An Amian story- please read! :D
Hi Guys! Im Starting my own amian story! I really hope you like it! Oh and btw this happens after book 10 cuz I don't want any Vesper Nonsense in my story I think the vespers have had enough time in Cahill people's life!
"I'll never let you down. And I'll Never Go away. And if your ever feeling down. Im just a step, just a step away."
Amy said. She was humming the words to Just A Step Away By: Carly Rae Jespen to herself as she went through her old cloths from the clue hunt.
"Hmm keep or give away? She thought looking at a soft-green shirt that she bought in Korea. " Give Away. she said tossing it into a pile of old cloths all from around the world. She took one last glance at the shirt, trying to remember the last time she wore that old shirt. *DING* her self phone went interupting her train of thought. She looked over at her cell phone. "Reminder: Grace's Cahill Family Reunion Tomorrow!" It Read. Amy sighed she gave herself that reminder a year ago after Grace's last family reunion. "Grace seemed to be the one of the only ones who liked those reunions." Amy said to herself out loud. She remembered that one year when she was 5 and Sinead got her new lab kit for and accedently set the table cloth on fire. Dan was Devestated
that the brownies on that table got burnt. Then there was that one time when Reagan and Madison started an indoor game of soccer in the library because it was raining out side - that didn't end well! And there was the time 2 years ago when I-Ian - "Oh great I'm even stuttering about I-Ian in my thoughts!" Amy Said out loud. "I can't let all of these memories go away! I have to hold another family reunion! Grace would be proud!"
Sorry I didn't really get to the amian part but this is just the first part!

I'm back guys! Since Chloe-Rose is not responding, I will bravely write the next chapter (gulp). Here goes nothing!
Dan's POV
Why did you turn on the flash light? Stupid! Dan scolded himself.
"Hey Nat . . . what's up?" Dan hesitantly spoke. Natalie seemed to have cleaned up by now, and rinsed the salt and water out of her long black hair. But even in the dark, Dan swore he could see little puffs of smoke coming from her nose. She looked like a ferocious dragon, ready to burn any stupid night that is willing to fight it, or a yakuza from Korea, or Hamilton, when he loses a soccer game, or -
This is not a time for similies, Dan! His thoughts told him.
"What's up? What's up?" Natalie yelled angrily. "I'll tell you what's up! Your ego! It's way to high, if you ask me!"
"Well, luckily, I wasn't asking you. Now if you would kindly step out of the way - " Dan replied, trying to push Natalie, who was blocking his only escape out of this tight situation.
But Natalie stood her ground. "How could you do something so . . . despicable!? First you purposly not tell Amy about not inviting us, and then you pour salt and water in my hair! Are you trying to get rid of me and Ian?"
"Bingo!" Dan responded.
"Why? What have we ever done to you?" Natalie asked. She looked very mad.
"Hmm . . . let me think." Dan said, putting a stupid thinking face on. "Oh yeah. You tried to kill us more than once, your brother broke my sisters heart, your mom murdered our parents, you stole the Lucian serum . . . do I need to list anymore? Cause I've got plenty."
Natalie expression was something Dan couldn't put his finger on. Kind of a mixture of anger, hurt, and (could it be) guilt. "That all happened because of the Clue Hunt. It is past. We agreed to put it behind us. We never thought during the hunt, of other people. And now that it's over we changed. Everyone changed."
"Not everyone!" Dan screamed in Natalie's face.
"So I see." She whispered. "Some are still mean, annoying, and terrible little boys who never want to grow up. And who never want to face reality."
Dan fell silent. Was Natalie talking about him? The Clue Hunt changed him. He was a better person because of it.
"So foolish you are, Daniel Cahill." Natalie stated, looking right into Dan's eyes. "You," she continued, poking him hard in the chest, "are a complete idiot."
"I'm an idiot? YOU ARE THE IDIOT HERE, YOU CONCEIDED WITCH!" Screamed Dan on the top of his lungs.
Only when those snarky words leave his mouth, did Dan realize what he just said was not good.
Natalie seemed taken aback by surprise. Her expression said it all. She looked so upset and hurt. Tears were filling her amber eyes.
