The Maze to the End – an RP like nothing you've seen before

Madellin's POV
I was about to ask 6 a question when he and his...pet disappeared. Belinda was busy hugging Kat. She looked at me before doing the same.
"You look awful," She said, eyeing me up and down.
I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, I'm doing good, thanks for asking," But she was right. My half my dress was ripped to shreds, and my bare, pale legs were slightly cut. The only thing missing was the blood.
"6 said to go north to leave, same thing Jake told us before he...died," Joseph said hesitantly. I almost forgot. I looked at my hands and saw myself gripping Jake's scythe. 6 gave it to me to protect myself. Then I looked around.
"Where's my father?" I asked. Then I heard a voice over our heads, maybe from an intercom. It was the MazeMaker. "Your father silently asked me to beam him to Star Centeral . Good luck finding your way out. Oh, and, watch out for one of the rooms, it might be deadly to one of your friends,"
Then everything went silent. "That swine," I muttered. Then, "Let's go on, shall we?"
They all nodded and began to walk. For a while, everything seemed okay. Then my eyes turned a slight shade of amber. I turned nervously to face Belinda.
"H-how long has it been...Since we've seen each other, I mean," I stuttered. Belinda frowned.
"Four hours, why?" Then she noticed my red eyes. "Oh," She reached to her arm and almost cut it. I grabbed her hand.
"No. I don't want it like that. I'll go hunt." I said. Then I heard a muffled yell and a splash of water. I looked toward the sound, then I looked at our group.
"Where's Joseph...?" Kat asked. Then I didn't waste any time. I grabbed Belinda's and Kat's hands and ran in inhuman speed toward the water. It looked like an ocean, it was as deep as one, too.
"Joseph's down there." Belinda said. "And with all that time, he's probably at the bottom." She looked at me. "You're the only one here who can breathe underwater,"
I nodded and gave her Jake's scythe. "Don't lose this,"
I didn't wait for an answer. I dived into the water and sunk as if I was a stone. Utter shock of coolness spread all over my skin. I opened my eyes. Everything was crystal clear with a touch of blue. I pulled myself lower. Belinda was right, I could breathe underwater. As a vampire, I don't need to breathe at all. I heard a muffled sound behind me. Just like before, there were bright green vines yanking something down. It was Joseph. I caught a hint of his bright red eyes and black hair, struggling for breath. But with each movement, the vines pulled him lower, and lower, until they reached to the bottom. I swam as rapidly as I could; Joseph's oxygen was running out. But by the time I reached him, he took a look at me, and passed out cold. I grit my teeth. No one's dying in this maze.
I reached for the vines and clawed at them, breaking Joseph out. I was tugging him to the surface when one of the vines pushed me away. I swam to it, ripping (sp?) it apart. Then red liquid slowly rose into the water. My eyes turned bright red. Vines...bleed?
But that was the leaste of my worries. I looked at Joseph, who was floating in the water. I was going to go to his aid, but I didn't move. My eyes locked with the blood rising above my head. I shook my head, knwing if I drank now, I wouldn't stop. I pushed myself away and caught Joseph. With a hard yank, I pushed him up. He went to the surface, and two pairs of hands pulled him up. Then I remembered. That's what the MazeMaker was talking about. This ocean was one of it's rooms. And it's deadly to Joseph because he's the prince of the underworld. He controls fire. And now he's burned out.
I pushed myself out of the water. Kat looked at me, relieved. But Belinda was staring at Joseph, murmuring a spell. Joseph was in bad condition. His skin was deathly pale, and his lips were bright blue. Belinda looked at me, and pointed to Joseph with her eyes.
Oh no. She didn't actually mean--
"Yes," She said, as if reading my mind. "CPR"
"But can't you use your magic to help?" I said, slightly bewlidered. Belinda shook her head.
"There are some things magic can't do." She said impatiently.
"But--" I protested.
"Now!" she yelled. I looked at Kat with a swift glance. She was staring at me, her eyes telling me 'What are you waiting for?'
I took a deep breath...And sent deep gushes of air through Joseph's lungs. I looked at him after I did the first. His skin looked better, but he wasn't consious. I did it again, but it was stronger this time. I gripped his hand.
Come on! I thought. Breathe!
As if an answer to my thoughts, his hand gripped mine. I slowly looked up in time to see Joseph's eyes flutter. They opened. Both Kat and Belinda let out a breath they've been holding. Joseph stared at me quizically.
But one thing's for sure. I am not doing that again.

