we just had the finishing things happen to my rp adn this is basicly round 2, 25 years after the last quell

and last time i made a few errors
so heres some ground rules
no haveing your gender be not your in real life gender
no rageing when a person dies in the games (mercitio i am talking about you and what happened to azalia)
no decendents(finnick,katniss,any character you can think of)
that means no decendented from them and such, that annoyed me and got somebody killed last round, sorry clover /=

the quell rule last time is thta 1 guy and 1 girl shall win

also justice the boy winner is a girl in real life, thats why i added the rule, i dont want that to happen again

I thought that I'd share a funny thing for all of you hunger games fans out there. So while reading this think of the Adele song fire to the rain and when peseta gives katniss bread.
"I set fire to the bread! Watched it burn as my mom slapped my face. Then she screamed and I cried and I ran outside into the rain. The raaaain. I set fire to the bread then I threw it at katniss's head then she screamed and I cried and I ran back inside out of the rain. The raaaain!
Haha I thought that this is really funny I have heard tons of funny hg jokes haha this ones by far the best though.

I climb up my favourite tree. Dad said that when he and my aunt were my age, they used to play the Hunger Games for fun with their friends and this was my aunt favourite tree to hide in.
I breathe in the fresh air. I'm not even supposed to be here, but I got mad at my older brother Tobias because he told my secret to my worst enemy. I always come here when I'm sad or mad, or just because I am bored.
I never met my aunt before, but I've seen only a tiny bit of a scene of her Hunger Games shown on the TV because she was in a Quarter Quell. I don't know a lot about her, but I know that her name was Roux and she died of killing herself because her boyfriend died. Even though she's my aunt, I think that's stupid. That's why I agreed not to love anyone or get into any dating relationships with boys till I'm older, like 19.

"I'm still not talking to you, and this is an exception since I am informing you," I say, climbing higher. "Why don't you go off and tell Brandy another one of my secrets instead?"
I keep climbing until I reach the top.
"Okay, suit yourself. But when the Peacekeepers come drag you outta there to go to the Reaping, we'll see who's talking," he says, and powerfully kicks the tree. It goes with suck force, that I almost fall out of the tree. I grab a branch, and start climbing down.
"I got down, happy?" I say, moving my side bangs in front covering half my face so Tobias doesn't see my face. I don't want to see his face either. It's one thing to embaress your little sister in front of people, but when you embaress your sister in front of her worst enemy... that is different.
We sprint home, and I take a quick bath and get dressed. I tie my waist length black hair into two side braids, and put on a plain black dress that matched the colour of my eyes. Yes, I have black eyes. Aparently for some reason people call me scary. Just because some times I appear out of nowhere or I do crazy things DOESN'T mean I am scary.
I look alot like my mom. We both have black eyes and coffe coloured skin, but I have my dad's hair.
"Tasnia! Let's go!" dad calls.
My dad, Roy Stenburg, takes my hand and we all walk to the Reaping. Tobias and Mom are laughing at each others jokes. Tobi is more like mom- playful and funny. I am more like my dad- mysterious, strong, and gets angry easily. But also, I can be very sweet and kind. Dad says that the good nice side of me reminds him of his sister, Roux.
Mom and Dad melt into the crowd, and I walk over to the 14 year old section. Then, a voice behind me sneers, "Hey Tasnia. Heard about your little secret."
I spin around and meet face to face with Brandy Collins (random person).
"Oh shut up Brandy!" I snap. "And if you don't, I will make you."
"Ooo, I am so scared."
Brandy and his gang crack up, and i just turn around.
"Ignore them," my best friend Frances says beside me. She makes a joke about Serena's lipstick colour, and my mood lightens up for a minute.
"Frances Treeson!" Serena calls out.
I gasp. No, not my best friend. Frances walks up nervously. Before she gets up on stage, I yell out, "I VOLUNTEER AS TRIBUTE!!!"

I was thinking if we were going to have 2 girls and 2 boyes from each district then I could be in 11 and Clover dould be in 2 then there would be more spots open and less fighting. Here's Topaz's reaping POV
I was really excited. Today was reaping day. When I woke up this morning my mother and father were overjoyed. I decided to wear a nice shirt and some pants. I will finally get to prove myself, I thought. My little sister,Pearl, was also estactic about today. She was too young but in a couple of years she will be able to volunteer too.
In the town square I was in the fourteen year old section. My parents were both sitting on stage with the other victors as they both won their Hunger Games. I knew I had a good chance of winning. I had been taught survival techniques since I could walk and how to fight with a sword since I was ten. I was also healthier than most of the other kids as my family was wealthy and lived in the Victor's Village. Our escort greeted the district and read out the name of our female tribute. "Our girl tribute is Valor!" she said with glee. I didn't know Valor well but I could see she was strong and had been training hard her whole life. I made a mental note to myself that she will be a threat. The escort then read out the name of the boy tribute. "Our boy tribute is Topaz Rhyder!" Yes! I thought. I walked up to the stage. "You must be the son of the famous Flicker Rhyder, previous Hunger Games victor and his fellow victor wife Opal Rhyder right?" "Yes I said." I was happy. Everyone knows the children of victors always do well in the games. But I didn't act too over confident or threatening. My parents said its best to be like able and kind and smile until you stab people in the back. "Wow!" our escort said. " These will be the best Hunger Games ever!" Yes they will, I thought. Yes they will....