Smooth move, he thought. Awesome job.
"I-I'm really - " He started but was interrupted.
"Wow, thanks Daniel. That was just what I needed. It sealed the deal." Said Natalie. With tear streaks flowing down her face, she turned around and started walking to her room.
But then she stopped and faced Dan. "Oh, and by the way, that murderer isn't my mum anymore." Natalie cried. Afterward, she turned back around and ran to her room, leaving a shocked and guilty Dan Cahill.
Amy's POV
Amy lay on her bed, thinking of everyhing that happened outside of her bedroom door. Was everything Ian said to her true? Was Grace smiling down at Amy from heaven and thinking how proud she is of her grandaughter? Hopefully.
Amy let out a deep breath. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
She looked at Saladin, who was resting his head on her arm and purring. "You're lucky you are a cat, Saladin. There is so much drama when you are a human. You are so lucky that your biggest worry is if you get red snapper tonight for dinner."
Saladin just kept purring.
Meanwhile, Amy started thinking of one perticullar person: Ian.
Why in the world was he being so sweet to her? And after what she has done? A little suspicious.
He changed, thought Amy. A lot. The Clue Hunt knocked some sense into him. And some feelings.
Amy grinned. What a character Ian Kabra is.
Suddently, the lights in her room all turned on.
Yes! Power is back! Amy thought happily. Maybe reading a nice book will help me right now.
But before Amy could reach for the copy of Pride and Prejudice kept on her bedstand, her phone buzzed. Amy picked it up and looked at the screen. One new message.
From who? She thought. Ian.
Ian K. - Hey, you okay?
Amy started to text back.
Amy C. - Yeah, feeling a lot better. Thanks.
Ian K. - Great! :D. Power is back on! Notice?
Amy grinned.
Amy C. - How could I not?
Ian K. - Well . . . I don't know. That was a stupid thing to ask.
Amy C. - Yeah, it was. That's okay though. :). Are you going to come to dinner?
Ian K. - As soon as Nellie starts cooking. She better hurry up. I'm starving!
Amy C. - Same. Any idea what the grand chef might cook?
Ian K. - None whatsoever.
Amy C. - Grrr . . . Amy hungry!
Ian K. - You're not alone.
Amy C. - :). How is Natalie?
Ian K. - I don't know. I haven't checked up on her yet.
Amy C. - Hope she is feeling better. Sorry about Dan again.
Ian K. - Yeah me to. And I told you not to worry about it. It's not your fault.
Amy C. - Ian?
Ian K. - Yes?
Amy C. - Can I ask you something?
Ian K. - Anything.
Amy grinned once more. Then she typed in a question she really wanted to ask him.
Amy C. - Did you mean what you said when I was talking to you? Do you really think Grace is really proud of me?
Ian K. - Of course. Why wouldn't Grace be proud? You won the Clue Hunt, you were able to bring family back together, and stopped five hundred years of fighting. So what if the reunion isn't really going the way you planned? So what if you forgot to invite one of yout favourite cousins (*hint* me *hint*)? The important thing is that there is a reunion and that your cousin got there. I think you're not doing that bad Amy Cahill. Not bad at all. Grace would most certantly be proud.
Amy C. - Thank you so much Ian. That was really nice of you to say that. And thank you again for comforting me. I'll see you at dinner then?
Ian K. - Most definatly.
Amy C. - Great. See you then.
Ian K. - Same to you, love.
Amy put away her phone and sighed. Things have changed. People have changed.
Sorry for the uber long wait! Hope you like it! Oh and Chloe-Rose please highlight: Is Evan in this story at all?

@Chloe-Rose: Good luck on the performance! And to answer your question:
Highlight (readers please ignore this),
Well, where I left off is Amy and Ian texting. For Amy's POV, Amy should be getting ready for dinner and being slightly nervous because Ian is going to be there and she sorta kinda has feelings for him. She is just beggining to realize it.
As for Dan's POV (if you want to write his POV), he should admit at one point that it was him who turned the power back on. Also, he should be feeling guilt, because it was he who made Natalie upset. However, I don't think he should go and apologize to Natalie yet. It's not really Dan-ish. But he should explain his feelings at the moment and say that he is not looking forward to dinner.
