Hey guys! I decided to write a story thats about Egyptian Mythology. I hope you guys like it.
I'm goint to post the summary:
Samantha Lopez is innocent. Well at least she thinks she is. Samantha thinks she gone mad when she sees Egyptian Gods infiltrating her life. She’s sent to go to a new boarding school by her parents and discovers the Egyptian mythology is real. While it’s fun using wands and summoning stuff the fun doesn’t last. Samantha and her friends stumble upon a hidden city under the school and clues to a hidden artifact. This artifact is extraordinarily powerful and unless they don’t find it first one person will rule the world.
So if you want me to post the story then tell me.

@HorseDelighted2: I only introduced 5 characters in the 4th chapter. You and the other four i have left are going to be introduced in the next chapter. I didn't want to introduce all the characters in one chapter because I want to introduce you guys in a different way. So don't worry! You'll be introduced in Chapter 5!

Okay guys here's Chapter 5 Part 1. I'll post Part 2 in a awhile. The new characters will be introduced in Part 2.
Chapter 5 Arrival at North Point
It was very early in the morning. The birds were chirping and the weather was beautiful. It didn’t feel like summer here in Northern Quebec. As we got off the train, all the new students admired the surroundings.
The school was magnificent and humongous. It was sitting in the middle of the woods surrounded by many trees and a body of water, the Hudson Bay. It’s one of the largest bodies of saltwater in Canada. The school was a gigantic castle which looked like it was just built. Next to the castle were many other buildings. Some of them were dormitories and some of them were training centers. We could’ve stayed there admiring the place but we eventually caught up with the other students, who were entering the auditorium.
The inside of the castle was as beautiful as the outside. There were gigantic stone pillars and many statues of Egyptian gods and goddesses. The walls were painted with hieroglyphics and pictures you would find in Egyptian tombs. As soon as we walked in we were taken into security and then released to the auditorium, which was directly across from the security area. The auditorium had hundreds of seats and the ceiling had a gigantic chandelier. On the stage there was a SMART board connected to a computer and were a couple of seats. Directly under the stage there were long tables with many chairs, which are where the teachers would sit during assemblies. My friends and I sat in the front and waited for the assembly started.
Suddenly, a serious looking man walked into the auditorium and got up on the stage. He looked like he was in his forties. He had black hair and green eyes and was wearing a tailored suit made of green wool. He had a microphone with him and then everyone in the auditorium was silent.
“Welcome new and old students, to North Point Boarding School!” he said. “For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Headmaster Alexander Ronald. You may call me ‘Headmaster’ or ‘Mr. Ronald’. Now, I have a few things to say to you, before you guys go off to eat breakfast.”
He goes to the SMART board and opens up a Power-Point presentation. He started the slide show and on the title page it said, Magicians. There were pictures of wands, staff, and hieroglyphics.
“Now new students, I’m positively sure that you guys all know that you’re magicians. As you know that the House of Life usually teaches new initiates but we got permission to open up our own school to teach the young magicians how to defend themselves and use magic,” he paused and changed the slide. “This school follows what the First Nome has ordered us to teach you guys. You’ll learn everything you need to know here in this school. Any questions so far?”
“What is the First Nome?” asked Chris.
“Good question, young lady. A Nome is a district or region. The House of Life has divided the world into 360 Nomes. The First Nome is Egypt,” he said pointing to the map on the presentation. “Egypt is the House of Life’s headquarters. That’s where the initiates trained before they’re assigned to a district. Our Chief Lector, which is the lead magician, is Iskander. The Chief Lector is an extremely powerful magician and their role is to serve and protect the pharaoh. ”
He goes to the next slide and said, “We have many classes to offer but as 9th grader you have mandatory classes. You’ll be receiving your schedules and you’ll be explained in full detail about your classes. Now, all students I have some rules to say. Skipping classes is prohibited and don’t go into the woods without permission or unattended by an adult. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in North Point Boarding School. And I want the older students to be a good role model for the younger students. Enjoy breakfast and have a wonderful year!”
All the students applauded as the Headmaster exited the auditorium. One of the teachers dismissed us to the Great Hall where we would eat all our meals. The Great Hall looked like an ordinary school lunch room except it’s extremely bigger than the ordinary lunch room and there were more hieroglyphics on the walls. My friends and I got our breakfast from the serving area and sat at one of the farthest tables in the room.
For breakfast we all had pancakes and juice. After we ate we started to talk until we saw teachers going to each table with new students.
“What do you there doing?” asked Dontae.
“I heard that we’re going to be put into dormitories then we will be given our class schedules,” replied Lizzy.
“My parents told me that they pick who will be our roommates randomly,” said Tori.
“I just hope were all together,” I said hopefully.
A teacher comes up to our table. She had long black hair cut in Ancient Egyptian style and had Arab features. She was wearing fancy linen clothes and a bunch of amulets around her neck. “Welcome,” she said. “I’m Madame Rashid. Can you please tell me your names?”
“I’m Alex. This is Sophie, Samantha, Tori, Chris, Dontae, and Lizzy,” replied Alex.
“Okay dears. You guys are all put in the same dormitory. You guys are extremely lucky. You’re dormitory is Dorm A. They’ll be a sign on the building and it’s located near the library,” she said handing us a map. “You’ll find five other students living with you guys. I’ll be seeing you guys tomorrow during class.”
She gave us each key and then left and went to another table. We studied the map and headed outside to find our dormitory.

