Here is a story about the kidnaping of two girls, and all Cahills know what I mean....
Chapter One: My first kidnaping
The owls of the family were surronded by fire. I shivered, watching Animal Planet. The parent owls could only carry a few of the small owlets. Then, suddenly, the smallest owlet fell off the edge of the nest. Into the fire.
I turned off the TV. I walked down the small hallway, and into my room. I turned on some music on. The light, I thought, and turned it off, humming to the words of Britt Nicole's Breakthrough. But, for some odd reason, I didn't fall asleep intil these words:
With my hands tied up,
And my feet held to the floor,
I feel like a breakthough!
Is coming!!
A couple hours later...
I opened my eyes not to the beautiful sunlight, but the akward darkness.

Guys, what he meant by 'half-bloods' was Percy Jackson stuff by Paris. But don't worry, she's stopped know.
I tapped my foot continuously against the floor. There stood, right in front of me, my besties. And none of us could speak. Paris and Olivia seemed to be staring at me and my clothes. I would've too, if I were them. I was sparkling clean with fresh clothes with a 'V' knit into it.
Finally, Paris spoke.
"Sis?" she burst out. "W-What happened? Why are y-you..."
"One of them?" Olivia finished in anger. "You trusted them? You joined them? WHY?!?!?"
"Shhh!" I hissed, though I hated to be so strict. "I'm faking it! If they see me with you, we're all going to die!"
"B-but...how?" Paris managed. "How are you one of th-them?"
"It's a long story," I whispered, putting my own finger over my mouth. Then I told them the story about how I became a 'Vesper'.
"Whoa," Olivia said. "I'm sorry, I was just fired up. You have no idea what I've been through today. I'm not saying everything, but it included fingernails, anime, and (duh) Vespers."
"It's okay," I said, and we all had a big hug.
But then we heard alarms.
"They must've noticed we're missing!" cried a voice, and we all turned around to see Thomas alert and awake.
"Quickly," I said. "Get into this closet. If you see any gas masks, put them on just in case. They might blame me for everything."
"But-" Paris started to prostest.
"No buts. Now get in there." Then I closed the door behind them.
But someone from behind grabbed my shoulders and spun me around. Dad.

There was angry-ness outside the closet.
I leaned over and wispered to Paris, "Do you think the vesper saw us?"
Paris shook her head, "I calculated the distance, and speed so no- but only just."
Thomas breathed a quiet sigh of relief.
I pressed my ear against the door, Paris and Thomas did the same.
"Where have you been? I've been looking everywhere for you!"- Arthur?
"I'm sorry dad, but don't worry everything's fine!"- Bella.
"That's not answering my question..."
"Well, I didn't know where you were for ages now did I?"
There was a sigh.
"Come with me to the Vesper workout room, I'll give you some fitness training. I was hoping we'd be able to send you out into the field soon."
A pause.
'Comon Bella... Roll with it.... We'll get you out of there, don't worry! But please take the vesper AWAY from the closet.'
"Sure, which way?"
The sound of leaving footsteps told us it was safe.
Thomas reached for the door handle.
"No, wait." I looked up and smiled, "Why don't we try getting out... my style!"
Thomas raised an eyebrow.
I pointed to the air vent.

I groaned. "Fine Liv, but I have one question. Do your parents know you are a Cahill?" Olivia glared at me stiffly. "They're dead. I only remember being at the funeral when I was 3." Right. "I'm - I'm sorry," I mumbled. "You two, let's get out of here!" Thomas hissed. I crossed my fingers and pulled out... A hairclip. "Let's get this over with," I muttered. Swift as midnight, I unscrewed the air vent and stuffed the screws under a patch of loose carpet. Now you know why I'm called Midnight. So anyway, before I knew it I was being hauled up by Olivia and Thomas. Once I was up, I gritted my teeth, grabbed Olivia and pulled her up, bumping my head in the process. I stifled a cry out and pushed her into the vent, then reached down to pull up Thomas. In 10 seconds we were all up. No drama. Except... "I... Am... F - f - famished," I stuttered, realising how long I had gone without food. Next thing I knew, I was laying down, a cold sweat forming on my eyebrows, feeling dizzy and sick. I felt myself being pulled along, and I blacked out.

