As you know already, I am an Ekaterina. I love inventing things from laser pointers, to writing in computer code. Since I'm 110% nerdy, I have decided to test other geeks out there. The test consists of a short quiz. After a large amount of people answer correctly, I will submit another quiz. We will eliminate our contestants until only one remains. Good Luck!
Computer code is written in a special way. (Remember no peeking in books or the computer you're using right now) Which letters are used to write the code?
A. Computer code is written in the same way people write sentences.
B. Computer code is written solely with dots and slashes
C. Computer code is written using only 0's and 1's
D. Computer code is written using symbols, letters, and numbers
This is the second question! During the Spanish-America war, America won over three countries. What are they? (Remember guys, I 'm not peeking or looking in a history textbook. I told you I was a geek. YAY!
A. America won Philipines, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
B. America won Philipines, Cuba, and Puerto Rico.
C. America won Haiti, Dominica Republic, and Guam.
D. America won Haiti, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
The questions are difficult, but I'm sure you'll find the answer. Oh, and I forgot, may the odds be ever in your favor!!!! (P.s or Post script, remember that after your done, your other contestants will compete with you again until the last person is the winner!)

I adimt I knew for certain the first one but the second one I guessed because I'm not American and I'm not interested in that much American history. Though I'm sure Napoleon was left handed, usually he had he's right hand in his coat, rubbing his stomache to ease the pain he had I can't recall what caused the pains though. Though if you look at paintings of Napoleon you'll find his right hand in his coat!

I'm surprised to tell you that we have VERY few winners on the geek quiz. I thought at least six or seven would get the right answer, but I was mistaken. Actually, only three got the the right answer. I'll tell you the answers and the winners, becuase I bet you're screaming on the computer, 'Who is the WINNER!?"
BrilliantAuthor12: Congrats geek. You have answered correctly. Computer code is written using binary numbers like some of you mentioned. The numbers are 0's and 1's. You also did an excellant job answering the second question. Most people answered d or c. In reality the answer is a. Guam, Philipines, and Puerto Rico. Great job!
TigerCobra57: Great job! You answered all the questions correctly! I though Tomas weren't that smart, but you proved to Ekats and Lucians that Tomas could be smart when they need to. Excallant job!
BrilliantStanding1: Congrats! You just proved you're a certified geek! I hope all of you didn't sneak an answer from the internet! You should be proud that you out of around thirty-five people had answered correctly. Good job!
The second quiz begins now. I'll write the question and you three have to answer. (Nobody else please!) This is the semifinals. Remember that if all of you are mistaken, everybody could start all over. If its a tie then all three are the winner. If a tie does happen, all of you need to answer another quiz. So without further stalling here is the first and second question!
Veni, Vedi, Veci was a famous saying by a Roman general. Please tell me the name of the general!
A. Octavion
B. Augustus Ceaser
C. Juliues Ceaser
D. Hannibal
(If one of you answerd, great job!) In triogiometery, there is a theory that gives you the length of a hypothenus on a right triangle. Tell me the name of the theory!
A. Sinus theory
B. Cosine theory
C. Tangus theory
D. Pythagorean theory
(If you answered, great job) Here is a bonus question. After this quiz, if at least two of you answer, the finals will have four questions. Here is the third bonus question! In the American Revolution, a man said the famous saying 'I have not yet begun to fight'. Tell me the name of that person.
A. John Paul Jones
B. Andrew Jackson
C. George Washington
D. Lafayette of France
(If you answered all of them, great job) If only one person answers that person will be the winner. If two or more answer, then the finals are coming. To all you others who tried, 'thanks for trying at least'. After we get the winners, we'll have a rematch, but new people could enter too. Good Luck!
