okay the title pretty much explains it later i will explain how we are choosing a Victor and how we are choosing who dies so fill out the form and remeber only one boy and girl from each district

Anna Jackson’s POV
My stylist, Fredrick Jones helped me get ready for the tribute parade. I have to admit my costume was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before.
I was wearing a really long sparkly silver dress with three inch heels, silver jewelry, and a tiara. On the tiara there were rhinestones shaped like hovercrafts and other types of transportation. My hair was straightened and left down. Fredrick told me that he has a surprise for me that’ll appear during the tribute parade.
I walked out of the room and met with William, Eleanor and Dan. When Dan saw me he gave me a dazzling smile that made my heart skip a beat. He looked great in the suit even though the hovercraft shaped hat looked funny. Other than that he looked charming.
“You guys look wonderful!” said Eleanor. “This should get you some sponsors!”
We walked up to the chariot and prepared for the parade to start. William came up to us and said, “Just smile and wave at the people. Hopefully, all will end well.”
Then the parade started. The chariots moved down the streets one after the other. The Capitol saw District 1, District 2, District 3, and so on. I noticed that Dan’s hat started changing colors.
“Anna, your tiara is changing colors,” he said.
“Your hat is too,” I said. “So this is the surprise, cool.”
We waved and smiled to the crowd. The crowd adored the color changing accessories. Dan held my hand and said, “Let’s show the audience that we’re proud to be from District 6.”
I didn’t mind at all. We held hands and had our hands up in the air for everyone to see. The crowd was throwing flowers at us.
The chariots all stopped and President Snow started his speech. We put our hands down but didn’t pull apart. I didn’t realize we were still holding hands until we got back inside. I let go quickly and said, “Sorry.”
“Don’t be sorry,” he said. “You really do look beautiful with that costume. Abigail and Fredrick did a great job designing the costumes.”
“Thank you,” I said. I could feel my cheeks go red. “You looked great too.”
William and Eleanor came and congratulated us.
“That was a great idea! Showing them that your proud to be from District 6!” said Eleanor.
“Good job you too,” said William. “Didn’t think you had it in you. Now come on star crossed lovers, time to get some sleep.”
“We’re not-” we both said at the same time but William interrupted us.
“Okay, whatever you say. Either way you guys should definitely get some sponsors. Now all you need to do is do well with the Gamemakers. After that you may have a chance of winning.”
“We might?” I asked.
“Don’t forget about the careers. They’ve been trained ever since they were little kids. Now off to bed both of you. You start your training early tomorrow.” he answered. “I’m going to get something to eat.”
He and Eleanor walked towards the dining room, leaving us alone.
“Well, uh, see you tomorrow,” I said.
“See you.” Dan replied.
I went to my room and took a long relaxing shower. I changed into my pajamas and looked at the pictures in the locket Emma gave me. She’s so lucky that she’s not here. Not on her way to her death. I didn’t feel like I could win but maybe the sponsors I achieve from tonight’s parade will help me stay alive for a while.
I lied on my bed thinking about tonight. Did he actually mean that? Is it possible he could like me? I have no idea why I’m thinking about this when I should be thinking about keeping myself alive. The problem is Dan’s mostly in my thoughts. After a while I finally fell sleep.

Dane's POV
The reaping, i hated it. Too much emotion and it was just another way for me to show how much i hated the capitol. My mother had laid out a white button up shirt and some pants and i reluctantly pulled them on. After that i sat in front of the window staring out over the vast feilds of wind mills turning in a never ending circle, my younger sister Emily was in a light yellow dress and her hair was brushed out, her first year at the reaping. She climbed into my lap and asked
"Dane" she smiled "You look like an ant" She started laughing histerically and i laughed too hugging her tight
"Not as much as you do Emi"
"i do not look like an ant" She replied
"yes you do your braids are your antenee, you must be the queen ant" She pulled her braids behind her head trying to make them dissapear
"Well if i'm the queen ant you have to do what i say" She said sitting up strait
"What ever you wish miss Emily" I said standing up and bowing. my mother who had been standing in the door watching us started speaking
"Well you ants need to move you little bottoms if we are to get to the Reaping on time" we both reluctantly got up and started walking away toward the door, and towards somebody's death sentance.
"Willow Sands" I heard the bright yellow escort say and imediatly recognized the face, she was the girl who took my math class along with the other 15 year olds, she was the girl with the older brother Will, Will had always liked me, and she was the girl who's sister died in the 80th hunger games. She was also a 12 year old same as her sister. She looked so frightened her parents were sobbing her older brother was trying to run up to her and she looked like she was experiencing de ja vu (sp). Once she was standing up there the escort reached into the boys bowl and pulled out a name and all i could hear was my sisters screaming as i walked up towards the bright yellow lady who had just called my name. I looked over at Willow so scared so innocent, she reminded me of my sister, and then i remebered i was going to have to kill her.