If you would like to do Natalie's POV, here is an idea. She might be crying in her room and thinking about the thing that happened between her and Dan. She might wish that her parents were here (especially her mother) to give her advice. At one point, Ian (or someone else) could come in and ask her what is wrong. Natalie should explain what happened and why she is upset. Whoever that person is (I think it should be Ian since he is the closest to her), should give her advice on the matter and tell her not to worry about it. Natalie is definatly not looking forward to dinner.

Sinead's POV
"Where is Amy?" Sinead thought. She saw that Amy had got so upset, and felt bad for not doing anything, well, before she could help, that Kabra kid came to the rescue!
Sinead Giggled, She could imagine Ian whering a disighner cape, Hmph some super hero he would be! He'd be more worried about saving cloths than damseles in distress! Unless of course... That Damsel is Amy. "Who Sinead! You must be tired! How did you get from Amy to Super Hero's?" Sinead asked her self "I must be tired!"
Amy's POV
Amy paced back and forth across her room, I should go out for dinner, no I shouldn't , but everyone's gonna be waiting for me, they can wait, ohhh! I Just DONT want to see Ian again! I was Such a cry-baby!
*Knock, Knock*
"Now what?" Amy called to the person outside the door.
"Hey! Some body got up on the wrong side of the bed today!" Madison called from outside the door.
"Oh, Sorry Madison. You can come in, I guess." Amy moaped.
"Do you like, wanna come for dinner, cuz like, with us Holts aroud theres like, gonna be no more food!" Madison said.
"Thats ok, im not that hungry anywase."
"All right! More like, food for me! Uh, I mean thats to bad." Madisoon said rushing off.
"Grroon! What was I saying Im starving!" Amy Moaned.
Dan's POV
"NO NO NO!!! Nija warriors do Not feel bad for there victems" Dan told himself. He was in his room with his nija... partner in crime.
"But, they seemed so up set, Natalie and Amy!"
"But, Its Natalie Cobra! And my Sister! I can prank them as many times as I want!"
"But.. Ohh! What should I do, little companion."
"Mrrrp." Came the reply.
"No Saladin! Nija Warriors don't apologize!"
"Mrrp."
"Oh, dont you give me attitude!"
"Mrrp."
"I guess your right though, I should apologize."
"Mrrp."
"Yes, I know I just told you nija warriors dont apologize."
"Mrrp."
"Make up your mind Saladin!"

An Amian story- please read! :D
Okay, Chloe-Rose! I am ready to present my next chapter!!!! TaDa!
Ian's POV
"This? No this. No that's to fancy. How about this? Ugh!" Ian was in trouble. Big trouble. Usually, making an impression was not a difficult thing for him. Tonight though, he was having a fashion emergency.
Psh, yeah right. Kabras don't have fashion emergencies . . . right? Who am I kidding, I am so dead! Ian thought to himself. Why did he go crazy every single bloody time he saw that girl? Why did he feel nervous around her? That, that . . . Amy? It's like she put some sort of spell on him that tells him to act lke a total idiot around her.
The Lucian let out a sigh. Back to that fashion emergency. That black Armani suit, or that white Armani suit? Hmmm . . .
Ian finally decided to wear the black Armani suit with a white open collar shirt and shiny black shoes to go with it.
You look great, you look fabulous, you look like a Kabra. Ian told himself over and over again. Just to make sure, I'll go check with Natalie.
Ian went out of his room and down the hallway that seperated him and his sister. He was about to knock on the door when he heard something. Could it be . . . weeping? Ian tried to open the door but then realized it was locked.
"Natalie?" He called out. No answer.
"Natalie?" He tried again. Still no answer.
"Natalie, please open the door it's me Ian! Please!" Ian shouted. He was worried. Was she hurt? What happened?
Finally, Ian heard a click.
A sullen, tear stained Natalie came out. She looked absolutely dreadful. The mascara was everywhere, her hair looked like it had never been brushed, she was barefoot, and she wore her old pajamas.
