HEY GUYS! I THINK I SOLVED THE CODE... YOU GUYS BELOW ARE SAYING "VESPERS BEST FRIEND", AND I'M LIKE, WHAAA? SO I TRY THE CODE FOR MYSELF. SUBTRACT THE LETTERS IN "VESPERS BEST FRIEND" AND YOU GET... UMMM...
CUBIC ZIRCONIA SAREA.
I researched it and I found that cubic zirconia is a beautiful crystal-like jewel. I guess Janus are also pretty good at codebreaking.

It says cubic zirconias are a Vesper's best friend. After typing it into Google, I found out that it resembles a diamond, but it's a lot cheaper.

Cubic zirconia is a synthetic gemstone that looks very similar to diamond. Often used in jewelry.

I stand corrected. I looked at the code again and came up with Cubic Zirconias are a Vespers best friend. I think this is referring to the Jubilee Diamond that Amy and Dan have to steal.

I do know for a fact that cubic zirconia is a mineral which is diamond-like in sight. Unless you are a proficient gemologist, you won't be able to tell which from which.... Oh. Oh. (Not as in Alistair Oh)
Don't tell me that what the world knows as The Golden Jubilee Diamond was switched with a cubic zirconia by a Vesper and that Dan and Amy have to find the real Golden Jubilee! :O

Cubic Zirconias are a Vespers best friend! YAY solved it!!
I did some research on cubic zirconia its kind of a diamond but only cheaper and almost identical to a real diamond. So that means the diamond you're lookng for will be the real diamond and on the heist you're gonna switch it with the zirconia(read a little summary on chapter 1 and 2 on some site.)!
P.S.
Im still sorry for the lost of William McIntrye and that Ian is gone I hope you can cope with the both of them. And one word of advice: dont be too hard on Ian give him another chance. And a reason he left when he's coming back(if he will... I hope.) :-)

When I researched cubic zirconias online a ton of stuff about rings with jewel called cubic zirconian.They aren't diamonds or very expensive. They come in clear and a variety of colors. This could be what the Vespers are looking for from Germany.

Sinead, I think it means that the gem in question that Amy and Dan have to find is a cubic zirconia. It's a gem very similar to diamonds with the exception that it is very cheap. However, perhaps Vesper 1 is looking for a specific zirconia as all of his past requests have been incredibly old national treasures, I will get back to you on further Research.
