I just solved card #259 from Vespers Rising and it turned out to be a message from the Vespers! (Hence the title; Vesper transmission) Here is what it said:
New leadership is in place. Vesper one is in position. Targets identified. Wait for signal from Vesper two. Cahill reign is over. Era of Vespers begins.
According to my sources, (The book of Vespers at the end of mission 11) Vesper one is the operation leader and Vesper two is "The Shield" who is rumored to be extremely ruthless and have a talent for torture! There are also four other important Vespers, which include the "Spymaster", the "Scientist", the "Manipulator", and the "Enforcer".(Vespers 3,4,5,and 6) All we can do is hope that you are not one of their "targets". This fight is not over, we just need to maintain caution. Also, it took me about 20 minutes to decode the card, so even if it isn't important, I hope you will understand that I did not mean to waste your time.(But if it somehow is important, you guys owe me!)
