Hey everyone, I'm trying to write an amazing Half-Blood story so give me some characters.
Just fill out this form: EXAMPLE (my character) Name: Jade Meadows Age:14 Greek or Roman: to be Determind Parent: To be Determind Looks: Long blond hair that looks like strands of gold in the daylight. Bright blue eyes. Tall and thin. Usually dressed in jeans and a tee-shirt. Personality: Light-hearted and fun to be around. Becomes presice and calm in serious times. Ablilitys: Can hit a bulls-eye easily and tell random facts about the future. Weapons: A small, jade ring tht sprouts into a sword and shield when the gem in pressed on. Special Fact: Was adopted since her real parents were killed in a fire. Remember that not a whole lot of people can be a son/daughter of Zeus, Hades or Posiden (or any of their Roman names). Otherwise, its not that special. Maximum can be 2 a god.

Parent: Zues, although his mother is a bat demon.
Looks: Curly blond hair, handsome, pale blue eyes, average build, usually wears dark clothing, unless forced to do otherwise. Has bat wings on back.
Personality: Very likeable, in fact, mortals immediatly become entranced by him(Combination of Zues and Demon blood does that), although most Demi-Gods, fear him, and he has been through many a close-to-death experience. Indeed, he went to Tartaurus, since was killed in a battle, and as punishment, lost a pinkie finger on his left hand. Funny, can lighten even the most serious time. Intelligent.
Abilities: Entrancement, Lightning, Flight(Wings, remember?), Echo-Location. Cannot die, but can be killled.(Is a monster, although he is a good one. Rather like Tyson!)
Weapons: Prefers a one handed sword, and likes a flowing sword technique, which he adapted to work while he is flying.
Special Fact: Can turn into monster side, which changes him into a huge bat-creature. But he is still a good person.

Hey everyone, here's the first chapter to my book, hope you like it. If your not in this one, don't worry, I'll include you later when Jade gets to Camp Half-Blood.
Hi, my name is Jade Meadows, and I’m your average 14 year-old. Wait… scratch that. I’m not exactly “normal” to most people. Instead, let’s just say I’m your average, all-powerful, totally awesome, Half-blood. (Cool, right.) I didn’t used to be like this. In fact, I used to be so close to normal that I could go to school with mortals and not be noticed by some blood-thirsty demon. Yeah, those were the days. My story all began on a normal, summer day…
“DANG IT!” It was warm and beautiful that day, with the birds singing in the trees and all that fairy-tale stuff, and yet my best friend was screaming at the top of her lungs. “Stupid arrow!! You were supposed to hit the target!”
Gracie Donavan was my best and only friend, and despite her looking almost nothing like me and being a year older, I thought of her like my twin sister. She was one of the most popular girls at school and was also one of the nicest. Her red hair fell in perfect curls around her lightly freckled face and her bright blue eyes illuminated her bubbly personality.
“It’s ok” I said, trying to comfort her “It’s not easy to shoot a bow and arrow at first.” “But you do it so perfectly” It was true. Ever since I could remember, which wasn’t very much, I have been able to shoot a perfect bulls-eye almost every time. I think my mom taught me, but like I said, I can’t remember much. What I could recall were only happy memories. Mom, Dad and I going to the park when I was 3. Me painting my water-colors all over the family room wall. That kind of stuff.
The one thing I did want to forget could never be forgotten. It was the first time I told the future. Yes, you read me right. I told the future. I was about 5 or 6 when my dad had gotten home with a surprise. When he asked me to guess what it was, I guessed right. I know it sounds stupid but after awhile, I began predicting bigger things, such as who would be in a car wreck tomorrow or who the next mayor would be. When I first got it, I thought it was cool. But after some time, I realized I couldn’t control my powers and saw horrible deaths and tragedies.
“What was that?” Gracie’s voice pulled me back into reality. “What was what?” I asked “That.” Then I heard it too. At first, it was a distant crushing noise, but then it got louder and louder, until it was all around us. A mastiff jumped strait out of the bushes. Now, I don’t mean your normal sized mastiff. I mean a 13 foot monster with a puppy face.
My first reaction was pure instinct. I raised my bow, already loaded, and aimed it at it’s head. “Don’t shoot!!” Gracie stepped between me and the demon dog, her back pressed against my arrow tip. “STOP!!” She yelled at the thing. ‘Like that’s gonna stop it’ I thought. Surprisingly, it can to a sudden stop and obeyed. A girl who I had not seen before slipped off it’s back and stood patting the animals side. “Haven’t seen you in a while, Gracie.” The girl said calmly. “Kendall, you’re here early.” Gracie spoke to her as if they were getting coffee. “Where’s Logan?” “Over here.” called a voice.
What happened next was a mix between a blessing and a total nightmare. A guy, about Gracie’s age, flew over on jet-black wings. There were two things that struck me about this dude 1) he’s obviously a VAMPIRE and 2) he was HOT and I’m not joking. He wore black jeans and a black t-shirt that showed off his pale blue eyes and curly blond hair and even from a distance, I could tell this guy was totally ripped.
As he landed, Gracie walked over and began to chat with this ‘Kendall’. I let them get caught up for moment before I interrupted and said “Am I the only one here who thinks a giant mastiff and a winged vampire is not normal?” They all looked at me in astonishment and then, as if remembering who I was, they stopped chattering and looked at me seriously. “Well, I’m the only one who really knows you so I guess I should be the one to explain.” Gracie said “Jade, meet Kendall Waterstone and Logan Shadeson, the senior campers at Camp Half-Blood.”