Ian was very, very shocked. Was this his sister?
"What happened?" He asked.
Natalie didn't answer. She just gestured him to follow her into the room. Then, Natalie flung herself on the bed and burst into tears.
Ian's expression softened as he shut the door behind him and said, "What's wrong?"
"Everything!" Natalie yelled. "This reunion, my life, even me!"
Ian was shocked. He never saw his sister like this. Whatever happened, it must have been bad.
"Why is everything wrong?" Ian asked gently, while sitting down next to his crying sister. "It can't be that bad."
"Ian, it is that bad! Can't you see? No one trusts us! And they have complete right not to, after everything we done to them! Ever since the beginning of this dreadful reunion, they had been trying to get rid of us!" Natalie cried.
"Natalie, that's not tr - " Ian started.
"Yes it is! Daniel did that stupid Salt and Water game on purpose! To try to get rid of us! And you know why I am crying right now? Because he also told me I am a conceited witch!" She cried.
"Oh Natalie . . ." Ian said, pulling her into his warm embrace. "It's not true. You are not a conceited witch. Daniel must have had a bad day or something. He didn't mean it."
"You're just saying that because you like Amy." Natalie whispered.
"I do not - "
"Save your breath. It's so obvious. I've known for months." She interrupted.
"Alright. Maybe, I have a little, tiny, barely noticible crush on her." Admitted Ian. "But still, Daniel did not mean what he said. I'm sure of it."
"You're wrong Ian. You should have seen his face when he said it. It was like I-hate-you-so-get-out-of-my-life face."
Ian gave his sister an apolegetic look. Then he felt something on the bed. He picked it up, and found out it was a sweater.
Isabel's favorite lilac cashmere sweater.
"What's this?" He asked showing the sweater to Natalie.
Natalie's eyes got really big. "Ian, I can - "
"Yes, please explain." He told her angrily. Natalie has been taking clothes out of his mother's closet?
Natalie started crying a new wave of tears. "I'm sorry Ian! I just missed her so much. A-And I couldn't sleep one day, so I went and took some clothes out of her closet. They brought me so much comfort. So I have been taking clothes ever since. I'm really sorry!"
Ian immediatly felt guilty for the slight anger he felt. Seeing Natalie like this, was terrible. He hugged her for dear life.
"It's alright. If it helps you sleep well then keep taking the clothes." He said.
"Really Ian? You mean it?" Natalie hiccuped.
"Yes."
Natalie wrapped her arms around Ian. "Thank you. I just . . . wish everything would go back to the way it was before the Hunt happened. I wish we still had our mother. The sweet, gentle, woman who cared for her children."
"She was never that, Natalie," Ian told her. "She murdered Amy and Dan's parents, and caused misery to many people."
"And father?" Natalie asked.
"Father is a coward. He never wanted us. We are better off without him." Ian told Natalie reasuringly.
"But what about all the stuff he taught us when we were little? He taught you so much." Wondered Natalie.
Ian thought for a moment. It was all true. His father taught him a lot. And somewhere deep inside he does miss him. But it's somewhere too deep. "It's past, Natalie. He missed out on us."
Natalie was silent for a few moments. Then, she asked her next question. "Do you reckon he has a new family now? A new wife and maybe new kids?"
Ian looked at Natalie in shock.
"What? I was just asking." She said.
"Well, to answer your question, I would have to go with no. He may have not loved us, but he did love mum. He always loved mum." Answered Ian.
Natalie sighed, "I know. I wish he loved us the same."
"So do I." Admitted Ian.
Natalie hugged her brother once more. "I love you, Ian."
Ian wrapped his arms tightly around his sister. "I love you too, Natalie."
"Now go and sweep Amy off her feet." Natalie said, when she pulled away.
"Aren't you going to come down to dinner?" Ian asked.
"No. I'm not really hungry." She said.
Ian could tell she was lying but he let her be.
"Alright. You know where to go if you change your mind." Ian said, while walking towards the door.
"Bye, Ian."
"Bye, Natalie."
Ian closed the door behind him, and went down to dinner. He made two girls feel better in one day.
