I finished making amulets with Walt and head to the living room. "Hey, Valery!" I said.
Valery looked up from her book and replied, "Oh! hi. Carter said we all had to go to the library right now."
I smiled as we headed toward the library. I heard that something this was about trying to find Setne. I sat down by Valery and Violet. I noticed that Katie, Gorgie, Walt, Sadie, and Carter were also here.
"So today I was think that some of us should start hunting down Setne." Carter said.
"Yeah and I suggested we go split up into groups." Sadie butted in.
Carter rolled his eyes and added, "Okay so here are the groups:"

Angel´s POV
One thing about having the god of death as a host is he is really bossy.Hurry up were almost there! Anubis yelled in my brain.Yeah,last time you said that I ended up in Paris! You better be right! I shot back in my mind.I was going to the Brooklyn House to help Carter and Sadie find Setne.But he was right after the 4th time(Don´t ask why or how) I saw the Brooklyn House,from just 1/2 a mile.I could see Anubis smirk in my mind,Told you. Anbuis said.I ran up to the Brooklyn House and banged on the door.After a few minutes a girl with Brownish blonde hair,blue eyes and wearing black linen apeared at the door."Hello can we help you?" she said with concern as though I was goning to attack."Yeah I´m Angel.I´m here in assistance of Carter and Sadie Kane." I said in my best sophisticated voice.Then a boy´s voice said something to her which I couldn´t catch and then she shut the door with rush.I just stood there shocked then angry.I then pulled out my wand and said the command "Ha-Di!"(destroy). then the door broke wth ease.Then I saw 7 or 8 kids with wands redy to attack."Now that was rude." I say to the girl "I´m not here to attck you or anything I came on a mission to help you." I countine as I put my wand back in my back pack.Smooh move.Anubis said,Shut it I said in my mind back.Then a heard a snarl from him but he kept quitet.They then put there wands down,said sorry,repaired the door and They brought me in.
Sorry if I made you guys look hasty but I just wanted to be intresting for a start.Hope you liked and I liked your POV Tori!