Reaping: The reaping is today. I dress extra nice in case I'm picked. I wear a white dress that looks extra nice against my dark almost brown auburn hair. My hair is curled and my mother does my make up telling me how it brings out my dark blue eyes. I slip my necklace the necklace that I wear every day over my head. We head out early because my father is the mayor. "Tess you look beautiful" he says before leaving our nice two story home. Even though my father "Lionel Luther"- I think in the way the Capitol says his name- I still have to participate in the reaping. I head to where the other fifteen year old girls must stand even though no one else is there yet. Soon some of my friends come piling in along with other children from district twelve. My father sits on the stage and my brother Lex in the audience with my mother. They start with a presentation of the games and go on to pick the girl district twelve tribute. They call out a name and I'm shocked when I hear them say "Lutessa Luther!"
Goodbyes: How is this possible. Well it's not impossible but not common that a mayors child gets picked. I sit in the justice building awaiting my family and friends to wish me farewell. The first to come in is lex. He was an amazing older brother and if he could he would take my place. I think that before he even says it and then he gives me pointers on how to win. My parents are also here giving me advice and goodbyes. After they come in a few other friends then my boy friend Oliver. "your so smart" he says " you could win by outsmarting the others." I nod " and your fast and I bet you can handle weapons pretty well. Just try to come home." "I will I'll try." I say. "don't you worry your pretty little mind people throw rocks at things that shine and life makes love look hard." that was our song we came up with the lyrics together and i played it on the piano but we only had those few lines " finish the song for me okay and sing it when you know the cameras on you so i can hear it." Ayesha's Reaping:
When I wake up this morning, I am aware of two things: First, I'd overslept. Second, it is reaping day, the only day of the year that I dreaded.
When I said overslept, I really mean overslept. It is about 2 hours until my very first reaping. Last night, I had cried myself to sleep. Even though I have a few talents, it would never be enough to win.
I take a long bath after I woke up, not bothering with breakfast, which was probably a few grains of oat. The rest of my family are in town getting a few stuff, so I start getting ready, I wear a sleeveless white gown that was my mother's when she was little, and golden sandals. I wear my most prized possession: a gold ring with leaf designs carved in and diamond studs.
When my family comes back, we head for the reaping in the square. Everything is a blur to me right up until the moment when the lady is reaching in to pick out the name for the girl tribute. I close my eyes as she starts saying the name.
"And this year's female tribute from District 11 is...Ayesha Evercrest!"
My eyes flow open. This can't be happening, I'm dreaming. It's only until the lady repeats my name a few more times that I finally start accepting it. No, I tell myself, be brave about it. I slowly head for the stage, out of the corner of my eye I can see my mother silently crying.
I am so lost in my thoughts that i don't even bother taking notice of who the boy tribute is. In the Justice Building, after my friends and family are done saying their goodbyes, which were ever-so emotional. I sit quietly on the floor even though there are sofas. I don't cry, I just sit and stare at my hands. I realize I still have my ring on. And I make a decision, this ring will be my token for the Hunger Games.

Elsa's POV
"Not me,not me ,not me please not me ". Thats what was going through everyones head as the reaping began. Emmstone Labbiy reached into the bowl that held the girls. She slowly pulled out a name. "Elsa Amecat". "yes me yes me " I thought. I walked up the staires to the stage. "Well its nice to meet youuuuu ,whats your name? she said. "Elsa.Elsa Amecat." I choked out "Elsa what a pleaser it is to meet you. As you Know ........." I didn't listen after that. The reality of this was too horible.

My heart leaped as I stood at they reaping. My olderbrother had trained me for years on how to fight and survive then he ran of to a different district.
"Vlor Alexander," they called out. I held my chin high and strolled unto the satge.

