rebel
- you will try to be nicer on the message board
- you end new elections and you recognize jason as your leader

You do realize that there were never any rules, right? Not foe the entire branch, anyway. Just for the Council. That was how I could tell if they were a good choice.

This is good. Someone also suggested three leaders. I have some options for you guys:
1) Jason makes elections for the other two
1.5) Jason handpicks the other two
2) There are elections for three new leaders
3) There are two other vices along with Katherine
3.5) Katherine becomes one of the leaders with Jason, and someone takes her place
4) Jason has a bit more power over the other two; they are co-leaders.
Rebels: don't be so stubborn. You want a new leader, and we're giving you options. So open up and be more flexible.
Jason: don't be so dismissive, either. They're not completely wrong. For one, try and be more flexible (using GRACE and MEDITATION as an example) and a bit more forgiving (GRADY and JAKE) and bit more humble. Yes, humble can be pretty hard *looks at Joe* but necessary.

Sapphire, with Grace there's no way around it. Unless you're a Natural at that ability, you have to meditate to be able to do them. So far in Psionic history no one's EVER found a way around it. Mabye for the simplest ones if the student has experience, but other than that, no. Bad example.

So if you launch my idea I see that it will definitely fix things. Two or three leaders has too many flaws. granted my systems and every systems has flaws drawbacks and limitations, but two or three leaders is a mistake. It might only make things worse. if two leaders don't see eye to eye on things. Things go south VERY fast. And things go VERY wrong. I see potential issues in the future for the Ekats and Janus because of Cat Commando stepping down and Car airplane leaving. then Baseballclassified has a ton of rules. It's only a matter of time till the Janus trimulative gets three people who can't agree and the branch splits 3 ways and we go through all this again. Only this time it will be from people i don't have my friends in. A place where they won't listen to a voice of reason. Anyways thanks for considering my idea FD. The problem is this government is becoming too much like a dictatorship. The entire council should vote on passing rules, just like in American government. Then, if the people do not approve of a law, then it can be debated, re-voted on, then either passed or vetoed. Minimizes both rebellions and crazy leaders.
Because things are the way they are, things will not stay the way they are.
And so, it begins…