Okay ignore that first POV here's a new 1.
Kallyna's POV
"Reaping Day!" My little sister Kelia(who's 12) sings as she skips down the path leading from our house.
"Kelia!" Mother says "Reaping Day is NOT fun!"
"It is for me! I get to wear my favorite dress and have my hair done nicely and not go to school!" Kelia says with a smile and I'd have to agree with her.
Kimmi, my older sister (she's 18 and in her last year of reaping) says "She's too young to understand Mother. Unlike Kane and I."
"Hey!" I say realizing that she's saying I don't understand "I am 14 years old Kimmi Fista and don't you forget!"
"Kallyna, Kane is 16 and I am 18. You're just a child."
"Humph." I scoff then, seeing my best friend Jinny Jones, I ask Father "Can I go get in line with Jinny?"
"Why not?" Father smiles as I run up to Jinny.
Finally they are drawing the names for the tributes. Jinny and I stand, side by side as a lady walks on stage "Welcome!" she says "To the 90th Hunger Games! And may the odds be EVER in your favor!" She's smiling so brightly that you'd have to laugh. "I am Farah Donsi, the escort for district 7. It's time!" She walks over to a big, clear ball and tips her hand in. Farah digs around for a moment, grabs one small peice of paper, and walks back to the micraphone. "Our girl tribute is...Jinny Jones! Congratulations!" I stare at Jinny, who has gone stark white. Jinny is hopeless at everything that doesn't invole school work. She isn't a fast runner or a good climber or anything good outside. Suddenly Peacekeepers have surrounded Jinny and are marching her on stage. Farah Donsi shakes Jinny's hand vigerasly then says "Are there any volenters?" And then I am yelling "I VOLENTEER!"
I am going to my death and Kimmi and Kane don't come to sya goodbye. My mother (of course) was very tearful and Father was sad that his "little girl" was going to have to kill 23 other people in order to come home alive. And Kelia said that I have to win. I want to win, but killing 23 people? Including the boy from my town, Duke Moon? He's this boy from my class at school who never talks and always is alone. He volenteered for a crippled boy from town. We are now being marched out to the train station where Duke and I will meet our mentor. Farah Donsi will also (of course) be escorting us to the Capital. This is not good, but at least Jinny's safe. She came and cried so hard when she saw me. "I'm so sorry!" Jinny cried again and again. "It's ok." I said 'Just be a friend to Kelia okay? Make sure Kimmi and Kane aren't mean to her." Jinny nodded and then she had to leave.

The train.
As we waited for our mentor, I took in the silver and shinyness of it all. This was nothing like home. I wanted out. But what am I thinking? Everyone wants out. "I wonder who our mentor is.", I finnaly managed. I forgot the girl from my districts name, but she looked familiar(SP?) Our mentor never showed for the reaping, so who knows what he looks like? As time went by I said, "Do we even have a mentor? Or is he or her dead? I can't even remember the last time District 7 won the Hunger Games." Still there was scilence. Then the lady that reaped us came in. She barley gave time for me to breath when she said," Well are you to getting along?" Scilence." Well I'll take that as a yes. I'm (Put name here). You're mentor (put name here) is running a little late. He has a consistancy to do that." I just stared at her for sort amount of time. Surely she is the only one in the Capitol who dresses like this. She was wearing a slightly pale yellow dress with flower things on it. Her hair looked like it was emitating a three storie building. Even that was yellow! As I was surveying her dress and how wierd it is, she snapped me back to reality. " One piece of advice for the appearences to the Capitol. Do not focus on one person. Focus on everyone. Wave to them. Act friendly if you have to. Do not stare at one's dress or Blazer. Especially you Mr. Moon." That was it. I was holding that is the entire time. Even before I was reaped. I just had to do it. " Hm." I could barley hold it in. " Is there something you would like to ask me, Mr. Moon?" Thats when it all just came out." Hahahahahah!!!!!!! Mr.Moon? First no one calls me mister, I am only 14. Will continue later!!!!!!!!!!!