This is a short POV.
After Madellin gave me CPR and I had enoght energy to move, we got moving again. In my mind I was thinking, 'Man, I should had know the Mazemaker would had use my weakness against me.'. Looking back on it I was really lucky that I had the others with me when it happened. Also if it wasn't for Madellin I would have been a goner. 'Man I have to thank big time when we get out of here for saving me with that ki.. I mean CPR.' I thought while shaking my head 'She just a friend Joseph, a really cute one.'. I blushed at the thought and was wondering why I thought that. When my eyes widen and I thought 'Could I be falling in love with Madellin?'

Wow... It's been a long while since I got back. I have 2 announcements and this is the first: I'm female. Let me get through the path posts and then I'll tell you.
- 6? And Madellin ( is Maddy ok?), pls simplify and paraphrase what happened. Careful, you guys are traipsing into stuff I haven't described yet.
- Lilly-Rose - a small grinding noise comes from the door and it rises a half-inch.
-Belinda- it asks, "if you want to pass, tell me what humans below the equator use instead of the North Star."
Ok so here's the other big announcement. Once everyone posts, wait till I reply. Because this interferes a little too much with my schoolwork, just wait for my reply. And don't be alarmed if I don't reply for weeks. I have a lot of homework most weekends. Sorry, but it's the only thing that works for me.

Hey! I just caught up on both 6?'s and Maddellin's (spelled right?) posts and here's what I have to say.
1) 6?, Much of this challenge depends on my description so for right now, none of that stuff back up to u entering the chute happened. Like I said, wait up & don't make up monsters! That's my job. And both the H'tarids and Tr'klootals are black for the record. H'tarids are blind but have good smell and a mouth of fangs. And they have head shapes like a teardrop, their crowns ending in a point. And they have six legs and walk on all sixes. Tr'klootals are bigger than two buses and their mouth is on top of their head. They too cannot see but they have an inner eye instead.
Oh and Maddellin, are you still competing? If you are, I'll beam you back and if not I'll leave you to your business but the maze will be locked to you. That's it.

I hear a small grinding noise comming from the door. It raises above the ground half an inch. I turn back toward the spool and turn it even more, untill the grinding noise grows louder and louder, untill finally the door is raised up all the way. "Yes!" I shout. I run through the doorway as the door falls back down and shuts everyone inside the room still trapped in there, looking for a way out. I smile at myself. "Good work."
What's next Mazemaker? Where did I end up?

Joseph was okay, and we were all glad. We walked north for what seemed like seven hours. During the way, I kept looking back to Joseph, to make sure he was okay. And every single time I looked back he turned a brilliant shade of red. Kat slowly yawned and I smiled to myself. Poor girl. She must be exhausted.
Belinda called for rest. We rested on soft leaves and the others slept soundly. I couldn't sleep though, I was too thirsty. I got up without making any noise and used inhuman speed to look for an animal. I heard a rustle and gratefully turned around, finally getting to quench my thirst. But instead of prey, I saw Joseph. How did he follow me so quickly?

We were walking around for seven hours without stopping. Madellin would look back at me to check if I was alright and everytime she did I blushed. We finally stop for rest when Belinda notice Kat yawning. We gather some soft leaves to sleep on. Everyone was asleep but me I was thinking about my feelings about Madellin. 'How could I fall in love.' I thought while glancing at Madellin. 'Well she is cute and nice as long as you don't get her mad.' I thought, but there wasn't something else about her that I couldn't figure out. Before I could think more about it, saw Madellin runaway from our campsite. 'I better follow her.' I thought and ran after her with my inhuman speed.
I was running after Madellin when something tackle me down. I look up and saw it was Madellin. "Joseph what are you doing here and how did you keep up with me?" she asked me. "I wanted to make sure you were alright and I have inhuman speed to." I told her. Then I noticed her eyes were still red and asked "You need blood don't you.". She nodded, and I stenched my arm out and cut it. "What are you doing?" she said with her eyes wided with surprised. "Helping you out." I said while pouring my blood in a cup Belinda gave me. "Here take it." I said with a smile. She did, but before she drank it, she sang, and my cut was gone. " Whoa that was amazing." I said while she drank from the cup. "It was nothing but a healing song." she said with a smile and her eyes returning to normal. "I meant you singing." I said while looking at her. We both looking into each other eyes for a while, then we both turn away and blushed. 'It now or never, Joseph.'I thought and I keep a deep breath. "Um, Madellin there something I need to tell you." I told her. She look at me and said "What is it Joseph?". "This is hard for me to said, but I love you." I said. Then I leaned in and kiss her.