Chapter 5 Continued...
We went outside and found Dorm A next to the library. Sophie opened the door with her pair of keys and then we walked inside.
The dormitory looked like a condo from the outside. The inside was magnificent. On the first floor there was a big living room, a study room, a kitchen and a dining room. Our rooms were located on the second floor. We all go to our rooms and find our luggage already there. I told them that I’m going to unpack and they all decided to do the same.
I was very delighted with how my room looked. My room had a desk and chair, a gigantic closet, a bookshelf, and a TV. It also had a gigantic bed similar to the one in Uncle Bob’s mansion. The bed had hieroglyphics painted on it and my pillow was hard once again. Why must our pillows be uncomfortable?
I placed all my books on the book shelf and decided to unpack my clothes later. I walked downstairs to the living room. The living room looked extremely wonderful. It had a giant TV, cabinet filled with games, hieroglyphics painted on the walls, a big chandelier, and a statue of an Egyptian god. It took me awhile but I remembered it was Thoth. Thoth is the god of wisdom and writing.
I found three girls talking. One of the girls (I later learn is Kendra) had dark hair, large round glasses and was wearing dark clothes. Another girl (I later learn is Cleo) looked really pretty. She reminded me of the girls in fashion magazines. She had long black hair, dazzling jade eyes, long eyelashes, and was lean. The last girl (I later learn is Claire) had her long beautiful brown hair in a ponytail and has thick black glasses.
I went up to them and said, “Hello, I’m Samantha Lopez.”
“Hi,” said the girl with the long black hair and dazzling jade eyes. “I’m Cleopatra Charm. But you can call me Cleo. These are my friends Claire Cahill and Kendra Jenner.”
“Nice to meet you,” I said.
My friends came downstairs and I introduced them to Claire, Cleo, and Kendra. We all sat down in the living room and enjoyed our time together. I learned that just like Tori, Cleo and Claire found out about being magicians from their parents. Kendra is the same as me, she didn’t find out from her parents. Cleo is fifteen, Claire is fourteen, and Kendra is thirteen and a half.
“Wow,” Sophie. “You’re thirteen and a half and you’re in 9th grade? Did you skip a grade?”
“Yeah,” replied Kendra. “I skipped 7th grade last year.”
“Hey guys,” I said looking inside the cabinet. “Has anyone ever heard of Senet?”
“I did!” said Claire. “It’s a game they used to play in Ancient Egypt. My parents love that game. I could teach you guys sometime.”
After a while, we heard the sound of the door opening. Cleo volunteer’s to go and see who it is. When she comes back she had papers in her hand and two other students were following her. One of them was a girl. She was tall, lean, had long black hair hazel/gold eyes. The other student was a boy. He had brown hair and brown eyes.
“Hey guys, these are our last two roommates,” she said then turned to the two students. “And you must be…”
“I’m Bradley Tipton and this is Zesrio. I’m 14 and she’s 15 ½. Anything else you need to know?” said Bradley.
“Now can you give us our schedule? That’s the first thing we wanted. Me and Bradley are so busy,” Zesrio said impatiently.
Cleo gave them their schedule and they walked upstairs. She gave us our schedules and then sat down on one of the couches.
“What’s up with those two?” she said.
“They seem very busy.” Tori replied. “They’re probably just excited to see their rooms.”
“Anyways, let’s forget about those two. Do we all have the same classes?” asked Alex.
Luckily we all had the same classes. This is what our schedule said:
8:00 am: Breakfast
9:00 am: History of Ancient Egypt
10:00 am: Scribing
11:00 am: Gods & Goddess
12:00 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm: Spell Casting
2:00 pm: Specialties
3-6 pm: No classes
7:00 pm: Dinner
*Light’s out at 10:00 pm sharp*
For the rest of the day the gang and I explored the school. We went inside the library, the training center, and enjoyed being near the Hudson Bay. The whole day we never saw Zesrio and Bradley. I’m a really curious person and I wonder what they’re doing back in the dormitory. But it’s best to leave them alone. They seem like they don’t want to be bothered.
We ate dinner and watched TV. I said good night to my friends and went to my room to unpack my things.My first day at North Point was great. I couldn’t wait for our classes tomorrow.