Yay! Okay this is my first RP. just sayin'. But here goes nothing.
Name: Torie (Oh, hi Tori! I didn't do this on purpose XP)
Looks:Brownish blonde, green eyes, T-shirt and jeans kind of look
Personality: Quiet(really, really quiet!), smart, and obviously shy. I like to read and stuff.
Host: How about... Isis
This was a horrible idea, I thought to myself, why am I even here? This was a horrible idea! But it was probrably the best idea. After five days of getting across the country in various forms of transportation (bus, plane, flaming conoes, etc.), I was finally looking up at Brooklyn House. The twenty-first nome. The place that I thought didn't exist. So when adults tell you not to believe everything you read, well, don't believe everything they say.
I looked at the wierd building and starting thinking about my brother. He would think coming here was so aesome. But no, I was here alone because of one thing: Setne. Since the evil Egyptian ghost dude had escaped, Carter and Sadie had sent out a lot more calls for the blood of the pharaohs.
Suddenly, the hairs on the back of my neck went up. I turned around, quickly. No one there. It was nothing I told myself. Yeah right, nothing is just nothing when there's gods involved. So then I did the impossible: I knocked on the large doors of Brooklyn House.
No one answered. Honestly, that annoyed me. You send out calls for people to come and you don't even answer the door? I knocked harder. No answer. You have got to be kidding me. So I did an even more impossible thing: I opened the door and walked in myself.
When I walked inside, I was expecting something a little more... explode-y and magical. But it was just the Great Room in all it's statue of Thoth with a random Yankees cap on his head glory. Where was everyone? I looked around. One door on the one of the blacony floors did have a light coming from under it. Okay, let's try that one.
I climbed up the stairs and knocked on the door. No answer. So I did the next best thing: I walked right in. There, in what must have been Sadie's room(I could tell by the combat boots in the corner and the old fashio ntape recorder on the dresser) were two guys. They seemed to be looking for something. One with a rediculous outfit: red shirt, black coat, lots of necklaces, and two wierd pinkie rings. Then the other one actually had red skin. Red! And he had a rediculous red track suit on and a goatee.
So I said the first thing that came to mind: "Um...?" They both turned around to me.
"Ah, you must be a new initiate!" The red guy said, "So can you do me a favor and get rid of this mad man!"
The other shook his head and ticked his tongue, "Now, now, Evil Day," he said in a Soutern accent, "You really ought to know better than try to escape me,"
"No need to get personal with the names," the red guy grumbled. Was I missing something? Isn't Evil Day the secret name of...
"Set?" I asked, still too surprised to move.
"The one and only!" He said proudly.
"And..." I gulped, "Setne?" He gave a wide grin in response. "Th-that explains why the front door was unlocked," I said. Get out of there! But it's really hard to do anything when your looking right at the evil guy you were trying to aviod.
"Evil Day," Setne said with an evil smile, "Attack her," And with that, the god of evil gave an angry grunt and shot a giant ball of sand at me.
The shot was enough to knock me back and throw me off the balcony. I hit the first floor with a loud thud and knew some of my ribs must have broken. I already lost, and I hadn't even been given a wand. Set jumped down and landed near my feet. Setne floated down. Only now did I notice he wasn't completely solid, kinda of see-through. But just as Set raised his arm to finish me off, a giant blue fist came out and punched him. Awesome! Carter was here!
Sure enough, when I looked up, Carter had a full falcon-headed blue avatar and was pinning Set against the wall. A pretty blond girl (Jazz, I'm guessing) came and helped me up. She set some kind of chant under her breathe and I litterally felt my ribs move back together. Isn't magic great?
At that moment, Setne decided it was time to go. "It's been nice, guys," He said, "But it's time for us to leave." He and Set vanished into thin air. Jazz helped me up and I looked around. Carter, Sadie, Felix, Walt, Cleo, Bast, Jazz, Khufu, and two girls I didn't know had all apparently been in the library and came out when they heard me fall. Worst first impression ever.
"Um, who are you?" Sadie finally asked. Great, time for me to talk.
"I'm Torie," I said simply, "I came becuase of the whole blood of the pharaohs thing..."
"Oh!" Jazz said excitedly, "Your a new initiate!,"
I nodded.
Okay, just so you guys know, this happened during the secret meeting in the library and after Angel got there. Angel and Tori are the two girls who I didn't know.

Yeah I did guess that It wouldn´t be possible if I could be his host but since oviously I can´t I will be host of Ma´at, I guess though honestly out of all the gods in the story Anubis is my favorite but I guess since he is host with Walt and all I guess that would like mess the RP up.Sorry guys for the confusion so you can change from Anubis to Ma´at in my story.Sorry again.

"Okay I totally agree because well- no offense but we all know that your group will be you, Zia, Sadie, and Walt." Violet pointed out.

"Now you sound like my teacher." I muttered. Some perople laughed but stopped when a some people stormed in the room and Angel breaking the door.
"Now that was rude. I'm not here to attack you or anything I came here on a mission to help you." Angel said to Torie.

"You guys know each other?" Torie asked in disbelief.

After they fixed the door and shooed the Gods who interupted us(Torie´s POV)my old friend Tori spoke up,boy I haven´t seen her in along time.
"I would have to admit Angel I didn't believe when Neith said you would be coming."Tori said
We meet a long time ago when Ma´at got me lost for the 3rd time.
"You guys know each other?" Torie asked who was rude to me and slamed the door
"Oh you guys probably wouldn't understand."I muttered to them.
"So if you don't mind lets start picking our own groups." Tori said to Carter.
I was confused "What groups?" I ask
"We are spilting in groups to hunt for Setne" Sadie said

After they fixed the door and shooed the Gods who interupted us(Torie´s POV)my old friend Tori spoke up,boy I haven´t seen her in along time.
"I would have to admit Angel I didn't believe when Neith said you would be coming."Tori said
We meet a long time ago when Ma´at got me lost for the 3rd time.
"You guys know each other?" Torie asked who was rude to me and slamed the door
"Oh you guys probably wouldn't understand."I muttered to them.
"So if you don't mind lets start picking our own groups." Tori said to Carter.

