Yes, I know it's very common, but still...
Anyway, it's the very first Hunger Games in 2012.
The president moved everyone into districts.
THe President is President Snow, aka President Snow's dad (confusing, I know).
So, there is 1 boy and girl respresenting each district blah blah.
THere is the Reaping, train, parade, training sessions, interviews, then the games.
The age group is ages 12- 18 as usual.

Jeans or Track pants?: Jeans
Boots or Running shoes?: Black Sketchers running shoes
Other: Relative to Katniss (even if she isn't born yet)

Walk in, Breathe it stinks like heck Gasoline, Bbbbblaaarrgggh. Yep so walk in it stinks and then it happens. (My dad says in our family we have intuition knowing whats gonna happen and when like a fortune teller.) like somthin clicked I turn around and get stared at by a gaurd. SIT the big man says. No i say. NOW He yells. MAKE ME PUNK. he takes a swing i break his arm he cries out and another dude comes at me I trip him and run. but nowhere to run turn around everybodys starin at me I duck just in time PAAANNNGGG!!!! the stupid gaurd shoots at me, I flip him off. He growls. ANd run towards me I take my shoe and throw it at him. it gives me just enough time to kick him in the special spot. One gaurd left Oooooo Nooeeessss He has a sleeping gun thing how can i tell i have one uh oh to late Good night. Paaapppppp

My designer pulled hair off my back. He had been doing this for hours and luckily this was the last thing he needed to do. He's a very nice guy but he is very rough on style....(like Me) But finnaly I was done i went to my bedroom. I looked for Elizabeth.... Im not really sure if she notices me at all. THat would be awesome if she did (if you read my previous posts ELIZABETH WONT ANSWER lol)................. So Im in the capitol and i have nothing to do.... How is that possible? It was the day of the reaping. I got up and dressed, ate, and went to the beach to meet with my girlfriend, Hannah.
"Hey, Dill." she said. "How are you feeling?"
"Good... as long as either of our names are picked. This is our last year and then we're free!" I replied.
"Yeah."
Hannah went up to the water and splashed me.
"Hey!"
Then I ran to the lake and started to splash her. We splashed until we were completely exhausted. We laid on the sand and looked up into the sky. I turned on my side and said, "Hannah? What if one of our names gets picked?"
"There are hundreds of names in there. Our names are each only in there once! We'll never be picked."
"Ok."
We sat up and were about to kiss, but...
"Ewwwww!!!! YUCK!!! You were about to kiss her! EWWW!!!!!"
"Daniella!!!! What are you here!" I exclaimed.
"Daddy told me to tell you to get back in the house and get ready for the Reaping."
"Oh. Um.. you might want to close you're eyes if you think kissing is gross."
"Ok. My eyes are closed!"
Hannah and I kissed and departed.
"Why did you have to barge in like that!!!" I yelled.
"I couldn't help myself. It was yucky!" Daniella pleaded as she put on a puppy dog face.
"Oh, fine! It's ok. Just try not to do it again!"
Daniella and I headed back home.
"Dylan! Where were you!" my dad shouted.
"I um was uh just at the beach."
"While he was kissing Hannah." my annoying little sister added.
"Dylan! What did I say about that girl! She is not good enough for you!"
"Dad! I'm sorry if you don't like her, but I do-- a lot. Now let me deal with my own life! I'm 18! I think I can handle myself!"
I went into my room and slammed the door.
"Dylan! You get back in here right now!"
I ignored him and got my best jeans and a sea green polo shirt on. I combed my hair and went out of the room.
I guess Dad decided to leave me home! I thought.
I went out of the house and headed toward the city square, where the Reaping was being held.
"Hey, dude!" my friend, Kyle said. "How'd the date thing go?"
"Great. Until my sister showed up."
"You're sister is small, but mischievous." he agreed.
"Hey, dudes! Waz up!" Brian asked.
"Oh, I was just explaining to Kyle how my sister ruined my date this morning." I told him.
"You're sister! Grr!!! She's a sly little scoundrel!"
"Yeah. but that's not the end!"
"Oooh! The end of what?" Lily gasped. "Did Hannah break up with you! OMG! That's like so totally crazy! I thought you guys we--"
"Lily! Slow it down! Hannah and I are still together--"
"Whew! I thought for second the-- oh. Sorry."
"As I was sating. Han and I are still together, but my dad is ruining everything."
"What'd he do?" Kyle asked.
"Well, he's all like she not good enough, she's worthless, you deserve better, blah blah blah!"
"Oh. He thinks that Hannah is like the dirt under his feet kinda thing?" Brian asked.
"Yeah pretty much."
The next thing we knew, we were at the check-in. They zapped each of our forefingers to get our fingerprint and went in. Brian's 18th birthday was a week after the Reaping, so he headed to the 17-year-old section. Lily went to the female section and Kyle and I went to the 18-year-old section. We waited a few more minutes then...
"Welcome! I am Chelsea Morgan, and I will be picking two brave young kids to compete in the Hunger Games!" a lady in a pink, green, and orange dress said. "Ladies first!"
She waved her hand around and pulled it up. She cleared her throat and said, "Hannah Cooke"
"NO!" I screamed.
"I volunteer."
Who said that? I thought. Am I dreaming or did someonee volunteer?
The girl who had volunteered was my cousin, Rose. She walked up to the stage looking glum in her brown dress.
"Can you tell me you're name?"
"Rose. Rose Odair."
I started to fall back, but Kyle kept me up.
"Dude! Dylan! Hello?"
"Yeah, yeah. I'm ok. Just couldn't take it at first."
"Dylan Odair!" Chelsea called.
Great! Now I have to kill my cousin! Just great!
"Dylan?"
"Kyle. Don't you dare volunteer. Ok."
"Uh... fine."
I walked up to the stage and Chelsea grabbed my hand and lifted it up.

