Elite Lucian Force
This will be a group made up of Elite Lucians and members from the other branches who will unite to defeat the all evil Vesper's. As a member of E.L.F we will gather info on all Vesper's and make alliances with other Anti Vesper groups. To join, please submit the following application. The lower application is an example.

You can get to a higher rank by sumbitting info to E.L.F , decoding the codes of the week and becoming the Member of the Week. You start out as a Rookie Agent and rise through the ranks by your participation. The highest rank you can get to for now is a King Kong Agent. All E.L.F meeting will take place on this thread. Official jobs will be given once enough people join. Every meeting I will post all the members in E.L.F , codes of the week , member of the week , a poll and the ranks. I will try to update the page daily. Please try to update your posts at least once every two days.