"We are spilting in groups to hunt for Setne" Sadie said

"Torie, Angel, Jazz, and Tori," Carter bagan, "You girls just got here, so, you can just look around the mansion with Jazz and make sure Setne isn't hiding anywhere. Felix, Walt, Kufu, and Cleo will look around town and see if he's anywhere here. Zia, Sadie, and I will head to the first Nome and alert the House of Life. Setne's up to something and it can't be good."
"So you get to go on all the adventuring while we explore the house?" Angel challenged.
Carter looked a little uneasy, "No, I didn't mean it like that it's just..."
"It's fine," I interrupted. Besides, it'll be fun to explore the mansion.
So we all went off to search. Carter, Zia, and Sadie went to the roof and left with Freak and his new boat through the Duat. The others left, though I wondered how Khufu would get around New York without attracting attention. Oh well. And all the other initiates were at school. Even the younger kids had gone to kindergarden. Just Jazz, Angel, Tori, and me in this huge house.
Jazz thought it would be a good time to give us a tour and showed us various room in the house. The gym, the patio(and Philip of Macedonia), our new rooms, the infermiry, and finally the library.
"You guys will love this place," Jazz began and we headed over to the double doors, "Tons of scrolls of how to use your magic and plently of book to read. The shabiti are really helpful," She opened the doors and we all walked in.
It was even better than I thought. The paintings of Geb and Nut were amazing, there were more scrolls then I could have imagined, and it was huge. We acended the spiral staircase, listening to Jazz talk about what kinds of classes we'd take. Then we reached the bottom floor.
Standing right there, with the Book of Thoth in his hand, was Setne himself. This guy just didn't care about breaking and entering laws, did he? Jazz imediatley pulled her wand out of the Duat and aimed it as Setne as he turned around. He had a suspicious grin on his face.
"Just on time," He said as he rolled up the Book of Thoth. He's a ghost, what kind of spell could he have cast?
"What are you doing here?" Jazz asked threatingly. She help up her wand and kept her eyes on Setne.
"Actually," Setne said, "I was just leaving. And with that he snap his fingers and disapeared. Jazz lowered her wand.
"I hate that guy," Tori mumbled. Then the shabati in the library came to life, and we weren't the ones who did it.
Okay, who wants to do the fighting scene between us and the shabati Setne cursed?

OK so I am arriving after you guys have teamed up, yadda, yadda, yadda. I have no idea who you want to be in your guys' team, so I won't wanna ruin it all there. So, is Felix gonna be in the team thingys? (Wow, I sound obbsessed with him...I am not BTW) If so, then I wanna be in his team, that's were I become best friends with him. Yeah, so I did some research on Nephthys and it said she was responsible for: Immrtality, Justice, Water, Weather, wild birds, moon and night, the underworld, and wind. As a goddess of wind, you could take a form of a bird. The underworld part comes sfrom being suppoertive when Isis was trying to bring back Orsis, and it claiims sometimes, she is the mother of Anubis. Not sure. She and Isis were very close, and she usually appears as a kite(Like Isis) a hawk or winged goddess. Together, she and Isis represent the day and night, life and death, growth and decay. She was a personification of darkness, and all that belonged to it. She was one of the goddess linked to nursing baby Horus. In a funerary role, is usually represented as a kite, or as a women with falcon wings, that are usually outstreached to represent 'protection'. The object or animal that represent her is the moon. Just to let you guys know when I write my POV's.
Belinda's POV

