Why aren't my posts showing up right away?
Moderators review each and every message to make sure the rules of the board are being followed. You can see those rules above the box that appears each time you post something. They are approved in the order they were posted. We try to approve all posts within 24 hours. The rules are: No last name, schools or cities (first names and states are ok) Age/grade is ok but no birthdays No being mean, rude or cursing No posting your email address, links to other websites, or your usernames for other websites No attachments or pictures allowed (unless, of course, it's a 39 Clues signature graphic)
Why isn't my post appearing on the front page? Can you put it there? Posts are released as we moderate them. We often approve batches of posts at a time, and unless we make a sticky thread, we have no control over which page a topic appears on.
Can you make my post a sticky thread??? Sorry -- we wish we could do this with so many great threads, but we would have PAGES of them. We use sticky threads for über important info from authors and Cahills etc.
My post doesn't explicitly break any of those rules...why was it edited or deleted? We reserve the right to edit and delete your posts. We may do this if we think you're sharing too much personal information, being inappropriate or or if the subject is not appropriate for the 39 Clues board. Some topics that are not appropriate are religion and politics and your personal love lives. We are here to protect your privacy. You should never share your name, number, location etc with strangers ob the Internet. There is SO much to discuss about the world of the 39 Clues and that's really what we're here for.
What is this "Report Post" button? Use this to let the moderators know if any rules are broken in a post that may have slipped by us -- it can happen!
Can I post in another language? No. Please stick to English. A moderator might know another language but we can't count on that, or Google translator. And we need to be able to read each message.
I posted a message with a code in it. Why isn't it showing up? Moderators have to crack your codes before we approve the message. To make this process faster, make a note to us in your post with the key or the answers. We’ll delete that info before we publish the post.

I've been hearing alot about a 39 Clues moive and the first time I heard about it was in 2008. It's now 2012 so is there really going to be a movie and when will it come out?

Thanks, that's awesome. But I do have a question that I'm curious about. Well, two actually.
First, why are people allowed to put stuff about their religion on their signature, but not on their posts? (For example some people say Jesus freak or proud Christian and stuff like that. Not that I'm saying it's bad, 'cause I'm happy about it. But I was just wondering.)
Also, why is it that sometimes I post something that I'm pretty sure doesn't break the rules, but then I go back and look at that post a different time and it ssays "This message has been edited by the moderator" or whatever, but there's actually nothing different about the post. Like the mods didn't actually change anything but it says they did...

And, while I am at it, can anyone tell me how to earn the card collector medal? I have every card, but my replicator cards disappeared since I used them. Am I stuck having to buy more cards (since the replicator cards themselves cannot be replicated)?

RedLion4, There currently is not a search bar altho it's been requested a lot! Also, this is what 'help' says about the card medals:
Card Medals only count the cards that come from card packs and books. Agent cards and other free cards - ones that don’t come in card packs – do not count towards receiving the Card Medals.

I can't access 'my cards' (probably added too many agent cards) to verify this, but the last time I checked, the only ones I didn't have were replicator cards or ones that can't be replicated. I only need '2' more cards to get the gold medal, so I guess I won't be getting it since I'm not going to buy more card packs just to try to get those few missing cards. I also am not allowed to buy the ebooks, so I can't get any cards for them unless they are reusable and someone posts the code.

i also have a question~well i read the 10- 39 clues books and solved their puzzles on the pages but i got the books from the library so they dont come with card packs i came use for this website. plus i cant finish the missions without them! what do i do!!!!
