Wow. My brother is such a dweeb. He told me Ham and Sinead were working on the Command Center message boards and that it was still “in testing”, but now I find out that the message boards are up and running and Dan’s been on here posting. He better not have told any of you what he did with those frogs and my . . . never mind.
I hope all of you are training hard. Have you been reading up on history – especially Irish history of the 1600s? I’ve been trying to trace the lineage of the first Vespers and where they intersect with the Cahills, but I also want to research Renaissance weapons and the black plague and Irish laws of succession. But then I’m trying to run five miles each day, and it’s hard to fit in jujitsu. I don’t want to scare you, but the Vespers – oh shoot. I have to go. Anyway I have been coming up with aqusations about the vespers (if you read one of my posts) along with a few other agents but one thing for sure those vespers are really showing our true colors. Working as hard as ever Amy. Those Vespers better be ready to fight. Gotta go... My mom says it's time for defensive reflexes and weapons training. Then it's time for defensive driving, then I also do jujitsu, then distance weapons training, then hand-to-hand combat, then bod y weaknesses and pressure points, then my favorite (not) blending healthy foods into disgusting potions, then it's time for art and surfing.

I knew it! I'm not the only one who does archery! I do it as a hobby, though. Here, lemme list my everyday training: 15 reps at 60 pounds, 1.5 mile jog, archery and slingshot, and video games. [yes that gets added because you need reflexes to win XD]

I can help you out with the Vesper history, Amy. I've been able to trace the Vesper family back to the 1300s, while it appears the organization began with Damien Vesper, an former friend of Gideon Cahill who incidentally murdered him in the fire of 1507. We know that Damien must have fathered a son (how else could the Vesper name be passed to Isabel Kabra?) between 1507 and 1526, for after 1526, probably bent on completing his father's mission, similar to Madeleine completing Olivia's mission.
I have been looking into Irish history, but thanks to your suggestion I can narrow my research to the 1600s.

I reccomend that every Cahill trains in the five Cahill areas so that every single descendent of Gideon and Olivia Cahill actively fighting the Vespers acquires a lick of Luke, a cut of Katherine, a touch of Thomas, a jot of Jane, and a magificence of Madeleine. Experts in each area/branch ought to teach the skills.
Strategic Thinking (Lucian): logical games like Battleship and Mastermind
Intellectual Feats (Ekaterina): mind games and puzzles like Sodoku
These should allow you to be "highly logical, which allows [you] to look past extraneous detail, and percieve clearly that which others overlook."
Athletic Accomplishments (Tomas): walking excersizes like the treadmill to increase stamina and other things so you can survive being where the earth meets the sky and the ski slopes of Switzerland.
Artistic Abilities (Janus): pratice thinking outside the box. Maybe be given a situation where you have to build an effective tool with limited materials in a time limit.