As I approached Brooklyn House, I fingered my necklace. The chain was made out of gold, and the charm was a small circle, whith a cresant moon surrounded by stars. My mother had given it to me when I was small. It had been my 5th birthday, and she told me too never take it off. I'd never had, except one time, and I had felt horrible. My head had hurt, and I had been sick for various days. I'd felt as if something had been missing.
Duh, there was something missing. The goddess you are hosting, Part of me thought.
Sure, back then I hadn't known that. I had been small, and mother had never told me. Never told me I had been part of the blood of the pharoahs, that I had been hosting a goddess since I was 5.
There, there Belinda. It was for your own good. Nephthys chided.
Maybe, but why didn't you ever say anything? I shot back at her.
I did, but you ignored me. She thought at me.
I was about to tell her something, when I saw a pole right infront of my face. A few more centimeters, and I'd have had a face plant with the pole.
You see? I scolded at the goddess.
She said nothing, but I knew she was rolling her eyes. From there on, I was engrossed in my own thoughts. What would happen when I would get to the 21st nome? Would they believe me?
Yes, you are hosting a goddess right now. Nephthys thought at me.
How will I prove it to them? I asked her
Let me guide you child. She told me softly, then went silent as I approached the building.
"Wow," was all I could manage.
There was abandoned building, but on top of it was a building. It looked like a mansion, except it was floating on top of the old building. How would I get up there?
With the help of Nephthys, I manage to get to the door. My fist was about to pound at the door, but I stopped. What if they weren't there? What if they didn't accept me?
Just knock. The goddess spoke.
I followed her directions, and managed to knock. There was silence for a few minutes, and then I heard feet shffling toward the door. I braced myself. A five-year old Kindergartner swung the door open, followed by a girl carrying some scrolls, who was followed by a baboon.
"Kill?" The little girl asked the girl with the scrolls.
She ruffled the five-year old's hair. "No Shelby. Just wait."
Shelby looked a bit crestfallen, but moved aside to let the girl pass.
"Hey, uh, sorry about that. So, why are you here? Are you...lost?" She asked me.
"No, I'm not lost," I told her, shaking my head. "I'm here because I am part of the blood of the pharoahs."
"Oh," she simply said.
The baboon behind her barked something, and she waved her hand at it, as if saying quiet you
The baboon became silent, and she smiled at me. "I'm Cleo, and you are?"
"Why?"
"Just asking, but either way you may pass." She said, shrugging, and moved aside.
"I'm Belinda Eve," I called over my shoulder as I entered.
Cleo nodded. "Belinda, you wait here while I go fetch Carter or Sadie."
I nodded, and looked around. There were various kids going around the place. Some threw paper balls at each other, others were running about here and there playing tag. Shelby had gone back to the floor, drawing something. Others sat there, playing video games, or hearing music. iPads were scattered all over the place, with some random people momentairily going on them, on Safari perhaps, and left. It seemed all like a big happy family, which I had nothing against.
A few minutes later, Cloe came back down, followed with a boy with curly brown hair, a bit of dark skin, and eyes full of worry. Behind him, a girl, which looked nothing like him. She had blond hair, with random purple highlights, and lighter skin than the boy. She wore combat boots, and she looked as if nothing was wrong, unlike the boy.
They met up with me, and the boy's eyes looked no longer worried.
"Hi," I managed to choke out.
The blondie stepped up, " Hi, so you say your a magician like us?" she asked.
"Well, yeah, but-"
"How'd you find out?" She asked.
"Sadie, let her answer the questions, your just throwing them at you once she says yes or no." The boy said.
"Carter, brother dear, that was only one question," Sadie told him.
"Wait," I interrupted. "Sorry, but is he your brother?"
Sadie laughed. "Yeah, he is."
"You look nothing alike." I told her.
"We always get that," Carter commented.
"Yeah, any ways, how'd you find out?" Saide asked me again.
I began retelling my story, how last week I had been on a school field trip. We had been approaching the Egyptian section, and I had felt a strong connection. The when we had gotten there, a girl had made my really mad, and all of the sudden, the weather outside had gone psycho, and it had gotten dark. How the wind had picked up greatly, and fianlly, after my anger had passed, everything returned to normal. Then, after school, when I had been walking home, some girl started to tease me. I'd gotten angered again, and I don't know what had happened, but she had been on the floor yelling , ' Belinda shoved me back!' Later. her friends had been saying that there had been a sudden gust of wind, and the girl had fallen down, when they called my mother. She had sighed and sat down with me. That's were she had explained everything to me, and sent me here. A plane ticket had been bought, and I had navigated myself with the help of Nephthys. She'd finally intoduced herself to me that week.
Sadie and Carter remained silent, looking at me. Which, I found very uncomftorable.
"So..." I said.
"Sounds like your a magician alright," Carter said.
"Do I need to prove anything to you?" I said, already starting to get ready for whatever the goddess had in mind.
Sadie shook her head. "No, no, no. It's OK."
Carter turned to Sadie now. "So, do we add her to one of the teams?"
"She's new though..." Sadie said.
"She has a goddess to guide her. Nephthys had been guiding her anyways." Carter told Sadie.
"Point taken. very well, you'll be added to one of the teams. C'mon I'll introduce you to them. They'll pick you." Sadie said.
I followed her toward the library, a bit nervous, and excited.
Told you, you had nothing to worry about. Nephthys muttered.
Sorry I doubted you. I apologized to her.
She said nothing, but I knew she had taken the apology.