6? (Control Room)
I sat down, looking at the screens. I kept my eye on Madellin's group. I took out my identity disc. My head popped up. I changed some stuff to make Jake's face. I tapped it. A 'glass' wall appeared in front of me. I touched it. The reflection of Jake touched the other side. I rose. He rose. "You are Chris. You will protect the maze," I said.
"I am Chris. I will protect the maze," He repeated. I put a black disc on his back. His eyes glowwed black and stopped. I beamed him to the Beastkeeper.
Chris (Beast Room)
I walked towards the beastkeeper. "Good mornin' sir! What will ya like?" He asked.
"Give me a Wy'sker," I said. He nodded and went inside a cage. He brought out a Wy'sker. I grabbed the Wy'sker. It turned into a wolf. I got on it and it beamed itself to Madellin's room.
Chris (Undentified Room)
The Wy'sker stopped right in front of them. They itched their heads. "I am Chris. I have been created by 6?," I said.
"So you're our helper?" Madellin asked.
"No. I protect the maze. My user has not made it clear if I need to protect you," I said. I heard 6?'s voice. "Help them," It said.
"I come to protect you," I said. Joseph cleared his throat. "Madellin, how do we know we can trust him?" He asked.
"He was created by 6?. He told us how to get out," She answered. The Wy'sker turned into a (litteraly) red cat. I smiled. "Wy'sker is comfortable," I said. They nodded uncomfortably. The Wy'sker turned into a table full of food. "Let us eat," I said. They looked at the empty plates.
"I want blood! Not empty plates!" Madellin said. A bowl filled itself with blood. She smiled. Joseph sneered. "If this can get any food, then I want a cooked H'tarid!" Joseph said. The roof opened and a H'tarid fell out. I took my disc and cut the H'tarid. I tossed it to the Wy'sker. It cooked the H'tarid in a second. I handed it to Joseph. He whispered something and ate it. "I want an alien dish called Granca. Have that?" Belinda asked. It appeared in a bowl. She licked her lips and ate. "Steak," I said. It appeared on a plate. I tossed it to the Wy'sker. It ate it in just one bite. "I will name you Kokino because whatever you are, you are red," I said. Kokino smiled.

You have ended up at Turning Point. In the center of the room are tiles lying in the pattern of the compass. ON the floor where the center is, there is a sword with a blue-silver blade and a piece of paper around its hilt.
Towards the red north point, there is an eskimo standing there. At the yellow east point stands a sea captain. At the blue west point a man in a beret waits. Lastly, right in front of you, near the green south point, Belinda is chatting with the small green alien in a silver spacesuit holding a remote. All the points point to doors except the green one...
Good work! you are actually the first one to solve the challenge of Start Central. Which means after this batch of people exit, I'll reset that room with another puzzle. :) Oh and if you did not notice, please be careful you don't describe anything in my domain (what monsters look like or what characters already in the maze say) because I have "scripts" again. :)

The alien said, "Back when humans were as you say 'seaworthy,' they followed the stars in their ships. Polaris was their guiding star if they sailed, say, Spain to Maine. So what was their guiding star or constellation if they sailed below the equator?"
*HINT* I know this is hard, but I realized that a certain card can help. If you guys have a tomas constellation card, that might give you a starting point to figure out the answer at least...