I wake up in a place where 3 people surround me.
Soon, I realize they were my prep team.
"Wh-what happened?" I ask quietly.
"You were KO," says one of them.
"I was out for that long?!"
The person who was working on my nails says, "Yes...well... not exactly. We kept you out longer so you would get through the painful part without noticing."
"Painful part?" I ask. THen, another prep member rips the hair off my leg, which answered my question.
"That's the last of it. Now, you can meet your stylist."
As my prep team leaves, I think about Gabe.
"Stupid Kayden," I whisper and flinch at the memory.
Then, a man comes in though the door. He has blue hair and wore blue eye shadow and had blue eyelashes. Might as well be named BLUE.
"Hello, Thordis. My name's Derrikk," he says.
THen he shows me the design for Gabe and mine's Parade costume.
"Shiny," I reply.

First order of buisness-GeneralEmerald11 kinda had to change it when i realised that i hadn't chosen a winner yet, but i made sure all of you that solved the code made it into the top six, it was the best i could do, i even had my younger sister (Aka LavenderHorse121) do the drawing for who would win, i didn't mean to hurt anyones feelings.

Can we not remember till aat the ending? about the same district win thing. It will make more cutting edge, and, um, stuff. Oh, and Aqua are you the Game Maker? Like will you make a minatour or some creatur attack us? Or make fire every where? Or are we just adding it to our selves? Like make it for our own characters?And you might want to do an other reply thing so you know who is still here. when someone finds out they die early they might leave.

some will be courtesy of me (Evil laugh)......and some you guys can make up, i like the minatour idea because its a maze and the minatour was hidden in the labryinth (excuse my spelling) some areas of the maze and garden will be rigged with cirten mutts and disasters, and man eating bushes (another evil laugh) and for some of you like me there will be some trees in the garden, but be aware some things are not as they seem (yet another evil laugh that echos into the night)

Continueation of POV.
"Second, this is stupid. No offence, but what your wearing is not easy to tear your eyes away from.HMmmmmm. Thirdly, I-" I stoped my self before I said it. Thank goodness. The girl next to me started to laugh to, trying to hold it in. Then she said, " There is kinda nothing funny about that." She was strugling to hold it in. I looked at her and said, "But your laughing to! I know its not funnny, but its just, I, well, Never mind." The lady Looked really mad." I asure you both that you will not get any sponsors by laughter. I advice you close your moth till the ride is over. Or your mentor will do it for you." That shut us up. When she was gone I said something I probally should'nt have said. " Mrs. Fista, are you aware are lives are in the hands of lunatics?" My capitol accent was so spot on we both could'nt help but laugh. All of a sudden she got serious. "Why are we laughing?", she said. Her eyes were so intense. They were so green. Then she started back up again." No offence Duke, but you were always the shyest kid in class. Maybe not shy, but quiet. This is the most I have ever seen you talk. And the first tim to see you laugh." I waited a moment before I responded. " I do feel kinda bad. The last time I laughed with my parents was when I was 4. No one knew why. Plus I would'nt talk enogh to tell anyone why. I just thought why not do it before you die? If you were going to die in three hours, what would be the first thing you would do?" She just sat there and did'nt anser. I continued, " I don't know if it's because I never did it before willingly, or if I'm just so darn freaked out. I can't help but laugh. I guess we should just wait. Oh, and I don't know about you, but I trust you enough to tell you my cornicopia stradegy." I waited a moment. Probally a moment to much." I am not willing to live with killing some one for only three minutes. What makes you thinl anyone would want to for the rest of their lives? Now I am not accusing you, but I would'nt. My cornicopia stradegy, is ......" I didn't know if I could say it." To die."
That does not mean I really will die at the cornicopia. It was just my idea. My character's nerves will get the best of him and he will run.

Willow's POV
After saying goodbye to my family and my brother Will pressing firmly into my hands a wooden Lilly made out of Willow wood and whispering.
"Forever and Ever" i couldn't help but hold the tears in
"Will, please don't ever let me go, forever and Ever okay" I screamed tears starting to fall down my cheek
"Willow listen to me" His voice strong and urgent "You can do this, you are strong, stop acting like a baby, you can get through do it for me, do you hear" He said grabbing my shoulders. I nodded unsure of what else there was to do.
"Will, just don't forget me" I whispered hugging him
"Forever and Ever, the Lilly will protect you, Lilly will protect you, just hold onto it tight and never let go, i'll be here holding on the other side of the screen, squeezing your hand and hugging you, i will always be there, so will Lilly, just remember that, i will always be there for you, forever and ever" He said standing back a tear rolling down the side of his wind blown cheek. Mom and Dad stepped forward, still to stunned to say anything like will had but bent down and hugged me until the peacekeeper walked in pulling them away. Will reached through and grabbed my hand.
"Will!" I screamed, but the peacekeeper was stronger and pulled our hands apart leaving me alone in the plush room crying on the carpet. "You said you'd never let go" i whispered to myself before the peacekeepers came to collect me.
In the car i learned that our escort was named Julia Heart and that her dry cleaner had made a terrible mistake and dyed all her pink clothes yellow. Apparently the dry cleaner is currently having a court appearence. I also learned that Dane was the boy tribute and he had a younger sister who was my age. The third thing i learned is that capitol drivers get very annoyed when you start asking them about how the car is powered and when they answer gas you start on a 10 minuite explanation about the wonder's of solar and wind energy and how you could make a few adjustments to the car to make it not powered on gas, and so do extremely over cheery/mad escorts wearing bright yellow clothing. Ahh...yes the things you learn when you are chosen for the hunger games.