YAY thanks Anna oh gees I'm tired now last night I was at a sleepover and we stade up all night literally we DIDENT go to sleep tell five in the morning then we got up at six tomorrow I have a spring brake camp well at least it gets me out of doing school me and my twin phenix are home schooled at the moment any way because i accidentally blew up my last twenty five schools well I didnt blow them all up some I set on fire sum I reeleased posinos gass so yah almost any school in Europe knows and fears my name well not just my name phenix's to

@Kendra: Ok, I'll add that part in. I'll post asap. :) Most likely on the weekend because I have more time. Whenever i write something, it takes me a while because I take so many breaks to come up with ideas.
@Livy:Your Welcome! :) Wow, my parents would never let me stay up that late. On school days we have to sleep at 9 (but i usually stay up later reading books). On the weekend we can stay up till 12. You live in Europe, that's cool! The only places I've lived in was Canada and now I live in America. Do you like being homeschooled?

@SilverWolf348- Ok, I'll include that in your character. It may be put in later on in the story.
@Everyone- I don't think i'll be posting for a while.
Two reasons: 1. I'm so busy. I have to study for a math test and I have this history project to do and I can't find any info. The problem is I procastinate. I leave things to do the night before it's due.
2. I have writers block. I can't think of any ideas so far.
So, it might take me awhile to post the next chapter. I'm REALLY sorry! I know I keep on delaying posting the next chapter but I'm so busy with school and other personal things. And thank you guys so much for your comments! It really makes me happy.

Livy here actuly me and my twin live in Oregon at the moment our parents died when me and phenix were ten we went to live with our uncle in london we've bin expelled from practically every school in Europe we've bin blamed for many actsidents some of witch we have done but most of them we did'nt We grew up in Oregon we've lived all over the world you name it we've probably lived there

hey cleveroutsmarting11, if you are still stuck up in writer's block i've got an idea for you. you can use it ,change it, or not use it at all.