I was horrified as I read over the list of the other tributes. My brother had been called. I would have to face my older brother in the arena.
Guess we finally get to see whose boss, huh Joe? I thought,but in truth I would sad that one of us would have to die. Joe and I fought all the time but despite it all, I loved my brother deeply. The gaurd took the list from my hands and shoved me into a room where my family was permitted to come and say goodbye to me. The wouldnt come though. But if they did I would gladly tell my dad every horrible thing I've wanted to screa, at him for years. He's why Joe and my other brothers left immeadiately. He was why I decided to dedicate my life to learning how to kill.

heres my reaping pov Jennifer Hunger games Povs I woke up and remember it was reaping day for the hunger games my name is in there 3 times this year because we don’t need more stuff we have better food from D11 we get and other really tasty stuff. Anyway I got up and change in to my new red dress I got from London oh I so wish I live there (after run) I’ve been training for the hunger games since I was 3 so you say I’m ready my earnings are diamonds not to long and my shoes are high heels witch I hate but they help me look taller than 5’4” even though im almost as tall as blake. and my necklace is diamonds too! My brother blake his name is in the bowl 4 times hes loves to boss me around but I don’t let him hes knows I could bet him and then theres stephiane shes 16 crazy right I have a little sister her name is stella. I always have wake blake up for the reaping so this time I did something new I got some ice cold water and dumped it on his head he got up! Hes like what the? Then I has to wake up stephiane we have to use a long stick to wake her because she hits and stella is always awake before us because she makes us breakfast she so sweet! So I go out for a run with Becca ,Brittany, Rachel,wyatt,Justice , we ran for 2miles and ran back it was an easy course, and we climb some trees well only me wyatt,justice because the girls don’t like climbing. So we went home I got in my dress. I ate. and blake and I when to the 14&15 spot we both gave each other hugs and wish each other good luck I went to the girls side blake went to the boys we watched the stupid video then it was drawing time eiffet talked for a little then we got to the drawing she said ladies first then she walked to the girls bowl and take one out and walked to the mic and said aloud JENNI i was stund to here my name but I went up there good thing everyone bets on me when I fight and Im pretty so I’ll get sponsors lining up for me blake’s face was horrified blake and I are very close so he was scared for me. Justice&wyatt are freaking out we’re very tight ~Jenni~

Tasnia's POV~ I'm not good with Goodbyes, so... Bye
Mom and Dad come in. Mom runs up to me and embraces me in a Bear Hug, tears running down her cheeks."I love you, honey," she says, hugging me so tight I'm suffocating.
"First Roux, and now Tasnia. Who's next, Tobias's children?!" I hear dad mutter, and he comes up and hugs me. "Try your best, sweetheart."Tears swell up behind my eyes. I just nod."Promise to break the TV if I die?" I ask.
He smiles. "It won't be broken, since you're not going to die. As long as you try your best."
I would've rolled my eyes if it weren't right now. Why do parents always say that just to reassure their children? Of course I'm gonna die! I'm only 14, a normal untrained smart alec girl from District 13 who has no chance against the Careers. But, not to make Dad disappointed, I nod, and reply, "I will try."
Then, I realize Tobias isn't here. "Where Tobias?"
"He said he wanted to see you alone."
Dad puts something around my neck. I look down to see a beautiful jade pendant with a Trillium flower engraved in it on a gold chain. I gasp. It's beautiful!"I want you to have this," he says. "It was the token of your Aunt Roux when she went into the Hunger Games. Remember us by it. And, if you have the chance, watch your Aunt's Hunger Games video. Got it?"
"Okay."
I hug Mom and Dad once more, and say, "I love you, Mom and Dad."
"We love you too, Tasnia."

Tobias walks in. I totally forgot that I was mad at him, and run up to him and hug him, refusing to let go. This time, I don't hold tears back.
"Tobias... I- I-"I sob. I can't form my own words with out bursting into tears.
Tobias kneels down, and puts his finger to my lip. "Shh, stay strong, Tasnia."
I sry on his shoulder, his shirt getting wet from tears. He didn't care, though.
"I-I'm s-s-s-orry that I w-was mad at you," I say.
"You have every right to be mad at me. I'm sorry I told your secret to Brandy."
I pull back, and Tobias wipes the tears from my cheeks, and says, "You can do it, Tasnia. You're vicious enough to kick theirs butts. Do it for me, got it?"
"For you. Got it."
A Peacekeeper says times up, I refuse to let go of Tobias. The Peacekeeper comes in a pulls me away from Tobias."Remember, Stay strong!"

"Why did you volunteer for me!?" Frances exclaims.
"I can't watch my best friend die in the Hunger Games!" I reply.
"Well, neither can I!!!"
"You at least get to survive and not get attacked by 23 others," i say.
"Yeah, but you think it's EASY watching your best friend suffer? Just stay alive, okay? Good luck."I sigh as she walks out the door.
"Thanks," I mutter.