Napped In Mid Night - Please read!
Hey everyone! So excited it's my turn again!
Okay, four words: BEING A VESPER STINKS. Who knew that crowds of people would point and laugh at you when the tredmill is waaaaaaay too fast? And the worst part: My dad did to.
Thankfully, I finally was granted a break.
"Uh," I said as we trotted out of the room. "Where are we going now?"
"Vesper training," Dad replied. "Which is nothing like your Cahills' excuse for training."
"Oh, that's...delightful," I stammered as we twisted into a room.
It had animal heads hanging everywhere...and a few skeletons. The walls were blood red. And when I that, I mean like actual blood red.
"No, it's not." That was suprising. "Vespers don't think of anything as delightful."
That made more sense.
"Hey, uh-"
"Stop saying 'uh'."
I looked at the ground. "I probably shouldn't be asking this, but, w-w-where are my..." I gulped. "C-cahill friends?"
"Oh, yes. We just caught sneaking through air vent."
"Like, just like just this second, or just like just a hour away?"
"Just this second," he comfirmed.
"And, do you think-"
"No, you can't go see them!" A nice father right now would've buried his head in hands and said 'Sorry', but instead: "GO TO YOUR TRAINING!!!!!!!!!!!"
I happily ran away from Dad and stepped up to the stand. It was empty.
"Hello?" I asked the emptiness. Then I heard a gun being shot."AHHHHHHH!!!" I spun around, just to see that a girl of about eleven had just shot up at the ceiling. She was laughing hysterically.
"HA! You Cahills are soooooo lame!" She giggled, snorting/rolling around on the floor. "Ahhh...so I suppose you're my student?" She snorted. "We have alot of work to do."

Bella's POV.
The girl smiled and slid the gun into a holder hanging loosly from her belt.
She walked forward and stuck out her hand, "Vesper 47."
Bella placed her palm on the other girls, and then found herself being flung to the other side of the room.
"AHHHHHH!!!!!"
She crashed into a mat leaning against the far wall.
A boy doing pushups by the mat laughed. 14 years old? Probably, thought Bella.
"Hey, stop laughing- This is only my first go," Bella said, pushing herself to her feet and dusting herself off.
"I can tell." He smiled meanly.
Bella glowered, but made sure not to get on his bad side too much- he was, after all, still a vesper.
Vesper 47 pointed to a thin metal bar suspended by wires connected to the ceiling.
"Okay, listen up newbie. Every person, to complete their training, needs a goal. Your goal is to stand on that bar.
"But that thing's, like, four meters above my head!!" Bella gave vesper 47 an, 'are you apsolutely out of your tiny little mind', look.
Vesper 47 glared, "Either you make your goal before the end of this month, or you're fired. And when vespers fire someone, they 'fire' someone."
The threat was easy to interpret.
Bella sighed, but then gathered all her remaining courage and said, "okay, where do I begin?"

My POV.
Thomas tapped my foot, and I turned awkwardly in the vent.
"Paris isn't moving."
With a panicked start I whispered ergently, "Can you drag her along with you until we can find a safe place to-"
KABOOOOOOOOM!!!!
The force of the explosion deafened me.
The entire bottom of the vent split and we tumbled out. White flashed and everything was blotchy and strange. For some reason it didn't feel like we'd hit hard ground.
Oh.
We hadn't.
I landed in the arms of a red headed girl vesper about 16 years old. Thomas was caught and slung over the shoulder of a buff 30 year old male vesper.
And Paris, poor Paris, landed in the arms of the lovely Evan Tolliver.

