Okay, dudes, now that we know WHAT the jewel could be, we need your help figuring out HOW to get our hands on it. It’s going to be heavily guarded, wherever it is. Some of the jewels you mentioned have been stolen before. Can you find out a little bit about those thefts? Like, do we need to go buy grappling hooks or invest in some nanotechno electronics? And should we be worried about curses, like the one supposedly on the Hope Diamond?
Anything you come up with could help us out!

easy what you do is get amy to act all innocent and lost to distract the secruty garuds then if the jewel is on a colum or something in a room filled with laser beams you do a classic save the girl teniqe which involves you jumping then sorta grab the jewel in one hand and useing a grapping hook to hang onto the celing and swing yourself out of the room

According to the legend, a curse befell the large, blue diamond when it was plucked (i.e. stolen) from an idol in India - a curse that foretold bad luck and death not only for the owner of the diamond but for all who touched it.
The legend is said to begin with a theft. Several centuries ago, a man named Tavernier made a trip to India. While there, he stole a large blue diamond from the forehead (or eye) of a statue of the Hindu goddess Sita. For this transgression, according to the legend, Tavernier was torn apart by wild dogs on a trip to Russia (after he had sold the diamond). This was the first horrible death attributed to the curse. How much of this is true? In 1642 a man by the name of Jean Baptiste Tavernier, a French jeweler who traveled extensively, visited India and bought a 112 3/16 carat blue diamond. (This diamond was much larger than the present weight of the Hope diamond because the Hope has been cut down at least twice in the past three centuries.) The diamond is believed to have come from the Kollur mine in Golconda, India.
Joseph Tavernier was a rich French gems merchant, who came frequently to India for trading. As he came to India and crossed to Myanmar, he met a Chieftain. The Chieftain was Mine Hsoe Maha Yaza Sawbwar who was a wealthy man and was well known as a collector of precious gems and stones, in the region.
One day when Joseph Tavernier visited the palace of the Mine Hsoe Maha Yaza Sawbwar. The Chieftain showed him one of his jewels, which was the precious royal blue diamond from his depository. Joseph was amazed, when he saw the blue diamond and started to praise about the beauty and the value of the diamond. Then the Chieftain told him that the stone he had is incomparable to the Blue Diamond embedded on the forehead of the Buddha Image in the Ananda Temple at Bagan.
Joseph could not resist seeing the diamond and came to Bagan through many difficulties and dangers.
He offered gifts and other offertories to the Myanmar King and started to praise about the Blue Diamond that he had heard about. He told about the dangerous journey he made to Bagan, just to see the priceless stone. Then he requested for permission to see the diamond. The King granted his wish and let him see the diamond at the Ananda Temple. The board of trustees was monks who guarded the Ananda temple.
The monks of the board showed Joseph not only the diamond embedded in the Buddha but also other jewels in the temple.
As soon as Joseph saw the Blue Diamond, his greed grew higher and higher that he could stop thinking about the diamond and at the same time, he started to plan how to steal it. He found out that the best way was to be a part of the board of trustees, so he asked permission to become a monk. He used tricks saying that the Budhha's teaching mostly overwhelmed him and wanted to become a monk. The board members accepted his requested and granted him to become a monk.
So, Joseph, now the Buddhist monk, started his duties to guard the temple with two other monks.
One night, when the time was right for him, Joseph strangled the other two monks, and stole the Blue Diamond from the Temple.
That's all I know.As for getting past the guards I would say grappling hooks or sleeping gas.

Well... What I would do is....
Get Jonah Wizard and a group of Homies and then make a Huge Mob of screaming 10 year olds.
Next while it's Rampaging and Crowded stand near the Diamond and get Hamilton Holt to break something (Glass and Whatever) Ok! So the Attention is all on Hamilton, Taking one for the team! ~Ahem~ Anyway, Amy or Dan will steal the Jem while throwing it onto the ceiling. I may not have mentioned this before but Jake is positioned to take the Gem and Open a Window to Escape.

The jewel is the Cullinan Diamond, or Great Star of Africa. He had been cut on Amsterdam, and is identical to the diamond in the cover of Shatterproof. I researched and don't found any curse.

The heist you pulled off in the Medusa Plot was great! I would suggest casing the building for a few days (if you have that long), you will need to know as much as possible about the security. I would try to hack the system to cut the feed on the cameras. You could make it play in an endless loop displaying an empty hall way. You will most likely need a distraction. Chaos will ensure that you won't be noticed. You should probably be documented as being somewhere else. Wear a disguise but blend in with the rest of the crowd. You dont want to attract attention. My advice is to have a getaway plan and be prepared to improvise. No plan will ever be perfect. Good Luck!

How to steal something from a hevily gaurded place:
1. Gaurds- you need to knock them out before they can raise an alarm. use poison, gas, or tomas ninjas. then, find somewhere to hide them where they will stay hidden until they wake up.
2. Cameras- Ekat time! find camera's blind spots and stand in them. then, 2 things need to happen at once. 1, someone has to distract the people watching the cameras, if there are any. 2, have an Ekat hack into the system (a stolen ID or password could be useful) and freeze the tape.
3. Locks- remember that madrinigal lockpicking tool? use it now. an Ekat should be able to crack an electronic lock. combo locks could be cracked by a skilled agent, or broken by brute force.
4. Pressure sensors, cover-up, and escape- Have the janus make an almost exact copy of what you're trying to steal. it must weigh the same. pull an indiana jones and switch the objects. or, recomended, steal an ID so there's no risk of an alarm going off. The cameras should be frozen, so there shoud be no trouble leaving. just exit the way you came in.