Hey guys, thanks for the awesome comments, you all ROCK!!! Here's the next chapter of my book. Hope you all like it.
The rest of the day was a total blur. Gracie had just begun to explain things to me when Kendall interrupted and told us the reason for coming. “They’re coming.” She said unnervingly “They picked up her scent and know who she is now.” “Umm… Are you guys taking about me?” I had absolutely no idea what they were talking about, but just from her tone I could tell I was in danger of something.
“Yes” Kendall turned towards me. “Sorry this is so sudden, but you’re going to need to come with us to Camp Half-Blood.” “Wait, wait, wait, wait, WAIT!” I wasn’t about to go anywhere with these people. “So you’re saying that I need to come to this mystical Camp Blood or whatever to escape this horrible ‘thing’ that has my scent. Still completely confused here!” “Yes” Logan had come over from the tree he had been leaning on and stared at me intimidatingly. “Because if you don’t come you’ll either end up like a chew toy for a monster ten times worse than that” He pointed at the giant dog, which was now slumbering with his belly up. “Or be captured and tortured to death. Your choice.”
My decision was simple. “So when do we leave?”
The next few hours were filled with explanations, confusion, and dog slobber. While we rode on Kendall’s demented dog, whose name I learned was Mrs. O’Leary; Gracie explained that Camp Half-Blood was basically a sanctuary for the children of the gods. At first it had only included Greek demi-gods but ever since the 7, Romans could come there too. Apparently, I was one of those demi-gods and Gracie had been sent to protect me. Great.
“The hardest part is finding out your parent” Gracie supplied “I’m a child of Aphrodite and Kendall is a child of Zeus.” “What about Logan?” The guy had been flying beside us he entire time and every time I looked at him, he did incredible barrel-rolls and loops, despite being confined to the forest. “He’s a little bit of god and monster.” When I looked at her, she must have seen my astonishment and because she hurried to clarify. “His godly parent was Hades and his mother was a kind of bat-demon. That’s why he has the wings.” “So he’s not a vampire?” “No.” “And he’s not evil?” “Nope.” I looked at him and tried to see the bat-demon in him, but I couldn’t. I didn’t want to.
All of a sudden, we came to a halting stop. “Get off.” Kendall looked back and even though see had a confident look on her face, I could see fear flash through her eyes. I slipped off Mrs. O’Leary and looked around, trying to see why we had stopped.
“Mrs. O’Leary smells something.” Kendall said “I could just be a deer, but we can never be to sure.” The black mastiff began sniffing at the ground like mad. She went left and right, as if chasing an imaginary squirrel. Finally, she slumped on the ground and whimpered. “They’ve been here” Logan had just landed and I could no longer see his dark plumage. “He must be able to fold them into his back’ I thought. “We should keep moving. By the way that hellhound is acting; I’d say there are a lot of monsters accompanying them.” “No” Kendall spoke with such authority I forgot she was the youngest one here. “We promised to meet Alex, Bennet, and Rebecca around here. If we leave, they may think that we’re dead. Plus, the scent is old and it looks like the monsters haven’t been here in awhile.”
“That’s where you’re wrong” The ominous voice rang through the forest, as clear and sharp as a dagger. If that wasn’t frightening enough, monsters began to leak through the foliage like running water. Some were one-eyed (Cyclops, that was their name) Others were half snake and half human and some weren’t even monsters. They were human, just like me. Then the leader came out. Well, I guessed he was the leader, after all, he came riding in on a huge black stallion. He was blond, his hair spiked, with blue eyes and tan skin. He was well-built and the only thing that seemed out of place was the white line of a scar under his right eye.
“Luke” Gracie breathed.
Great huh. The people I mentioned will be in the story in the nex chapter. Until Then PEACE OUT!!