Sorry Guys.I am so sorry that I couldn't post.I was going almost a whole month with out a computer.Anyway here's my POV
Thomas's POV
I crawled back the way we came hurrying so the Vespers couldn't catch me.Olivia and Paris were kidnapped and I am just running away like a coward.At first,my childhood was a great life before I heard about the Vespers and Cahills.I picked up a metal bar in the closet and some black ninja clothes(Don't know why they had that)and ran out of there fast as possible.It's my fault that they were being tormented and I couldn't think about anything except that.I had a funny feeling about halfway knocking out Vesper guards.And it was not anything about the syrum Evan gave me.I cursed under my breath and continued my way down the hallway to a blood stained room with all these animal heads.About 27-30 feet ahead of me was an 11 year old girl with Bella.I fiddled with some of the animal heads to create a perfect smoke bomb.I pushed a horn/button I made and threw it right into the room the girl was in.
After that,I ran in there knocked the girl out and ran back out with her shotgun.Hooray for my Lucian and Tomas Side.I ran again with alarms blaring with blinking red and yellow lights.My head hurted like crazy this time and I was forced to go up into the vents to rest.My eyes rested for alittle while and then I went to sleep to settle my headache.

"Uh?" I mumbled drowsily. I felt a light finger being placed over my lips and my hair being carressed. It was so lulling that when I opened my eyes I was struggling to keep them that way. My head was so heavy and my hand went up to it. My forehead was burning and I brought my hand down. Wait. My eyes snapped open. I was in the arms of E. Tolliver and in front of a mirror. And... And my forehead was burning brightly red. I had scarlet fever. "E-Evan, let-let-t me g-go!" I stammered. "Hush now, Paris. Lay here safely in my arms." As if I was safe. But I was struggling to do the opposite of what he said. I felt my eyes drooping. I must have slept, because next thing I knew I was laying in a cot. I hoped Bella, Thomas and Olivia got away but that was almost impossible. So I felt arms wrap around me and my eyes snapped open. I went all hyper like I did when someone annoyed me and I drew my arm back, and felt the satisfying CRUNCH!!! of a broken nose. I heard a yell and I saw two guards come in. Actually, not two guards-1 Vesper of about 16 years and a girl I recognized... "Liv!" I screamed. Her eyes widened when she saw my hand covered in blood and Evans nose on the side with blood spilling out. She laughed and as Evan tried wiping his nose up, the Vesper girl went over to help him, and they both forgot about us. We ran out the door and into a hallway. When Olivia stopped again and saw me, she nearly screamed. Because my head was burning... "Paris, you have a fever. We need to get you to safety. Oh, here's the kitchen." We stepped into a lavish kitchen with food from everywhere. There were desserts, breakfasts, lunches, morning teas, afternoon teas, and best of all, drinks. There were maid costumes in the cupboard. A red wig, a blond wig, blue contact lenses, grey contact lenses, shoes, and maid dresses. Olivia and I both got a basket each and I put two bottles of water in my basket, two in the other. We picked up some big chunks of bread and vegemite, and ate some. We saved some for Bella and Thomas, hoping we'd find them. We put on the disguises, me with the blond wig and grey lenses and Liv with the red wig and blue lenses. We both got some clothes on and left our own costumes Ina bin. Now to find the others...

