This will be a group of elite Lucians who will unite together to fight the Vespers. You will be the highest – ranking group of Lucian Commandos on the hunt for the Vespers. At the LucianElite, you will choose the language you will mainly use on the LucianElite site. To join, please submit the following application. The lower application is an example.

I have information on the Vespers, Message Board and otherwise.
In the Council Of Eight, the Vesper One Nominees were BlackWolf (Dracia) and SpiritedRouge (Grace). The winner was Dracia.
The Vesper Two Nominees were SpiritedRouge (Grace), BlackWolf (Dracia), and GeneralAssassin (Marilyn). The winner was Grace.
The Vesper Three Nominees were Madeline and WinningSilver. The winner was WinningSilver
The Vesper Four Nominees were AgentWolf and WinningSilver. The winner was AgentWolf.
The Vesper Five Nominees were MonkeyLucian and Madeline. The winner was Madeline.
The Vesper Six Nominees were Marilyn and WinningSilver. The winner was Marilyn.
The Vesper Seven Nominees were FireDragon, SteelBone, and BlackRose. The winner was SteelBone and FireDragon is her assistant.

The next Card Pack will be the Magellan Heist. After researching Ferdinand Magellan, I found that he lived from 1480-1521. He was a Portugese explorer and he wrote about his journeys in a journal. (Possibly something that Amy and Dan have to steal?) I also found out that Magellan's expedition of 1519–1521 became the first expedition to sail from the Atlantic Ocean into the Pacific Ocean. While they were getting from the Atlantic to Pacific, they went through the strait of Magellan; it goes from Argentina to Chile. I also think that it is possible he was a Vesper.
Is that good information? I hope it is enough to move me up a rank.

Report on France: Here is my report on France. There were 2 Vesper agents at the Eifill Tower and they found a clue. Then they went to the place of Nellie's kidnapping and started arguring with the manager very loudly.