Dane's POV
On the ride to the train i learned why Willow is in my classes, she just went into a 10 minuite explanation about the wonders of solar and wind power using terms i'm sure i have never heard before and by the look on the drivers face i'm sure he hadn't either. To sum it all up she's 12! After that the driver was happy to escort Julia Heart out of the car, and I helped Willow out to. She thanked me and we boarded the train. Once there i climbed into my room and pictures flashed before my eyes, full memorys, videos, snapshots. In my dream land i saw Emily sweet and kind rolling in the grass the wind turbines in the background. Her wavy blonde hair standing out from the bright gree of the grass. Then there was Mom, Dad, Emily, and me all gathered around the fire place Emily sitting on his lap listening to him tell tales of fearless sea wariorrs. There was a picture moment of my Aunt Seala (sea-all-la) rocking in a wooden chair teaching Emily to sew. Then i realised Emily was my purpose in life she kept me going, she was who i loved the most then i remeber the saying as i died my life flashed before my eyes and i wondered
am i dying was my whole life devoted to making Emily happy, keeping her safe, seeing her, is this what i'll see when i die in the arena, will she cry, what will i do without her, how will she manage, then a new thought and question popped in my head if i die, i want Willow to win, to teach Emily the things i'd never get to teach her, But then i thought of the chances of her Winning were so low almost impossible, my odds, a possiblity, then i thought about what if i won i'd get to see Emily again, but who would i have become, a cold ruthless killer, a paranoid drunk, a coward, somebody who kept themsleves from freinds and family who forced themself to stay awake to keep away from the dreams, the tales of reliving the deaths of the other tributes, As all these thoughts were running through my head Julia Heart was forouciasly banging on my door,
"GET UP DANE ITS DINNER TIME" she shouted
"Coming" I yelled back. In the dining car a feast was laid out for us. I sat down next to Julia and somebody else. Willow next to Julia and anther person.
"So you must be Dane" i heard a gruff voice say, i looked at the man sitting next to me his hand outstreched, i shook it nodding. "My name is Gregory, Gregory Marsh"
"My name is Susan Mayfeild, you must be Willow" The lady next ot Willow said very quickly. I guessed these were out mentors they both looked tired but alert like at anymoment somebody could jump through the door and try to kill them.
"Nice to meet you" Willow said nodding to both of the mentors
"Lets eat" Julia Heart said joyfully. I looked at the display in front of us, i had never seen so much food in my life, i filled my plate fast as if any moment someone was going to all take it away. i quickly filled up delighted at the pastries and tender meats that were being served, Willow too. That evning i watched the reapings along with Willow who was curled up in a blanket, after they were done she left for her room and i did the same.
After alomst no sleep that night i was waken up by Julia banging on my door again annoucing that we were about to arrive at the capitol. I got dressed quickly and looked outside the window, and i couldn't beleive it.

"Would get over the loss of me, I'm sure." Duke interupted.
"But why do you want to die? I mean..." But Duke looked like he was done sharing. I swallowed and said "Can you remember who the last victors from 7 were?"
Duke shrugged. "I guess we'll just have to live with what we get." Or die I said silently inside my head.
"Alright!" Farah Donsi chirped as she came back into the compartment "Let me introduce your mentor, Troy Brekken." A weedy looking man came in. He was small, with brown hair.
He smiled and said "Well, Im Troy and I will be traniing you." Duke and I nodded as he continued "The Hunger Games are serious. 23children will die. 1 will not. we haven't had a victor in 16 years..." Troy looked at Duke (who didn't look very scary or menecing) and then at me (Kimmi says I could hurt a fly). Troy sighed and said "I don't know if this will be our year." Suddenly I could feel the train stopping.
I looked at Duke and we both stared at Farah, who smiled and said "Welcome to the Capital!"

i came up with an idea. When their are ten left, a feast could be called. I would have made a bomb and strapped it on the cournucopia. it makes the mines explode too. 4 people can die, and that will bring it to the final six.
