This will be one of the many branches of the Janus Council. The other branches are more than welcome to re-use this idea. The JNA will help Janus Newbies around, and sort of guide them. Here are a few positions you may be in:
Co-Head Managers: will be two. Candidates will sign up and be voted for by the Janus. The Managers will hear from the Informers and give the helpers assignments.
Co-Vice Head Managers: will be two. Candidates will sign up and be voted for by the Janus. They will take the place of the Head Managers in case of disability from the Co-HM.
Informers: three to five. They will warn the Co-HM (Co-Head Managers) of the Newbies.
Helpers: twenty to thirty. They will get their assignments from the CO-HM and guide the Newbies around.

And, in a few days, I will ask one of the vice heads to take my place for a while. I will give more details on that later.
But don't worry, I will be back. Also, I may have gotten us a few more recruits. I just went to every popular thread in the first 3 pages of the MB and placed an advertisement there. I would also reccommend putting something in your sig.

Either or, I am putting you in charge of the JNA for a while. So far, nothing much has happened, so I have just been trying to recruit new members. I have made a couple new threads, one for ideas on how to improve the JNA, and one to recruit new members. I have also done a little bit of advertising on some of the more popular threads. And, you may have a couple newbies looking for a guide.
So, until I get back, I have a couple of jobs for you:

2:Check my posts and find the new threads I made(authorblue4 look here) and (Janus Agents come here). Then you can make sure that the new agents find this thread and get signed up.
3: Post some ads in a popular newspaper, on popular threads, and anywhere else you might want.
# 3 isn't as important as the other two, so complete the other two first, then if you have any spare time, you can do the third job. If you have any questions, ask me and I should be able to answer them within 4-5 days.

And another thing is that, I think we should vote for who would be the Co-Head Managers and the Co-Vice Head Managers. Also, we should have limits on the Helpers. For the informers, maybe the Co-HM and Co-Vice HM could chose? I don't know really... I am just suggesting ideas.
