Fanfiction for writing contest.
Chapter 1
Katniss Everdeen smiled as she walked around the Seam.
The Hunger Games had finally ended last year.
She and Peeta were holding hands, smiling, and enjoying the day.
When Katniss got home, she found a letter waiting for her.
She ripped it open. It read- "Katniss Everdeen, you have been selected as one of the tributes on The 39th Hunger Games of Olympus!"

Peeta stepped into his house, and found a letter with golden words on it.
"Peeta Mellark, you have been selected as one of the tributes on The 39th Hunger Games of Olympus!"

Amy and Dan Cahill walked home from a long day after regular school.
The hostages were safe and the Vespers defeated.
“Yes, no more danger!” Amy had exclaimed as they stepped on the bus.
When they got home, they found a letter waiting for them.
“"Amy and Daniel Cahill, you have been selected as one of the tributes on The 39th Hunger Games of Olympus!"

Jason got back from training.
He still felt sparks from Piper’s kiss earlier on the day.
He entered the Big House with his friends.
“Letter for you waiting in the Big House,” Chiron had said after training.
Jason ripped open the letter, and took it out.
Piper and Leo stood on either side of him, peering over his shoulder to read the note.
"Jason Grace, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, you have been selected as one of the tributes on The 39th Hunger Games of Olympus!"

Percy, Reyna, Hazel, Frank, and Octavian all sat around a table, peering at the letter addressed to them.
"Perseus Jackson, Hazel Levesque, Frank Zhang, Reyna, Octavian, you have been selected as one of the tributes on The 39th Hunger Games of Olympus!"

Meanwhile... somewhere in the Capitol...
“Have you sent all of them?” a young female asked.
“Yes, one to each,” said a voice on the phone line.
“Perfect. This should be better than amusing.” The girl smirked.
The girl called herself...

Oh, and one change to part 2...
When it says "two girls and two boys entered the room", I have to change it to "4 girls entered the room".
Chapter 4
"Alice Bryant. She is a well trained previous Victor of The Hunger Games."
The tall 19 year old looked at Katniss and Peeta and gave them a friendly smile.
"And finally, Cahills, your trainer will be Charlie. Charlie is a trained Ekaterina, and-" Tasnia got cut off by Dan.
"Uh, Tasnia, how do we tell you and Charlie apart? You guys look like twins..." Dan interrupted.
"Dan, I wear glasses, and I'm a bit taller than her. Answers your question?" Tasnia replied.
Dan nodded.
"Okay, so I will give you time today to meet your trainers when you get back to your rooms. Then, tomorrow we will start training," Tasnia said. "Happy Hunger Games, and I will see you at the end of the week!"
The room turned into a buzz of conversations- mostly some yelling from Ian and Evan's continued arguement.
Almost no one noticed the 3 trainers and the Head Gamemaker walk out.

"Oh my god!!! I just met all my favourite characters from my favourite books!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EEEE!!!" Tasnia squealed along with Charlie and Anna.
The three 12 year old girls jumped around. Alice just rolled her eyes.
"Oh come on, ALice, you must be a little excited," Charlie said.
"Oh, I'm excited alright. I'm just not going to jump around and squeal like you three," Alice smiled a bit.
"Let go. We have dinner and then we just talk with the tributes," Anna said, and they went for dinner.

Ian rolled his eyes as Charlie was talking about strategy.
"Oh please, Ekat. They should have gotten a Lucian to train. Ekats cannot do anything!" Ian moaned.
"Hey, Ian! We get way more done than you! All you do is bicker with Evan all day!" Sinead snapped.
"Excuse me?"
"Ekaterina's are smart, unlike you Cobra," Evan said.
"Lucians are genius's and are masters at spywork!" Ian said.
As another fight broke out between the Cahills, Jake thought this was the perfect time.
He snuck out the doorway.

Alice, Peeta, and Katniss were all sharing their experiences in The Hunger Games. "Rue didn't deserve to die," Katniss muttered.
"We already know the techniques of The Hunger Games. And how hard can it be to win a Hunger Games hosted by a 12 year old?" Peeta said.
"You have a point, Peeta. But, there are the other tributes who have been in almost as much danger and can be capable of almost anything," Alice pointed out. "The Cahills have taken months- years- of preparation for fighting the Vespers. The demigods have special powers that can defeat you immediately. I say this year we practice harder."
As Katniss listened to Alice, she spotterd something- someone- at the corner of her eye.
She spun around in her chair.
Katniss looked out through the glass.
She thought she saw a kid with blondish hair walk by.
Was that... no, it can't be. Must be seeing things.
Katniss went back to listening to Alice's and Peeta's conversation.

Percy finger drummed on the table.
Anna was giving them a few strategies.
Luckily, it contained activity, or else all the ADHD demigods in here would be bored dead.
After Anna left, they were all headed to their rooms.
Percy walked into his room, and realized there was a note left on the bed.
Percy opened it, and realized it was from Annabeth.
He smiled. He needed this thing to cheer him up.
After falling half asleep, he thought he heard footsteps outside his door.
"Uh, is anyone out there?" Percy called, as he opened the door.
Nothing.
Oh well, probably nothing.

