I believe that this code is saying that the gem you are searching for is not a real diamond but is cubic zirconia. The code also mentions something about a vesper's best friend...

Cubic zirconias is a vespers best friend. Seems like the vespers are trying to make some synthetic (fake) diamonds.Thats what its usually used for.

I got the words/phrases (not necessarily in this order) "Vespers", "cubic zirconias", "best friend", and "area". To me, those words make no connection grammatical wise. Maybe "Vesper's best friend", but the Vespers don't seem like they have friends besides themselves, and even then they quarrel...