My head was so heavy and my hand went up to it. My forehead was burning and I brought my hand down. Wait. My eyes snapped open. I was in the arms of E. Tolliver and in front of a mirror. And... And my forehead was burning brightly red. I had scarlet fever. "E-Evan, let-let-t me g-go!" I stammered. "Hush now, Paris. Lay here safely in my arms." As if I was safe. But I was struggling to do the opposite of what he said. I felt my eyes drooping. I must have slept, because next thing I knew I was laying in a cot. I hoped Bella, Thomas and Olivia got away but that was almost impossible. So I felt arms wrap around me and my eyes snapped open. I went all hyper like I did when someone annoyed me and I drew my arm back, and felt the satisfying CRUNCH!!! of a broken nose. I heard a yell and I saw two guards come in. Actually, not two guards-1 Vesper of about 16 years and a girl I recognized... "Liv!" I screamed. Her eyes widened when she saw my hand covered in blood and Evans nose on the side with blood spilling out. She laughed and as Evan tried wiping his nose up, the Vesper girl went over to help him, and they both forgot about us. We ran out the door and into a hallway. When Olivia stopped again and saw me, she nearly screamed. Because my head was burning... "Paris, you have a fever. We need to get you to safety. Oh, here's the kitchen." We stepped into a lavish kitchen with food from everywhere. There were desserts, breakfasts, lunches, morning teas, afternoon teas, and best of all, drinks. There were maid costumes in the cupboard. A red wig, a blond wig, blue contact lenses, grey contact lenses, shoes, and maid dresses. Olivia and I both got a basket each and I put two bottles of water in my basket, two in the other. We picked up some big chunks of bread and vegemite, and ate some. We saved some for Bella and Thomas, hoping we'd find them. We put on the disguises, me with the blond wig and grey lenses and Liv with the red wig and blue lenses. We both got some clothes on and left our own costumes Ina bin. Now to find the others...

The room filled with smoke. I screamed as my hands slipped from the bar and I fell downward.
I slammed against the floor in pain, and everything flashed black and white before my eyes. Then it was just black.
I opened my eyes. I was in a hospital-ish room with a bandage around my leg. A man and my dad were staring right at me.
"What happened?" my dad asked the man, as if I wasn't there.
"She supposedly fell, breaking her left leg," he replied.
"What will she be able to still do?" Of all things he could ask, that's the worst.
"Not a lot until she learns how to use crutches."
"Grr…" And dad walked out of the room. The doctor guy turned to me.
"How you feeling?"
"Not good." I clutched my leg, which burned with pain.
"You know, once I was a Cahill."
"Really?"
"Yep. But now I'm forced to be a Vesper." He sighed. "At least they let me continue healing newcomers."
"That's cool…" But then I faded into blackness again.

Napped In Mid Night - Please read!
The maid costumes were the worst thing I'd ever worn.
I gripped the bottom of the skirt trying unsucessfuly to make it longer.
Paris panted, running the back of her hand across her forehead as we made our way down the hallways.
"You know, if you keep pulling it it'll just rip."
I quickly let go.
It's not like the things didn't have leggings- but still! I adjusted the wig. Sure I'm used to acting and playing the character, but this was just... UGH!
Paris drank a swig of water from one of the bottles on the tray I was holding.
"So where exactly are we going?" she screwed on the cap.
"Well, thinking logically it's most likely that we'll find Bella in a gym."
"Why?"
"Because Arthur took her to a training room. Most probably, a gym!"
Paris gave me a look, "What branch are you again?"
"Ekat by blood, Janus by status. I also live with a Tomas."
Paris took another sip of water.
"Cool."
I smiled, "Really? Most Cahill's think it's weird."
"Liv! Over there!" Paris pointed urgently to a large door marked 'V fitness and training center'.
"Perfect. How's your acting skills?" I tucked lose strands of hair behind my ears.
"Not superb, you do the talking I'll look for Bella."
"Talking?"
"There's two people in there."
"Then how exactly are you going to look for Bella in plain sight."
"Oh."
"Lets just go in."
I held up the tray of water bottles (Which we had aquired from the disguises in the kitchen, by the way :)) and pushed open the door.
"Water for a Ms. Bella?" I called in my best scottish accent. (It worked with the red hair.)
A girl swung herself down from a series of elaborate polls protuding from the wall.
"She's not here-" She swiped a bottle from the tray and gladly poured the contents all over her sweaty head, "but I'll take one."
Quickly falling into the part Paris asked, "Where is Ms. Bella?"
The vesper raised an eyebrow.
"She went to the ill ward, she broke her leg when she fell. She stunk, served her right." Came a proud voice from our right. A boy with brown hair. He was tall and was damp with sweat.
Such a pretty a sight, two sweaty, rude teens demanding water and being snobbish.
"Much apreciated sir." I handed him a bottle of water and turned.
"I ain't seen you before. You new?" The boy pressed the side of the bottle against his forehead.
"You could say that." I said, adding an air of mystery to my tone. A trick my Janus mentor had tought me in many an acting class, was that when you want to distract someone from what you don't want them to find out, add mystery. They respect a bit of mystery.
Man was he right.
The boy couldn't help a smile, he turned and gave me a dismissive wave.
Paris let out a silent sigh of relief.
We walked out.

