I have good news and, um, some pretty terrible news. Atticus is safe, thank goodness. We’re so grateful for all your help with the search.
But something awful happened. Mr. McIntyre is dead. I can’t really believe it. He’s always been there for me and Dan. I think he’s the reason we’re still alive. And yet, we couldn’t do a single thing to help him when he needed us. We didn’t even know he needed help. And now he’s gone, forever.
The Vespers killed Mr. McIntyre, and if we don’t find the next item on the Vespers’ list, they might kill Uncle Alistair too. We can’t let them do that. We can’t let them take another person we care about.
Vesper 1 wants us to steal a jewel from Germany, but that’s all we know so far. I need you to do some research, to see if you can figure out which one. Let me know if you find anything interesting. It could be what keeps Uncle Alistair, and all the hostages, alive.

Been pulling for you back in the states. We haven't found any leads yet but we will keep loking for as long as it takes. The lucians in Idaho sure could use some guidence from Ian to help us get back on the serch for Natalie because the trail has run dry over here. Remember we will always support you guys.

It's basically a colorless diamond. It's also the sixth largest diamond in the world. Why would V-1 (or Vespy, as Dan calls him) want it?

All is not lost. Have you recovered the body? I don't believe so, but correct me if I'm wrong.
But if I'm right, you should know better than most that nothing is ever as it seems. Drugging & kidnapping MacIntyre to make you think he's dead and weaken your morale is just the dirty trick the Vespers would play.
I'm almost certain he'll turn up.

i know exactly what to do. azar again. you can check the jewel on the web for one in germany and try thinking which one it is and when you get it you can call all the people in this site to help you for all adventures with you and then the vespers will have no chance but to give up and we can be free.

It is the Jubilee diamond. I did some reaserching and I think that they want you to get a certain piece of the diamond, one that was taken by Dom Carlos of Portugal. His wife had it last. Maybe she was buried in Germany with the jewel? Good luck, Ames.