Control Room (6?) (DV 1.0)
Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I knew this cyborg stuff would go over my head. You somehow broke into my room? Well, you made this a lot easier.
A girl in a simple white gown sits with her back to you. She is in a white swivel chair staring at screens arranged in the blueprint of the maze. THe whole complex is white white white so she can concentrate on the screens. The girl detects your presence, then stands and turns around. She has dark brown hair, is thin, and eyes that change color in the light. Right now they seem to be gray. She wears a frustrated look, and sighs.
"Sit down in my chair. I need to tell you something, and you won't like it." You sit down, autopilot mechanisms kicking in. "Over the past few weeks or so, you have demonstrated hallucinatory behavior that does not compute. According to your mindstreams as read from my iThing, you seem to think you have a flaming baby monster in your posession and a red creature of some sort. you imagine being chased by a Xe'las, an nonexistent creature, and think you found the Tr'klootal. Oh, and not to mention, you managed to escort a threat into the maze. Chris is a Virus, and... well, I can handle vampires, but no viruses run my maze. I think he infected you, so that explains part of it. I will take care of it asap, so no worry. But first, to teach you a lesson, I am putting you on sleep mode and locking it. This will erase Chris's damage, and you will be able speak and think and live, but you can't move yourself. I or my Beastkeeper have to move you. When you realize what really happened, I'll release you back." Your eyelids droop, and you seem to be a little sleepy..
I'm making this big so you can read it and remember. As I put your character in sleep mode and locked it, I'll unlock when you understand that nothing happened after I told you the rules of the special assignment, and none of those creatures exist. Just post that you realize that and I'll unlock you, but you start from Control Room at the aforementioned scenario in bold.

Chris is in Start Central, where you are. He is a Virus and needs to be derezzed. Otherwise, he will pass on a hallucinatory virus to other Mazegoers that will (according to my calculations) make them walk to the H'tarid chute and call out their mating call in perfect imitation, where they will be attacked. Madellin's POV
A series of surprising events have happened to me since I've been in this maze. I had a soul. I found my father. Joseph kissed me. But I pulled back when I saw a bright light. Joseph had to cover his eyes, but I was staring beyond it. It had a familiar shape walking down...
I gasped. "Jake?"
But it didn't hear me, instead it said. "I am Chris. I have been created by 6?."
"So you're our helper?" I asked.
"No. I protect the maze. My user has not made it clear if I need to protect you," Chris said. He looked off for one second, then said; "I've come to protect you."
I picked up Jake's scythe from a rock and gripped it. I wanted so badly to ask why he looked exactly like Jake.
Joseph cleared his throat, half in embarresment and half to get my attention. "Madellin, how do we know we can trust him?"
"He was created by 6?. He told us how to get out." I answered. Kat and Belinda came out of the bushes.
"Jake?" They both said.
"Chris," I corrected. "He came to protect us." Chris was looking off, not paying attention to us. Empty plates came out of thin air and he said; "Let us eat."
I burst. "I want blood! Not empty plates!" Then I covered my mouth. Why am I like that?
~I gotta run, dance lessons!

Control Room (6?)
I could feel the mazemaker put me to sleep mode. I suddenly couldn't remember the presence of a red monster. I suddenly couldn't remember a red monster at all. And then I forgot Goret...... And anything else over the past few weeks. I remembered being Jake and helping people. I suddenly saw Madellin's group with Chris. Chris suddenly stumbled. "Are you ok?" Belinda asked. His color suddenly dimmed and turned to red. He aimed his disc at them. He threw it. They dodged. I suddenly woke up. I saw the Mazemaker talking to someone. Carter! I heard her say something about a Virus. She said that I can compete with him. I grabbed my disc from her hand and put it on my back. My helmet slid onto my face. My circutry color turned orange. She turned around. "Good. What is a red monster?" She asked.
"What red monster?" I asked. She made a thumbs up signal. "And also, why did my circutry color change?"
"Well....., I don't know. It could be because you lost your memory of making your own creation."
"I have a creation?"
"Yes. He looks like this," She said as she pointed at the screen. It was a person throwing his disc at a group. I could remember the people in the group.... Madellin, Belinda, and Joseph. His circutry faded and it turned from blue to red. I turned to the Mazemaker. "Who's going to get him?" I asked.
"I got Carter to do it."
"I can compete, right?"
"Yep," She said. A light cape popped out of my suit. I put it on. "I won't compete this time. Let him have his freedom a bit. What's my next assignment?"

INVOLVING ALL MAZE HELPERS (and those of you outside the maze)
Good work, carter, but the virus has already cloned and it is in trouble with the people outside the maze. I have also received information from some of 6?'s hidden streams that he created this virus. For what? well, he emitted the release signal before I could tell, but You and the others have three objectives:
a) Derezz the clone before he infects anyone
b) burn all wreckage outside maze that he touched (it's contagious)
c) Drag 6? out from the group so I can beam you two for interrogation & ee 4 quarantine (it's that deadly)

Mazemaker, 1. I made a PROGRAM. The Virus must have formed from something else. and 2. I WOULD NEVER MAKE A VIRUS. I and ONLY I know what happened and where Chris is. You need me to get him :D :D :D.