I shot a sideways glance at Zia. She was as confident as always. "One last question: If E6 doesn't work, what are we gonna do?" Zia smiled at me. "We will meet in the House of Judgement."
We were going into a mission to capture a demon and press him for info we knew he had. Zia smiled and gestured at me to go. I walked outside the hideout. Suddenly I felt something squeezing my windpipe and felt Zia's fire. And there was the demon.
We teleported back to the First Nome and Zia contacted Carter. I decided to go to the shrine. It was a small room that had pictures of my parents before they were murdered. I really hate Sara Jacobi. In the center was a box with instructions in hiroglyphics. I took the box and put it in my bag. I would open it tomorrow, the day I turned twelve. I knew that the box contained my destiny. Just then Zia burst in, looking terrified. "Brooklyn House. Now." And we went off.

The house was all alone,the others were either at scool or with the groups.Some newbies came before me a while ago but they were with the others.So it was just Torie,Jazz,Tori and me.I gotta say the place looked as thought a tornado came in,things were all over the hall.Books,cheerios,Laptope,Ipods and other stuff.Jazz then showed us to the gym,the patio,the infermary,and the rooms of all the magicians."You guys will love this place," Jazz began and we headed over to the double doors, "Tons of scrolls of how to use your magic and plently of book to read. Then the shabati in the library came to life,all of them with red glowing eyes and ready to attack...us.We all pulled out our wands from Duat.They attcked us with their swords,scrolls and a stick? Wand? I Don´t know.They put up a rough fight,oddly one of the Shabiti bit me.They hit us,bite,poked,and scratched us which was really pathetic as though Setne wasn ´t even trying.But we used our spells and easily beat them.I was worried that it must be connected with the amulet cause I just noticed Setne had the same one when he was here.I walked from the group which they didn´t notice yet.I pulled out the amulet and took a scroll that identified eyptian symbols.The scrool said it was the symbol of Caous(Sp?),the symbol of evil.I almost dropped my scroll.Ma´at what does this mean?Why would they give mt this Amulet? I think/ask her. She stayed silent for a while til finally she said Angel it´s hard to explain,we are frobiden to say much.I can´t say but I know someone who can explain but not here and not now,while there here watching.I was confused then I felt someone´s presence.I turned but no-one was there.I then returned to the group.Jazz then countined the tour and said we will tell what happened to Carter and Sadie later.I still felt shaky about the whole thing.

I Don´t know.They put up a rough fight,oddly one of the Shabiti bit me.They hit us,bite,poked,and scratched us which was really pathetic as though Setne wasn ´t even trying.But we used our spells and easily beat them.I was worried that it must be connected with the amulet cause I just noticed Setne had the same one when he was here.I walked from the group which they didn´t notice yet.I pulled out the amulet and took a scroll that identified eyptian symbols.The scrool said it was the symbol of Caous(Sp?),the symbol of evil.I almost dropped my scroll.Ma´at what does this mean?Why would they give mt this Amulet? I think/ask her. She stayed silent for a while til finally she said Angel it´s hard to explain,we are frobiden to say much.I can´t say but I know someone who can explain but not here and not now,while there here watching.I was confused then I felt someone´s presence.I turned but no-one was there.I then returned to the group.Jazz then countined the tour and said we will tell what happened to Carter and Sadie later.I still felt shaky about the whole thing.
Well that´s my POV and sorry if I made the battle seem weak.