Tasnia wandered through the dark Training Center.
She heard footsteps.
Tasnia stopped.
The faint sound of footsteps continued, then stopped abruptly. As Tasnia started walking, the other footsteps started again.
Tasnia spun around.
"Who's there?"
There was no answer.
Then, there was a snapping noise.
Tasnia slowly backed up.
As she did, she crashed into someone else.

"AHHH!!!" came two screams.
One came from Tasnia.
THe other came from a boy.
THe boy shone his flashlight at Tasnia's face.
"Tasnia?" he asked.
"Jake? What are you doing here?" Tasnia asked.
"Oh, um, nothing..."
"Really, Jake? NOTHING? What's that behind your back?"
"Nothing, just... shouldn't you be in bed or something?" Jake said quickly.
"Yes, but... okay fine. You don't tell me what you were doing. And I won't tell you what I was going to do," Tasnia said. "Now we're even."
The two went back to bed.
Jake carrying a small tube with green oozy liquid, and Tasnia carrying a small test tube with sparkling blue liquid.
Both filled with poison.

"Welcome everyone! Tonight we shall get to know our tributes better with none other than an interview!" Caesar Flickerman flashes his dazzling smile.
The crowd went wild.
"We will start with a special interview with the Head Gamemaker behind this years highly amusing Games. But first, let's get to know who our tributes are!" Caesar said. "Amy Cahill, Daniel Cahill, Ian Kabra, Jonah Wizard, Hamilton Holt, Sinead Starling, Jake Rosenbloom, and Evan Tolliver from The 39 Clues! Percy Jackson, Jason Grace, Hazel Levesque, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, Frank Zhang, Reyna, and Octavian from Heroes of Olympus! And last but certainly not least, our previous Victors who've won The Hunger Games not once but TWICE, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark!"
The crowd went absolutely nuts with cheer.
"Now, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, Tasnia ***not saying last name*** !!!"
Tasnia came on stage, wearing a red sleeveless dress, the hem swashing around her knees as she walked in her high heels.
"Hello, Caesar. What a lovely crowd we have here today," Tasnia smiled.
"Hello, Tasnia. Yes, it is a lovely crowd here tonight, isn't it. Now, tell us, why are you holding another Hunger Games with these special different people after the Hunger Games ended last year?" Caesar asked, curious to know himself.
"Well, dear Panem, not only me, but many many of my friends enjoy all of the 3 series of books that the tributes here today come from. So, I've thought that, why don't I take all the characters and put them here together in the Hunger Games?. Turned out to be a brilliant idea. But, the drawback is seeing all of our favourite characters die in this. So sad," Tasnia said.
"Brilliant indeed. Do you have any special plans for this year's Hunger Games?"
"Oh yes. Plenty of amusing and extraordinary plans for the Games this year," Tasnia smiled slyly.

Amy Cahill walked up on stage, he hair looking flaming red than ever.
"My, Amy, dear, your dress is absolutely stunning!" Caesar compliments. "It comepletely brings out those jade green eyes of your."
Amy smiled.
She was wearing a jade green gown that reached to her ankles.
"Amy, now that Ian, Jake, and your already boyfriend Evan have told us how much their love is for you, how do you feel? Which would you choose?" Caesar asked.
The crowd was also eagar to know.
"Um, well, Ian and I have gone far back, and believe me when I say we've had dangerous times together. Especially when he tried to kill me and my brother - more than once. And Evan, I've been working on getting him since the starting of High School. Jake, I never really met until the start of Vespers kidnapping the 7 hostages. I would never be able to choose one," Amy said.
"Aw, how sweet," Caesar said. "Suppose you and one of the three of those boys were left at the end. What would you do?"
Amy thought for a moment.
"Sacrifice my life for them..."

"Last question Percy. What about this girlfriend of yours... Annabeth? I bet right this instant she is worried about you," Flickerman said."Well, I miss her a lot right now, and I definately will try winning for her," Percy said.
"Great! Win this, and you two can go back to living happily ever after," Caesar said, flashing his smile again. "When ever they say 'Happily ever after', it always means a certain death," Percy thought.

"Third time in the Hunger Games. And you have Peeta along with you again. Feel confident that you'll win?" Caesar asked Katniss.
"Sure, I guess. I have lots of experience."" Good! Last year, the Rebellion and the war ended, along with the Hunger Games. You killed President Snow for holding the Hunger Games. Will you kill an innocent 12 year old girl as well?"
Katniss just sat there for a moment.
"Maybe... I don't know," Katniss replied.
"And about your competiton. The olympians will be using their powers and stuff. The Cahills have technology, poison, strength, pretty much all the attributes of everything with them. What about you and Peeta?" Caesar said.
"We'll just have to outsmart those attributes then," Katniss said.
"Remember the first time you came here?" Caesar remembered. "The 74th Hunger Games. You were definately on fire. Shall we do that one more time?" Caesar asked.
Katniss knew exactly what he meant.
She twirled for him, and Caesar announced once again, "Katniss Everdeen, the girl on fire!!!"