Okay guys, here's the long awaited Chapter 6! Note: This isn't the whole chapter. It became longer than I have expected. So, I'll post the first part now and the next part will be posted in later. Enjoy! :)
Chapter 6 We learn something interesting…
I woke up feeling very relaxed, even though the headrest was uncomfortable. I got up and I wore a purple t-shirt, skinny jeans, and black converse. I grabbed my bag and my schedule and walked downstairs. I found everyone crowding around two people. I looked closely and found Madame Rashid and a girl standing there.
The girl had really long reddish-brown hair, perfect tan skin, tall, and her eye color seemed to change, like a kaleidoscope. Her eyes right now seem to be brown, that’s most likely her normal eye color. She was wearing a black leather jacket, black combat boots, a purple top, and a short skirt with black lace leggings. She also had make-up on, purple nail polish, gold eye shadow and black eye liner.
“Good morning,” Madame Rashid said. “You guys have a new roommate. This is-”
“Olivia Elizabeth Gwenivere Sarah Trinidie,” the girl interrupted. “You guys can call me Livy, if you want.”
“Nice to meet you,” we all said in unison.
“I must get going,” Madame Rashid said while she exited the dormitory. “You kids have fun.”
“So guys, let’s go get breakfast,” I said.
While we walked towards the cafeteria in the castle, I noticed that Livy was talking to Zesrio and Bradley. When we got to the cafeteria and retrieved our food, Livy was sitting with Zesrio and Bradley at a table at the other end of the cafeteria. This seems very strange to me.
“Hey guys,” I said while sitting down. “Didn’t you notice that Zesrio and Bradley are friendly to the new girl, Livy?”
“Yeah,” replied Tori. “They must know each other from school or something.”
“But, they don’t seem to know each other,” said Alex.
“I agree, it’s strange that Zesrio and Bradley would let Livy hang out with them,” said Sophie.
We ate our breakfast quickly so we can find our first class quickly. On the schedule it says that History of Ancient Egypt is located in room 208. That means we need to go upstairs.
Let’s just say this school is very confusing. There are many stairways but they lead you to different places. Each stairway leads you to a different corridor or different floor. It took us a long time to find the classroom. When we got there we were ten minutes late, the teacher was not happy about this. We quickly sat in the back of the classroom and I noticed that Zesrio, Bradley, and Livy were here a long time ago.
“How did you guys find your way to class so fast?” I whispered to Livy.
“It was very easy,” she replied. “Zesrio and Bradley practically know the whole school. They knew how to get here in less than five minutes. You should walk with us next time.”
“Students in the back no talking,” said the teacher. “Now to the students who just walked in late, as of tomorrow if you’re late you’ll receive detention. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to copy the text books. My name is Ms. Eleanor Truman. Please open up your textbooks to page 25.”
Ms. Truman looked like she was in here thirties. She had shoulder length red hair and green eyes. She wore expensive suits and five inch high heels. Ms. Truman might look scary but most of the students are taller than her. She walked around the room holding out her wand like she’s about to whack us with it.
“Today, we are going to learn about the beginning of this great civilization. Does anyone know about what year the civilization started?” she asked.
“I know,” said Claire. “Isn’t it during 3100 B.C?”
“Correct, now I want everyone to read the following chapter and answer these questions,” she said while pulling up the questions on the SMART board. “Whatever you don’t get in class was homework. And, I would like complete silence in the room.”
I looked down at the chapter and it wasn’t interesting. I never really liked History in my old school and History on Egypt doesn’t seem interesting. I managed to finish answering the question and was relieved to hear the bell ring. This class was extremely boring.
“Students, for homework I want you to write a summary on what you learned today in class,” Ms. Truman said. The class groaned.
“But todays the first day of school!” exclaimed Lizzy.
“That is no reason for you guys to not have homework. In my class you’ll always have homework. You guys come here to learn. Now leave, I have another class to teach,” replied Ms. Truman very annoyed.
“Ms. Truman, we’re dying to stay here in your exiting classroom,” whispered Alex.
We all laughed while we went to our next class, Scribing. Our classroom was way different than the last one. It was right across from Ms. Truman’s room but it was way different. There was a statue of Thoth in the middle of the room and a fountain with running water right next to it. Around the statue like a circle there were many desks and a few feet away from the statue was the teacher’s desk. There were many cabinets filled with papyrus rolls, paintbrushes and ink.
We sat in the desks in the first row and waited for the teacher to come in. After everyone sat in their seats the teacher walked into the door. He was a tall and muscular African American man. He had short black hair, dark brown eyes, and a friendly expression. He was wearing black linen clothes but you could tell from his clothes that this class could get messy. His clothes had so much ink blotches and hieroglyphics seemed to form. Either it was my imagination or the ink was really moving and making symbols.
“Good morning class,” he said smiling. “Welcome to Scribing! I’m Mr. Alan Underwood.”
He took out something that looked like the things you used to make tattoos and placed it on his desk. He then got paper cups from the cupboard and placed it near the fountain. All the students were wondering what he was doing.
Everyone was silent until Dontae asked, “Uh, Mr. Underwood, what are you doing?”
“Getting a few things ready, you’ll see. Now, does anyone know what the point of this class is?” he asked. Kendra was the only one who raised her hand so he called on her.
“Scribing is being able to summon things while writing,” Kendra replied.
“That is correct young lady,” he said. “For now you guys will learn how to write magical words and make them come to life. A magician with great skill is able to summon simply by writing or saying magical words easily. Now, everyone line up in front of the fountain. You must drink this water purified from the god Thoth.”
“Why?” I asked.
“The water purifies you and after you guys drink water you’ll get tattoos on your tongue. That’ll help you speak magical words properly,” replied Mr. Underwood.
After we drank the water and had the tattoo imprinted in our mouth (Let me warn you, it taste horrible!), we were able to start writing magical words.
“Now, on your papyrus use ink and write down anything. Hieroglyphics are the best but you can write in English,” he said. “After you write it down speak it.”
I looked down at my papyrus roll wondering what I could write everyone else had done something but were unable to summon it. I wrote down the word fire and spoke it. Nothing happened.
Suddenly, I heard some clapping from Mr. Underwood. I turned around and saw Tori able to summon something. It was a symbol floating around in the air and it looked like an eye. I recognized it from somewhere but couldn’t remember what it was.
“Bravo Tori! Well done,” he exclaimed. “Student’s look, this is how it’s supposed to be done. Tori drew the hieroglyphic for the symbol, the Eye of Horus, and was able to summon it.”
The class applauded and Tori was really happy that she was able to do it. The bell rang and we were on to our next class, Gods & Goddesses.

Amazing I love my sarcasm. And i totally get why adults hate it. They have no comebacks for it!!!! Anywho, I do NOT like that teacher. First period is going to stink for the entire year. I hope I mock Mrs. Trunmen (sp?) in class a lot. I have a teacher like that in real life. She totally hates me. Man. . . fifth period rules. . .
