~Vesper Government~
Welcome to the proposition of the Vesper Government. All Cahill branches have governments, a way for all branches to function. Now, I know that the Vesper CO8 technically is our government, but I’m thinking to expand to something bigger. The CO8 would be the Head of VG, no doubt about that. But I’m thinking on a new version. If this is approved, control of the government will flow automatically into the CO8. If I could please have the opinion of all Council members on this, that would be great.
Council of Eight: Head of VG.
Commander (1): More or less the Council advisor, aka V100, who would take over as a Vice if any council member disappeared of the face of MB.
Lieutenant (2): These would be the Vesper Messengers, which I would like permission to name Vesper Zero. V0 would also keep track of all Vespers.
Captain (3): Captains would be responsible to train all new recruits to the Vespers and to search for new recruits.
New Recruit (∞): pretty much any new member to the Vesper cause. New Recruits can choose if they want to go through Vesper training or not.
Vesper Training—Vesper training is regular training a Vesper is OFFERED to go through. This training would consist of learning a series of Vesper techniques including how to persuade Cahills into making them believe that not all Vespers are evil, and learning leadership techniques.
This is simply my proposal to the CO8. If this is declined, no problemo with me. I just think that ALL council members should have their say in this. I’m also thinking along the lines of having HONORARY VESPERS be part of the government. Only loyal ones. I know this may be a lot, but I truly ask that the CO8 would accept this. And with all that said, peace out, peeps.

YAY! My Idea!!! Although I'd say only one V0. And I'd call them just V100 and V0 because calling them other names in un-Vesper-like :D
And the Honorary Vespers are most definitely a branch of the Vespers!!!

Well, we could make a post saying something like "Vespers! V100 needed. If you would like to apply for the job, blah blah blah, etc." We would make the post for V0 & V10, too. And the asisstants (I assume you were taking about the Vices) are here to help the individual council member. The ADVISOR [V100] would advise the Council in general about the decisions they're giving out to the public, etc. In the end, is it a yes or no for the entire government itself?

I must say it is very well orchestrated and organized. But I am unofficially a Vesper and I believe the cahills and Vespers can be at peace. We aren't all evil. We can coexist. We need to stop EVIL. EVIL Vespers and Cahills alike. That is what the AVC is all about.