The two went back to bed.
Jake carrying a small tube with green oozy liquid, and Tasnia carrying a small test tube with sparkling blue liquid.
Both filled with poison.

"Welcome everyone! Tonight we shall get to know our tributes better with none other than an interview!" Caesar Flickerman flashes his dazzling smile.
The crowd went wild.
"We will start with a special interview with the Head Gamemaker behind this years highly amusing Games. But first, let's get to know who our tributes are!" Caesar said. "Amy Cahill, Daniel Cahill, Ian Kabra, Jonah Wizard, Hamilton Holt, Sinead Starling, Jake Rosenbloom, and Evan Tolliver from The 39 Clues! Percy Jackson, Jason Grace, Hazel Levesque, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, Frank Zhang, Reyna, and Octavian from Heroes of Olympus! And last but certainly not least, our previous Victors who've won The Hunger Games not once but TWICE, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark!"
The crowd went absolutely nuts with cheer.
"Now, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, Tasnia ***not saying last name*** !!!"
Tasnia came on stage, wearing a red sleeveless dress, the hem swashing around her knees as she walked in her high heels.
"Hello, Caesar. What a lovely crowd we have here today," Tasnia smiled.
"Hello, Tasnia. Yes, it is a lovely crowd here tonight, isn't it. Now, tell us, why are you holding another Hunger Games with these special different people after the Hunger Games ended last year?" Caesar asked, curious to know himself.
"Well, dear Panem, not only me, but many many of my friends enjoy all of the 3 series of books that the tributes here today come from. So, I've thought that, why don't I take all the characters and put them here together in the Hunger Games?. Turned out to be a brilliant idea. But, the drawback is seeing all of our favourite characters die in this. So sad," Tasnia said.
"Brilliant indeed. Do you have any special plans for this year's Hunger Games?"
"Oh yes. Plenty of amusing and extraordinary plans for the Games this year," Tasnia smiled slyly.

Amy Cahill walked up on stage, he hair looking flaming red than ever.
"My, Amy, dear, your dress is absolutely stunning!" Caesar compliments. "It comepletely brings out those jade green eyes of your."
Amy smiled.
She was wearing a jade green gown that reached to her ankles.
"Amy, now that Ian, Jake, and your already boyfriend Evan have told us how much their love is for you, how do you feel? Which would you choose?" Caesar asked.
The crowd was also eagar to know.
"Um, well, Ian and I have gone far back, and believe me when I say we've had dangerous times together. Especially when he tried to kill me and my brother - more than once. And Evan, I've been working on getting him since the starting of High School. Jake, I never really met until the start of Vespers kidnapping the 7 hostages. I would never be able to choose one," Amy said.
"Aw, how sweet," Caesar said. "Suppose you and one of the three of those boys were left at the end. What would you do?"
Amy thought for a moment.
"Sacrifice my life for them..."

"Last question Percy. What about this girlfriend of yours... Annabeth? I bet right this instant she is worried about you," Flickerman said."Well, I miss her a lot right now, and I definately will try winning for her," Percy said.
"Great! Win this, and you two can go back to living happily ever after," Caesar said, flashing his smile again. "When ever they say 'Happily ever after', it always means a certain death," Percy thought.

"Third time in the Hunger Games. And you have Peeta along with you again. Feel confident that you'll win?" Caesar asked Katniss.
"Sure, I guess. I have lots of experience."" Good! Last year, the Rebellion and the war ended, along with the Hunger Games. You killed President Snow for holding the Hunger Games. Will you kill an innocent 12 year old girl as well?"
Katniss just sat there for a moment.
"Maybe... I don't know," Katniss replied.
"And about your competiton. The olympians will be using their powers and stuff. The Cahills have technology, poison, strength, pretty much all the attributes of everything with them. What about you and Peeta?" Caesar said.
"We'll just have to outsmart those attributes then," Katniss said.
"Remember the first time you came here?" Caesar remembered. "The 74th Hunger Games. You were definately on fire. Shall we do that one more time?" Caesar asked.
Katniss knew exactly what he meant.
She twirled for him, and Caesar announced once again, "Katniss Everdeen, the girl on fire!!!"

This was amazing! I can't believe they are all going to die! I have a few questions for you if you don't mind: How many tributes get to live at the end and who wins?!?!?!?! It's so nerve-wracking! I can't imagine for one person from one of the series die and someone else lives! Don't let them die!

this is awesome! The only bad part is that they have to *gulp* kill each other. Can you imagine Amy hurting anyone? Or, for that matter, Percy (Percy cares way too much for his friends). Evan wouldn't last a second in the arena :( NO, WAIT, I'VE GOT IT!