Okay, Thomas and Paris. What is writers block, anyways?
It turns out the doctor's name was Gerald Frank, and he today was his ___ birthday (He didn't tell me how old he was).
Just as I thought I should be trying out crutches, two crazy-looking maids came in. One had crazy red hair and blue eyes, the other had flat blond hair with mysterious gray eyes. Though, for some reason, their other features looked slightly familiar…
"Excuse us, sir," said the red-head in a scottish accent. Though her voice sounded not ALL scottish…
"Yes, of course." And the doctor hurried out of the room.
"Thank you," said the blonde, then she peered out the door for a while. "He's gone!" Whoa, that sounded ALOT like Paris…
"Thank goodness!" cried the red-head, and that one sounded SO MUCH like Olivia…
"Uh, hello?" I asked, trying my best not to sound 'lame'. "Who are you?"
"It's us," stammered blonde girl. "We're Paris and Liv."
"Well, that doesn't appear as you say. My friends were captured, and you two look NOTHING like them." They both looked shocked. "What?"
"Watch this." They both tore off their hair and popped stuff out of their eyes. "Ta-da!"
"LIV? PARIS? YOU-YOU FOUND ME?!?!?!?!" I hugged my BFFs until none of us could breathe.
"I miss you too!" Paris cried.
"I missed you more!" I shouted back
"No, I missed you more."
"Nope. I did."
"I did!"
"I did!"
"I did!"
"I did!"
"I DID!" Liv finally screamed. She jumped on me, which caused pain in my leg, but in my heart, it felt soooooooo good.

*Stares blankly at computer screen*

"Okay, get off. Now. Please." Bella was getting somewhat squashed under me as I hugged her.
"Sorry!" I clambered off, and stood. Paris helped Bella up as I pulled my wig back on. I handed Paris her wig.
"Wait, don't leave!" Bella had a panicked expression.
"We're not going to leave without you!" Paris grinned.
"But... two young maids with features suspiciously simular to Liv's and Paris's who just happen to be with a doctors patient who is best friends with Liv and Paris is sort of suspicious..." I said.
"So are we going to travel your style? You know, air ducts?"
"I said, two maids would be suspicious. Not two nurses!"
There was a pause, before a small smile spread across the lips of Bella and Paris.
I saw folded nursing clothes in the bottom of a nearby wardrobe which door was slightly ajar. I grabbed them and tossed one of the piles to Paris.
We all turned away from each other as Paris and I slipped into the clothes. Bella turned back around when we both gave the all clear.
Okay, maid's clothes suck- nursing clothes, are actually not that bad. They also (Thankfully) came with leggings. I put the little hat on top of my wig. I then mentally prepared myself for the scottish accent.
"Wait, what if people recognise us as the maids? And suspect us!" Paris asked.
"Swop wigs, and don't bother with the contact lenses," Bella said.
We did so.
"Okay, lets go. Come on patient!" I grinned and opened the door for her and Paris.
So much for writers block :P

We slipped into the corridor. The red carpet was covering the floor like a blanket. When I bent down and touched it, it felt like a breeze. I shuddered. The lights were very bright, and I shielded my eyes. Bella held her arm up, and I realised that it must have hurt. I looked around desperately, spotted a room with cloth, and grabbed a piece. I passed it to Olivia, nodded in Bella's direction, and she stepped over to Bella. She wrapped it around her arm, and the girl I loved smiled at both of us. I felt happy inside. Then I realised that we should find Thomas.