Tori's POV
After seeing Setne and fighting all thess Shabati I didn't really think anything could get worse but as always I was wrong. Jazz lead us up stairs as I 'listened' to Neith complain in my head.
'Next time when you battle Shabati go for their weak spots. Like then one you blew up, you should have attacked it's legs!' Neith complained.
'Oh just shut it, Neith. Next time I'm in a fight it probably won't be against dough boys.' I snapped.
'Yeah that is right. Anyways next time you're in a battle don't bother calling me because you know you NEVER do.' Neith said.
Man she is in a bad mood usually we fight for hours, I thought. "So up here are all the bed rooms. Sadly we don't have enough so we all share..." Jazz said.
I sighed and was about to open a door when Jazz said, "I wouldn't open that if I were you!"
"Do you know whats in there then?" I asked. She shook her head as I walked in.
I swear I started screaming when I saw monsters feasting on bones while my old friend Dale was getting beaten up. Jazz quickly slammed the door shut.
"Now what did you all see?" She quickly asked.
"Well I saw ponies and butterflies." I said sarcastically. Jazz rolled her eyes as Torie said, "Um.. my worst nightmare..."
"I don't want to talk about it." Angel said. I could tell she looked pretty shaken.
"Sorry guys but that room is suppose to hold your worst nightmares. Its one of the darkest places in the duat... I just had a feeling if I told you," Jazz quickly glanced at me and said, "that you would probably open it up later."
It was kind of true. I probably would've gone right in there and maybe be lost in the duat with only Neith to help me. I shuddered at the thought. You see I didn't really want to be with Neith. She was the one who chose me. I personally wanted to be the host of Thoth but no Neith just had to pick me.

Yah know that ma'tm isn't one god rite it's the name of peace and stuff like that so everyone can host it and more than one person can host a god at the same time just saying not to be rude or anything oh and could you guys pray for me and my sis were leaving for a new school in less then five minutes pray that we don't get into any fights at this school because if we do well have to go to this special school for bad kids is the only way to put it nicely

Angel´s POV
When Tori open the door to the room Jazz said not to,I saw monsters from Duat invading earth,Setne leading and oddly a bunch of my friends being eaten by....Ammit(What´s wierd about that it was that Ammit was wearing a tu-tu.Horrifying).
"Now what did you all see?" Jazz quickly asked.
"Well I saw ponies and butterflies." Tori said sarcastically. Jazz rolled her eyes as Torie said, "Um.. my worst nightmare..."
"I don't want to talk about it." I said, I couldn´t say it was kinda embarissing.
"Sorry guys but that room is suppose to hold your worst nightmares. Its one of the darkest places in the duat... I just had a feeling if I told you," Jazz quickly glanced at Tori and said, "that you would probably open it up later."Tori just shuddered.Then we were back at the hall."Okay guys that was-"Jazz started saying but I lost her when I heard a deep voice,"Angel,poor little Angel.You are so blind by the Gods,thinking they can be trusted.You don´t even know that they will.....hate to ruin the suprise."The voice chuckled and countined "You really think Maát really misslead you because she has trouble leading you,Bah!She was missleading you trying to guide you away-""STOP IT!!" I yell at him,as I fall to my knees,shuddering.Tori,Jazz and the others look at me.I feel cool."Angel."I hear Tori say trying to help me up to my feet.Jazz then chanted a spell,taped my head and then I feel a little better."Angel,what happened to you?You were growing very pale and cold." Jazz says to me.I just get up slowly,Tori helps me."I-I Don´t know" say to them.
Angel ignore Setne,He is trying to miss lead you...Do not worry Anubis will explain.Ma´at says
But was it true what he says about you?Missleading me?I ask
No no He was just....tricking you.Ma´at says but I could tell she was lying, she countines Talk to Anubis later okay? He will explain it all or as much as he can,can you do that?
Okay,I will speak with Walt later Ma´at.I say to her,I was worried about what Setne said.I sat down on the couch near by as Jazz talks to te others.