The last thing I saw before I was whisked into the Justice Building was Hannah crying for me.

"Why did you have to barge in like that!!!" I yelled.
"I couldn't help myself. It was yucky!" Daniella pleaded as she put on a puppy dog face.
"Oh, fine! It's ok. Just try not to do it again!"
Daniella and I headed back home.
"Dylan! Where were you!" my dad shouted.
"I um was uh just at the beach."
"While he was kissing Hannah." my annoying little sister added.
"Dylan! What did I say about that girl! She is not good enough for you!"
"Dad! I'm sorry if you don't like her, but I do-- a lot. Now let me deal with my own life! I'm 18! I think I can handle myself!"
I went into my room and slammed the door.
"Dylan! You get back in here right now!"
I ignored him and got my best jeans and a sea green polo shirt on. I combed my hair and went out of the room.
I guess Dad decided to leave me home! I thought.
I went out of the house and headed toward the city square, where the Reaping was being held.
"Hey, dude!" my friend, Kyle said. "How'd the date thing go?"
"Great. Until my sister showed up."
"You're sister is small, but mischievous." he agreed.
"Hey, dudes! Waz up!" Brian asked.
"Oh, I was just explaining to Kyle how my sister ruined my date this morning." I told him.
"You're sister! Grr!!! She's a sly little scoundrel!"
"Yeah. but that's not the end!"
"Oooh! The end of what?" Lily gasped. "Did Hannah break up with you! OMG! That's like so totally crazy! I thought you guys we--"
"Lily! Slow it down! Hannah and I are still together--"
"Whew! I thought for second the-- oh. Sorry."
"As I was sating. Han and I are still together, but my dad is ruining everything."
"What'd he do?" Kyle asked.
"Well, he's all like she not good enough, she's worthless, you deserve better, blah blah blah!"
"Oh. He thinks that Hannah is like the dirt under his feet kinda thing?" Brian asked.
"Yeah pretty much."
The next thing we knew, we were at the check-in. They zapped each of our forefingers to get our fingerprint and went in. Brian's 18th birthday was a week after the Reaping, so he headed to the 17-year-old section. Lily went to the female section and Kyle and I went to the 18-year-old section. We waited a few more minutes then...
"Welcome! I am Chelsea Morgan, and I will be picking two brave young kids to compete in the Hunger Games!" a lady in a pink, green, and orange dress said. "Ladies first!"
She waved her hand around and pulled it up. She cleared her throat and said, "Hannah Cooke"
"NO!" I screamed.
"I volunteer."
Who said that? I thought. Am I dreaming or did someonee volunteer?
The girl who had volunteered was my cousin, Rose. She walked up to the stage looking glum in her brown dress.
"Can you tell me you're name?"
"Rose. Rose Odair."
I started to fall back, but Kyle kept me up.
"Dude! Dylan! Hello?"
"Yeah, yeah. I'm ok. Just couldn't take it at first."
"Dylan Odair!" Chelsea called.
Great! Now I have to kill my cousin! Just great!
"Dylan?"
"Kyle. Don't you dare volunteer. Ok."
"Uh... fine."
I walked up to the stage and Chelsea grabbed my hand and lifted it up.
"You're tributes: Rose and Dylan Odair!"
The last thing I saw before I was whisked into the Justice Building was Hannah crying for me.

I hug Talia close, as if trying to protect her from the evil world around us. Only problem is... that is impossible.The war had ended a year ago, and had started 2 years ago. President Snow became the President of the new called "Panem". Mom and Dad died in the war.
"Taz, what happens if you get picked in the Reaping?" Talia- now 7 years old- asked me.
Today was "the Reaping". President Snow had decided to make the Hunger Games where people have to kill other people to remind everyone that the Capitol rules.
"I really do not know, Tal," I reply.
I see Nathan run up to me. I am so happy we are in the same district.
"Hey," he says.
I smile.
"Hi."
Nathan's family died in the war too. Only ones left in his were his baby brother and his mom.
"Zac and Tori are already at the town square."
We run there, and there I see Zac, Tori, and 2 other boys.
"Hi Taz. Meet Brian and Kyle," Zac introduces.
I smile at the boy with brown hair and grey eyes. We were about the same height.
"Wow, he's cute," I whisper to Tori as the Reaping starts and Talia melts into the crowd.
I stand next to my best friend Tori, and Brian, the other boy, Zac and Nathan in front of us.
"Welcome, one and all to the very first Reaping for the very first Hunger Games!" a crazy looking lady said.
"This isn't a circus," I said quietly, so only Tori could hear me.
She explains the rules and everything, and then a thing completely unexpected happens.
"The female tribute representing District 12 for the first hunger Games is... Taznia Everdeen!" the crazy lady announces.
A scream erupts from someone in the crowd.
I see Peacekeepers hold her back.
"Let go of my sisters, you jerks!" I exclaim in my mind.

