All my life I’ve always wanted adventure. Most people were fine with marrying, having kids, a normal job and house. They would live an average life and by the time they had passed away no one would remember them. I didn’t want to be one of those people; I wanted to explore, to be someone and leave a lasting impression on the world. Like Pink Floyd said I didn’t want to be “Another Brick In The Wall”.
The day my dream started to become reality was in one of the last weeks of school. I’ve never really been part of our school’s social circle. I had one friend and a couple of acquaintances here and there. To me, school was really just a plot to brainwash innocent kids. Anyways, in literature, we read a passage by some big time fancy famous Greek poet about the Earth. It talked about all the mystery inside the Earth and the secrets it held. What if I were to make a journey to the center of the Earth? Now that would be interesting...
At lunch, after barely swallowing down the cafeteria’s grotesque food, I turned to my best friend, Neti, and asked her, “Do you think someone would be able to travel to the center of the Earth?”
She stared at me as if I had gone insane and then replied, ‘’Is this a joke? Of course not. I mean everyone knows that there’s just lava and nickel down there. Where’d you get such a crazy idea?”
I quickly dropped the subject, and turned away. Even though I knew it was probably impossible, a little voice in my head kept on urging me for the rest of the day “What if she’s wrong? You never know... No one’s been down there...yet”.

Okay, this POV isn’t that good (it’s probably even downright bad) but at least I tried. Oh, and I’m French so can I meet up with Iva and David soon?

And we need to have the big travel. I think good options are Antartic, Atlantis, ore toxic island (there is a giant island made of trash in the middle of the ocean. Verne didn´t mention it, but it still can be a good travel). Another idea is to leave Center of the Earth to be it.