Katie's POV
before the war
it was a sunday afternoon and everyone was picking apples from the trees and making sure that all the plants had water. it's pretty peaceful in district 11. in the trees i feel so free as if all the other districts, the capitol and the war that may soon come just went away. but it's time for me to work not to hop around the trees like a bird. i start to load up my pack with apples when i see a boy who is starting to raise an apple to his lips. "hey! no eating on the job!" i say as i grab the apple from his hand. "katie, it's just about time to go home maybe you should whistle to tell everyone" says my friend maddox. "alright maddox!" i turn around to see that the boy is gone, but the peacekeeper will find him and bring him to who ever owns the apple trees, which is my granny smith. just then i see plane coming over and droping bombs all over the lush district 11. i look over to the cabin in the middle of the field where my granny was resting. my friend, the cabin and my granny are all that means to me. within only a few mintutes a plane drops a bomb on the cabin and my granny. i walk over towards where the cabin once was and there in nothing. nothing at all.

Balthazars POV Part 5
THE SNOW THE FIRE THE PARADE AND THE SIEGE
The Parade. A chance I guess you could call it. The Sponsers look at you and Say You Know this guys good! Well guve him a trunkload of stuff in the games!
That's pretty much how it was! Trunkload of stuff for one team. Nothing for the others. So Your probally wondering What is My suit for the parade?!?!?!?! A Skeleton With a Pirate Suit. Yeah It was pretty awesome We Also Added Flaming Eyes the coolest I think! After The Parade We went To meet president Snow... But
you see my intuition popped and I had the feeling someone had a knife. I look around THE GAURD!! How President Snow Turns Around and sees A knife I jump and face kick the gaurd. So afterwards president snow thanks me and goes... And The fire Seems to glow as if it were happy to see the president leave how strange. And now that fire represents my heart horrible but good.
Later I See Snow and it reminds me that iv'e seen better days have no idea why.
Well tommorow is the training so i better get to sleep I'm scared i have no idea why......

but eventually I end up on the poison section. The trainer Is Elizabeth. She is really nice but I know a lot more about poisons than her LOLS. So i learn about climbing and hand to and combat. But thats about it....
It finally comes around when I have to show 'em what I got yeah.
Definitely the sword.... THHHWAK THWAK THWAK! I cut off the training dummies arms and legs... Chink! I duck as a machine activated arrow comes at me a block i with my sword! Intuition clicks Ba-Bam I catch the arrow. And the people viewing me Gawk! I then take knives and try my best. it turns out ok but not so good. But then I show them the Axe......... WHAK WHAK WHAK............... i throw the axe through 4 training dummies they gawk!!! MOUTHS OPEN WIDE!!!!! Thanks I say..

Jennifer Hunger games Povs I woke up and remember it was reaping day for the hunger games my name is in there 3 times this year because we don’t need more grain and stuff we have better food from D4 we get fish and other really tasty stuff. Anyway I got up and change in to my new red dress I got from London oh I so wish I live there (after run) I’ve been training for the hunger games since I was 3 so you say I’m ready my earnings are diamonds not to long and my shoes are high heels witch I hate but they help me look taller than 5’4” even though im almost as tall as blake. and my necklace is diamonds too! My brother blake his name is in the bowl 4 times hes loves to boss me around but I don’t let him hes knows I could bet him and then theres stephiane shes 16 crazy right I have a little sister her name is stella. I always have wake blake up for the reaping so this time I did something new I got some ice cold water and dumped it on his head he got up! Hes like what the? Then I has to wake up stephiane we have to use a long stick to wake her because she hits and stella is always awake before us because she makes us breakfast she so sweet! So I go out for a run with Becca ,Brittany, Rachel,wyatt,Justice , we ran for 2miles and ran back it was an easy course, and we climb some trees well only me wyatt,justice because the girls don’t like climbing. So we went home I got in my dress. I ate. and blake and I when to the 14&15 spot we both gave each other hugs and wish each other good luck I went to the girls side blake went to the boys we watched the stupid video then it was drawing time eiffet talked for a little then we got to the drawing she said ladies first then she walked to the girls bowl and take one out and walked to the mic and said aloud JENNIFER HUTCHERSON i was stund to here my name but I went up there good thing everyone bets on me when I fight and Im pretty so I’ll get sponsors lining up for me then the boy?!?!?!
